So no follow up with the EJ and Kristen scene? Literally all I was interested in. Tired of the Jada show like I was the Leo show last month. I pray we get balance with the new team so we see everyone twice a week instead of certain characters 4 times a week and others 4 times a month.

Xander said Victor put in an elevator in his later years when he was having mobility issues. The will left Xander "controlling interest" of Titan. What that means seems to change frequently.

Really good show today actually. I very much enjoy Sophia and Tate. I like that she's not written like a villain. It's a nice change. Doug and Holly could have potential too. He is improving. Brady and Kristen was the best I'd ever seen them. Amazing to see them talk like adults and put their kid first. Love the idea of Titan taking Dimera. A switch up from the revolving CEO stories. The Xander and Philip scenes were interesting too. I like the idea of them evolving as brothers And the ending puts a twist on things. Stephanie and Sarah being introduced as new friends seems like it will be a factor. Amazing how much I like the show when Leo, Rafe and Johnny aren't on.

Maybe one day we will get back OG Tate and Sophia. I'd love that pairing

I thought it was lovely. Great use of history with Xander giving Sarah the red shoes. Sweet moment with Shawn and Maggie. He's kind of the forgotten Victor grandchild. And the Horton house scenes were perfect, especially seeing a real Victoria and Jack and Xander making amends. The final scene with a classic Julie and Doug flashback was really good, as was Clan Deveraux putting Doug 3 on notice. Only buzz kill was the boring pub stuff with dull Tate and Holly.

Why on earth would Belle bring up a murder plot that Sarah would still only know about through heresay when they have documented proof with legal documents that Xander was ready to trade Titan to Kristen for an untested serum? I mean... that was legal gold for proving he didn't care about the company and Philip came to save it.

So Philip does not in fact have control of Titan?

I've watched this show for 40 years and I would not be interested in a show featuring any of the above. What on earth would they do? I can see some possibility for Steven yes, and Marie was feisty but we already have Maggie for that role. And I was a massive J&J fan but they are grandparents now and settled, so again, what is the story? We are already seeing how Belle and Shawn are stuck together (despite today's show we know they will reunite) and there is no real growth for their characters. We can't have a show that revolves around characters over 60. I don't think all of the younger cast work but certainly they can work with Xander, Sarah, Philip, Brady, Jada, Johnny and Chanel. And they have struck gold with Olivia who is vastly more interesting than the chosen couple of Holly and Tate.

We have had two characters named Alexander Kiriakis for years now. And Mickey and Mike were both Michael Horton. And way back Tom and Tommy Horton.

Really good show after three duds in a row. I really enjoyed Xander and Brady today. So much history, mostly bad, between them, and Xander's apology was very needed. I hope now that we can see these two have a better relationship, something I have been hoping for since they had those wonderful scenes after Victor's death. Holly and Tate are pointless, and he still looks every bit his real age. Sophia was the only thing that made him interesting, and now she is making Aaron interesting. I imagine he will pretend to be her baby daddy when she is inevitably pregnant in a month or so. Ava mocking Kristen was fantastic. Finally, Brady has somehow managed to glom on to a woman who will not be intimidated by her. Wonder how Ava will fare against Rachel though? Xander and Sarah were very sweet in that first scene. I've missed them having moments together. And she felt Maggie throw a water bottle on her leg! I hope this is the start of the end of the paralysis story and we can move on to Philip vs Xander, which I feel will be highly entertaining stuff.
