  1. BUH-BYE! Long overdue.
  2. The one bright side for me with Spencer & Trina is that it was a Black female with a White male, which we often don't see enough of in media. I'd love more inter-racial romance in soaps as an overall movement. Lots that could be done. And you're right: Black couples do deserve it, PERIOD POINT BLANK!!! I kind of wish the teasing of TJ & Willow had happened more. Speaking of it, Katelyn MacMullen would've been a suitable Molly recast, although, I've grown to really like Kristen Vaganos in the role, and wish we would see more of her. Hoping Patrick Mulcahey fixes this in the coming months. Donnell Turner & Brook Kerr have very little chemistry; it reminds me of Maura West & Marcus Colmoa: the women are carrying the pairing by having to use their own chemistry to create and compensate for their male co-stars. We need a revival of the Ward family on the canvas. Hell, even give us Tommy Hardy Jnr, and that would give Elizabeth some kind of familiar connection on the canvas. Something. Anything. Give us SOMETHING! YUP! It should ideally be about talent but in the age of social media..... YUP! She really does, and I think that's why when Disney-ABC put her on recurring it took her aback and she decided to walk away. She knew the weight she carried on her shoulders and knew she deserved better, so she said "bye" until it was given to her. I've been calling this for some time, and at this point it'll happen by the end of 2024. Although, I'd love to see them instead focus more on Jake / Aidan than Cameron at this point. Wait until 2025, honestly.... 💯 I am, too. It's a no-go for me! 💯 Lotsa good hair on General Hospital lately I will say.
  3. Oh yes, that was a fiery pairing!! WOOF!!
  4. I just laugh, however, at the thought of Maurice Benard & Stafford together; that is clearly a relationship built upon Watros and Watros only.
  5. That's what I am sensing right now; almost done with S1. I'll continue on my next day off.
  6. The fact the now-previous regime failed to write for him is such a disservice; the reaction to his return seemed quite positive online, and it's glaring he's been M.I.A. for so long. I'm hopeful the new regime will see the worth of his talents and write him back in.
  7. I thought Michelle Stafford had better chemistry with James Patrick Stuart, while Cynthia Watros' chemistry with the Australian was pretty solid. But BOTH had chemistry with Donnell Turner, LOL.
  8. Scenes proving Nina did not cut the baby out:
  9. Ehh... see, her niece and nephew [seem] genuine, and Will seems highly sus to me. Her son... seems jaded a bit, but I don't doubt his love for his mother at all.
  10. Same. ENTIRELY different. The "writer" clearly said, "Let's bring Phyllis to General Hospital."
  11. I am infuriated it aired, too, but I am also hoping it has a Britney Spears effect that it gets her out of the nasty hands of her manager / team.
  12. And then Abby Ewing showed up and this happened in Elizabeth's living room. Oh what a time to be alive, LOL.
  13. The romance between Rhonda & Terrence was at some of the fastest speeds for primetime. Whew. And I do think it was due to the introductions of Amanda & Sydney. Such a shame, because Rhonda was a breath of fresh air in Melrose Place.
  14. WTAF! That's heartbreaking. Ugh.
  15. At this point, I've made it to Daphne Zuniga's debuting episodes... and it's so weird seeing her in a role that isn't Brooke Davis' mother.
  16. thank you! I tried searching for it, but couldn't find it.
  17. Yeah. General Hospital inherited a lot of the Los Angeles All My Children sets: Erica's penthouse, Krystal's bar, the Chandler mansion. Kind of wish the Martin house had been brought over for use as Mac's home with Felicia.
  18. ^^ This. And the change of sets in the 2010's was due to the shïtty camera change, which I hated. Colours all turned yellow except for grey. It's Erica Kane's penthouse from the Los Angeles years, which was also re-used as Ava's New York penthouse and Lucy's CoeCoe Cosmetics headquarters when Sabrina & Felix visited her to bring back the Nurse's Ball. Each time just re-dressed.
  19. From what I read, Matt's storylines were edited because Fox (LOL) and producers were scared of critics' reaction. Such a shame, because it reminds me of Steven on Dynasty, but in the '90s. And yes, I am aware of who Miss Sydney is, and cannot wait to see her!!!! And it's nice to see Grant Show, too!
  20. So far so good! I'm on the episode where Matt is bashed and wow... Doug Savant is powerful. He always captivated me on Housewives but damn... this is something else. How progressive for the year. Wow. And Deborah Adair? How interesting. I can say they're definitely setting some stages and building... but know what became of Melrose Place... it makes me wonder how long it would have lasted had it stayed like this? And Marcia Cross is an icon. We stan.
  21. Sandy leaving is no major loss... and seeing Tom Scavo as a gay man? I love it.
