  1. William deVry (ex-Julian, General Hospital et al) revealed recently he auditioned for the role of Tucker McCall on The Young and the Restless and lost out to Trevor St. John, who recently exited the role.
  2. HOW CAN I NEVER FIND THIS!!! Thank you!
  3. I feel like Patrick Mulcahey re-purposed Ava and gave her some bite that the "writer" had for her when she first came onto the scene. Now... she's the punching bag for #TeamCarly.
  4. Oh, totally. And it's all Bradley Bell.
  5. When I was watching they shared very brief scenes... nothing substantial, though.
  6. She really is; the last line sends me... LOL!
  7. Oh she's going to The Gates. Everyone jumping ship, LOL!
  8. If you're in Chrome and you open in "Incognito" mode, you can view it.
  9. Charles Mesure & Kristen Vaganos are series regulars, yes. As for Adam Harrington, it's guest-speculation, based on his exclusion from both the key art and ABC's website update.
  10. I had that with Patrick Mulcahey, and y'all ruined that. so, keep your embrace, and hope it keeps you warm at night.
  11. She probably wants Marlena to appear professional 24/7. I'd wager unlike Francis, Scott still tries to wear what she does when she's not at a bigger size. But the clothing material seems to change. One thing I will say: Scott is not afraid to look not made up, especially when Nikki is drunk. Exactly. On the nose.
  12. Miller would excel at bringing the Spencer spifire back to Lulu that Berman had at some point (ie: confronting Elizabeth at the Nurses' Station). Plus, she'd have magical connection with Genie Francis & Dominic Zamprogna. Not to mention, her casting would put Lulu back where she would be without the SORAS, which would be ideal.
  13. Oh, they wouldn't dare, unless it's an event and Marlena is needed in a dress... but those scenes seem limited. And it kind of feels the same for the likes of Genie Francis & Melody Thomas Scott. Ainsworth did a lot of maxi dresses and maxi-like tops with skinny jeans. Mansi, to me, has a more modern take on Kristina. Both O'Brien & Greg Rikaart are good actors... but got saddled with roles that... shouldn't have existed (Gwen for O'Brien).
  14. I've seen positive reception for O'Brien's work⏤again, I'm speaking of O'Bren, not Theresa as a character (which you remain fixated on), despite the horrid writing, etc. And she is a fine actress who did the best she could in a shït situation with shït scripts, both during a strike period and after.
  15. Jasmine Guy would be solid, and the headline of Guy joining her first daytime soap in the first new daytime soap in decades, could be smart marketing.
  16. The red is stunning... but it's too much. The blouse should've either been darker or white. And the middle-part straight hair is a good look on her.
  17. Deidre Hall is another person who is guilty of infusing her own personal style into Marlena, and has done so more in the past few years than when she returned in 2011. Oh, absolutely. They're definitely trying to allow Mansi the chance to personalize and characterize Kristina, and it makes sense. They're likely want her to stick around, etc. and make it a worth-while experience for her. Why humiliating and embarrassing? I've seen nothing but positive reception for her in the role overtime. The only thing embarrassing must be the wig(s) she was forced to wear that looked fake AF. I hate him with a fiery passion, so I'd be happy come April 2025 to not have to endure him ever, ever again. He's a horrid actor who thinks to high of himself. Well, truthfully, there are multiple reasons for that. Both in terms of Sonny's job status and Freddie Smith's obvious weight fluctuation (which isn't a negative on him). I've been there and continue to do that.
  18. I mean, I have my theories and none of them are positive. And also unfounded AF. LOL.
  19. I agree on all accords; I am all for actors infusing themselves into the roles they play.. in fact, I think it helps in one's portrayal.. but a complete 180-degree flip or complete actor-control should not exist. I even think the same of Veteran performers, who believe it's their right to control their character etc. unless it's someone coming in and, say, making a character who has never done/worn something, and suddenly they want them wearing it. Melody Thomas Scott returning to The Young and the Restless as Nikki with dark hair felt... out-of-character. But Sharon Case (as Sharon) dying her hair while on the run? That made sense. And the same thing, from my perspective, is happening on General Hospital with Kate Mansi's Kristina vs. Lexi Ainsworth's Kristina in terms of outfitting. Hell, even on Days of Our Lives, it's the same thing with Eileen Davidson as Kristen vs. Stacy Haiduk as Kristen. The outfitting, the writing... it's all just different.
  20. Shouldn't have allowed? She wanted to come back for John Aniston, and that's the reason she should have been brought back. It was easy: write Theresa, in return, for Victor's funeral and then write her out like they did for other characters. Instead, they [apparently] wanted twelve-weeks and she declined and, even told them, via email, she understood if they needed to recast due to her inability to come for those desired weeks. She counter-offered and they accepted. She wanted back for Aniston's memory and Aniston's memory alone. And that's admirable. And she sure she was available. It's the unprofessionalism of Albert Alarr & Ken Corday that is at fault here, not Lilley. The soap got ahead of themselves, and it bit them in the ass because it made them look even more unprofessional in the end, when all Lilley wanted to do was honour someone she felt close to from a past job. They used Lilley, ultimately, as a "name" for press to bring back and then ditched her, and fully intended on ditching her. It was crass and unprofessional as fück.
