That was the original point of me sending you her 6 airdates, so now with those, and the link to the daily episode guide I've provided, that should help you more easily find the additional Ruth Buzzi scenes. I will always repeat myself when it comes to defending my data that I've taken decades to research and compile. But, as you pointed out in a recent post, I am kind, so at least I will do it with you in a kind way as opposed to the usual social media way most people do with just getting rude/nasty. That is what you should be checking BEFORE you make any posts in the future like this, trying to suggest something from my data is incorrect. You could have also messaged me and asked me why your dates weren't adding up with what the correct data is. I would have fast forwarded through that video you posted, spotted Roman and Hope and immediately have told you that was the 11/1/83 episode.

1. 11/1/83 cast/set list: The "11/2/83" video you posted of Ruth Buzzi's scenes includes Roman and Hope in them, meaning the video you posted is actually 11/1/83, since Roman and Hope aren't in 11/2/83. 2. The video you posted of "11/2/83" has scenes with Roman and Hope. As for 11/7/83, I just fast-forwarded through that whole episode myself. Letitia is in it from start to finish. It's her big final episode where she is killed. She starts the episode saying "Eugene, are you there?" In the next act, Marlena shows up and meets Letitia's lion. Later in the episode, Letitia is killed by "Eugene" (the Salem Slasher in a Eugene mask). So, as we can see from your own post, the 11/2/83 date you have listed on that video is incorrect, since Hope and Roman are in that video but not in the 11/2/83 episode.It seems the dates you have on all your early November 1983 episodes are incorrect. When you post videos and suggest that my data is incorrect, do you not first compare who is in the scenes and see if that matches who is in the episode? You didn't do that with the "11/2/83" episode, which based on Roman and Hope being in it means that is actually 11/1/83. Best to do something like that first before suggesting my data and research is incorrect.

Since the April 2025 thread is locked, answering the question asked of me of EJ's birth name in that thread here: Susan had a hazy memory of Stefano (dressed as Elvis Presley) being the baby's father, so that's why he is Elvis Aron Banks Jr. She originally thought Elvis Presley was the real father of EJ, not knowing that Stefano had actually dressed as Elvis and had her artificially inseminated.

I had thought that or maybe Nick Corelli when he was burned after the car accident and was The Phantom. Could it have been an art piece done for a promo perhaps when we didn't know who the Strangler or Phantom was?

Question from a "Days" fan: Any ideas who this might depict or what Days storyline it involved? "I’m reaching out with a question. I recently obtained a piece of art from Don Locke, who did a few pieces for Days of our Lives, but he primarily did artwork bumps for Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show."

Checked with the publicist today and she said his last episode is tomorrow and they start 4/24, so that puts him at 1971 episodes.

When I was updating the writer pages today, I see my math was bad by 1. So Carlivati did 1970 episodes as of today, 99 less than Reilly. If he does one more day tomorrow (since there have been conflicting dates of 4/22 and 4/23), then it will be 1971 episodes in total. 1979-1980 SEASON AVERAGES AS OF 5/25/80...

I never liked John Aniston saying CaroLYN, since CaroLINE was the love of Victor's life (so you think Victor would know how to pronounce the love of his life's name). But it was never John's fault. No one told him in 1985 to say it CaroLINE. Just like no one today tells people how to correctly pronounce DiMera. I forget which was which, but in the same scene last week I think Amy pronounced it the correct way (DiMAIRa), while her daughter Sophia pronounced it like Lauren Koslow does (DiMEERa), the incorrect way.

That looks like it was posted January 1. I was going with the more recent print edition of this article by Stephanie, which was just published, so looks like she has adjusted the date to April 23 as the new start date: Admin edit: Please don’t post image of new articles.

Stephanie Sloane's column said the new writers debut April 23, so that's the date I used. If I have to adjust the data and the date changes by a day, then at least it's an easy fix.

After Ralph Waite (Father Matt on Days) died, Bill told me back in the 1950's he would sometimes go to Ralph's church in New York and hear his sermons. (Ralph went into acting in the 1960's and finally appeared on Days as a priest at the end of his career.) We would mostly discuss Days, but Bill would always have some fun additional details to add! I just heard from Don Frabotta last week and he told me that it was Bill that gave him the nickname "Fraboats", and it's still stuck to this day. Don heard from Susan recently and she still calls him Fraboats!

As an additional "fun fact" I was reminded of by seeing this ad, Bill Hayes once mentioned to me that he was friends with Dick Wilson (Mr. Charmin).
