  1. Ugh; reading this, it is infuriating how short his return to General Hospital was and just how differently it could have gone with actual creatives in charge (a.k.a., not Valenini/Varni). Same. I'm infuriated right now, honestly.
  2. Mm-hmm; I absolutely agree, and people [from my POV] are trying too hard make this "your grandmother's soap" and it is infuriating.
  3. She should feel grateful she was employed for as long as she was (a.k.a. past her expiration).
  4. I'm on the final 12 episodes of the "writer's" regime, and it's torturous. But it's all in the name of welcoming actual talent back into the head writer position; now we just need to wait for the next executive producer change.
  5. I'm close to wishing your fave not return.... He can't act and shouldn't be anywhere near daytime again.
  6. Credits for Monday, April 21, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Suzanne Flynn, Charlotte Gibson, Cathy Lepard Director: Tina Keller
  7. M.E. Warner, you mean?
  8. date: Monday, April 21 | Sara A. Bibel, Danielle Paige | Phideaux Xavier IN THE CLURB, WE ALL FAM! Ugh. Did Deadbeat have to tag along to the karaoke night at Uptown?! He couldn't stay home?! I appreciate Nicole being the voice of reason for Vanessa (re: her marriage), but I wonder how that will hold up when she's faced with Ted's infidelities. Joey really wants Doug for more than gambling, and I'm wondering what the heck it's going to be?? Did we just get a happy ending joke?! On American daytime television?! A bold, risky, risqué move I am loving right now. Julia and Jonathan are too much for me to handle, but how can they and Eva leave that much food on their plates?! I would NEVER. #CleanPlateCommittee right here. I appreciate Vernon including Chelsea in on what's going on with Tyrell in the hopes it will help him with what's going on. Swiftie? Swiftie?! Oh. Please. Do not let that leech be involved with this soap. I'd rather not. Oh, we've got some trauma that has come with age, don't we, re: Anita. I think it's natural. Oh, Anita is going to snap on every single person at that table. Doug, your desk? You were at the Nurse's Station with Ashley and Shanice. Come on, Anita, you've got this! Some potential backstory on Alan, huh? You can tell it hurts Eva. A lot. Dana ("Leslie"), Jan, and Mona are friendship goals, even if Dana is misleading both Jan and Mona. Tamara Tunie still got it! Her voice is stunning, smooth and on point!!!
  9. Writers: Sara A. Bibel Danielle Paige Director: Phideaux Xavier
  10. Meh. I'll never tolerate her. She's nasty. She's needed to go since her first season.
  11. Overdue. Wendy next.
  12. Not your calling Brenda a "chaos monster". Vanessa Marcil would be very hurt by your words. And hey, I thought Benard and Sullivan had good chemistry, despite the erratic writing. And then there was the blink-and-miss Jax and Kate hookup.
  13. She couldn't act, truthfully (and her "ghost" returns have proven that). I was never a fan of Ward's take on Kate at all.
  14. Thanks for sharing; I love their videos so much. The respect they have for those gone from this world is unparalleled.
  15. IIRC, both Ward and Rick Hearst were dropped at the same time, in a one-two punch deal.
  16. Stepping back into DAYS since the last week of August 2024; watched Drake Hogestyn's final episode and the Doug/Bill Hayes tribute episodes, and now I'm picking up in March 2025. Whew. This is torture. Pure torture.
  17. The alter? I agree. Especially with a stupid name like Connie.
  18. Ooh, I love that!!! I'll have to figure that out for my own spreadsheets; it looks so useful.
  19. Oh wow. Very nice job with this; how did you do the season menu, if you don't mind my asking?
  20. Technically, Tanisha Harper is the fourth Jordan. 😉 And Kelly Sullivan was brilliant as Kate; a far better actor than Megan Ward was.
  21. Except they kept the communal lots for easier use for a more widespread use of actors. Realistically, the Jabot set would limit the usage to the Abbotts. Newman does the same, but they also had that small-ass DAYS-like set until recently; meanwhile, the Abbotts always had the Abbott estate. For me, they made the right decision. Returning the GCAC was a huge undertaking, especially in restoring it to its full usage. They have no overnight crew, especially post-COVID, so they needed to be smart about what sets they used, and I believe they made the right choice of sets to use.
  22. Imagine asking for so much, and none of it is going to happen... especially, re: sets, when it's been explained ad naseum why we're in the situation we're in right now. 🤣
