  1. Thanks. I had that question pending with the publicist but had not heard back as of yet. I will add him to the cast list.
  2. The dates I use for the script writers on my site are for the last episode they actually write, so 2/20/25 is what I will be using on the site as his last script aired, although he may have continued being part of the writing team for a few more episodes after that.
  3. 1991 DAYTIME TV SPECIALS:
  4. For the episode rankings I compile, I use the 5 episodes for a character as the cut-off to make the rankings. So the only people I list in the monthly/yearly rankings are characters who have appeared in at least 5 episodes of Days. That's why Felicity Greene, for example, wasn't listed in the rankings for many months until she hit 5 episodes (I then go back and add her retroactively to the earlier months). I did make an exception for Amy Choi, since I didn't want to go back into 2024 and add in her episodes, knowing from that parking clearance leak that she would still be playing the role once Rachel Boyd took over as Sophia, so I put Amy on the list immediately (more so just to make things less annoying for me). If Amy hadn't debuted until January 1, 2025, then I would have waited to add her to the rankings (retroactively) until she had been in 5 episodes. I also exclude Body Doubles from the rankings. But anyone not on the rankings lists themselves, the characters in only 1 to 4 episodes (such as Savannah the stripper) are listed on the cast charts.

  6. Continuing from the 1970's and 1980's threads, posting now will be the 1990-1995 Specials: 1990 DAYTIME TV SPECIALS: This page has all of the 1990-1999 preemptions for each soap: https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/58300-ratings-from-the-90s/page/11/ As is listed there, GH preempted for the Clarence Thomas hearing that day. As listed earlier in this thread, as well as on my site here: https://www.jason47.com/days/ratings1992.html
  7. Happened to stumble on this story with Jackie Cooper in 1971. For those that don't know, he was the actor-turned-Screen Gems exec who helped sell the Days pilot to NBC in 1965. In the story below, he talked about his time at Screen Gems and says that 22 of the 41 pilots he made while there made it on the air, so that's a pretty good track record!
  8. Great job, Jane! Would have never thought of that word!!

  11. I just answered this in the other thread, but I guess it has been moved here now? Which I didn't see until posting my answer there! REPLY IN OTHER THREAD: I remember there was an odd word I hadn't heard that Vivian used for Gus, but can't think of it now. I think I probably looked it up the day she used it 15 or so years ago. In regards to the "other" manservant, Are you talking about the Torres bodyguard Manny? Also, Lawrence had his helper, Gregory Lacost, played by Clayton Landey, who was around before Vivian/Ivan in 1991, but who returned for 2 episodes (4/29/92 and 4/30/92) 6723...3/11/92: Cast: Alice, Carly, Carrie, Danielle, Isabella, Ivan, Jack, Jennifer, John, Lawrence, Roman, Victor, Vivian, Bo Double, Rafi, Dan, Gaby, Dimitri, Rafi’s Bodyguard (Manny), Nurse Susan, Mr. Conway, Dr. Adam Raymond. 14. 1989 DAYTIME TV SPECIALS:
  15. I had a question asked, so seeing if anyone might know: Prior to the Day of Days event in November 2008, does anyone know if there were any big cast events like that at some point from 2000-2007, and what the name of it was?
  16. Heard back from Ryan. He said it was so long ago he can't remember exactly whether it was he or Ron who initially suggested mentioning Jason47, but ended the message saying "I'm glad we got to give you a little shout out on-air. You're amazing."
  17. Besides the two mentions on Days episodes, Stephanie wrote her column mentioning me once in Digest, and I was mentioned in a Q&A in another issue of Digest. There was a Bill Hayes documentary where they mentioned me in the credits. And then there's the uncredited stuff, like when Days asked me to find the airdates of Kathie Lee Gifford for the 50th anniversary so that the Today Show could air a clip of Kathie Lee as the nurse when they were promoting Days 50th in 2015. And if CNN ever airs that documentary where they are supposed to be interviewing Tina Andrews about her time on Days, then perhaps they will give me a credit as well! I forgot to do it earlier, but I just messaged Ryan and asked if it was he or Ron responsible for getting that in, or if it was something the dialogue writer added in. Regardless of who it was, it was nice of them to do so!
  18. Oh, wow, I typed that up and didn't even notice that! How cool!! 😀
  19. JASON47'S MENTIONS ON "DAYS"... Here are the two times Jason47 has been mentioned on "Days of Our Lives" episodes: # 13347 (5/22/18) - J47 clue seen in Rolf's diary in first scene of episode # 15047 (2/5/25) - Super fan Jason32 mentioned by Whitley in Act 4
  20. I didn't think of it that way. I have never been de-SORASED before, so that's nice of them to do it! 😀
  21. You could point out the bright spot of me being mentioned though! Hadn't known that was going to happen, so I was caught off guard when Whitley started mentioning Jason32 posting zoomed-in call sheets. That was a nice unexpected shoutout. Wish they had used Jason47 itself, but Jason32 will have to do! If people are skipping watching today'e episode, hope you will at least watch my shout out scene at the 21:02 time mark!
  22. It's probably just someone with the same name, but the only name I recognized from Days is Ben Bennett who played some small roles on Days in the 1960's. But doubt that is him. The only other Days names I saw were the ones you mentioned above.
