  1. Barely one-month back, and Steve Burton is already in the number-two position? Hmm... interesting to see Laura Wright pushed down, too. It's also interesting to see the injection of characters mid-episode or end-of-episode, and it makes me wonder if that's being done to ensure mass-attack of characters for episodic fulfillment isn't done, a-la Wright one year? Amazing! Love seeing the next generation be given airtime.
  2. My thoughts exactly; pretty Emma was the one both Cameron & Spencer were feuding over until she left, and Josslyn was aged and put in as a [corn] replacement.
  3. YMMV? I'm honestly surprised they're bringing in the two new characters they are right now. They're likely five-and-under roles we'll either never seen beyond these episodes, or they'll pop up at random.
  4. Evil Wiley Coyote can murder auntie-mommy Willow and then disppear. That's what he can do. Eh. Unnecessary, IMHO. Honestly... Trina could disappear from the canvas, and it wouldn't suffer at all. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  5. Oh yes. Garin Wolf & Sally Altman (co-head) introduced TJ on January 17; bulk of story, however, definitely came under the "writer," though, when his regime began on February 21. The casting swap from Meyers to Richmond happened in July / August 2012. Oh, Morgan is definitely Avery's father, without a shadow of a doubt. As for Michael... I'd love to see Robert Adamson come back (he was my main choice of recast pre-pinch-hitting). He was introduced in November of 1989, yes. However, Tommy graduated from medical school in 2013 (per Elizabeth's own admission), which would have put him at age 26 at said-time, had he spent four years in medical school. And if we're re-matching introduction years, Tommy was introduced the same year as Lucas Jones, whose "birth" year was re-established as 1987 in 2005. The slight SORAS wouldn't be that much of a stretch, especially in casting.
  6. Because Michael is seen as the golden child of the soap's forced faces: Carly & Sonny, and that's purely why. Even though that title should have gone to Morgan had his portrayer not been so... well, you know. I'll be interested in seeing how Mulcahey & Korte handle Dante moving forward.
  7. You can thank the "writer" for that one. And TJ was introduced with Krys Meyer, not Tequan Richmond (both of whom I hated in the role).
  8. Oh, that would be fun. Again, Tajh Bellow should have been Tom Hardy Jnr but... alas, that did not happen (ironically, could have been called TJ). Tommy Hardy Jnr is technically now 36.
  9. Awe, thank you @janea4old! The hourglass used for Beyond Salem always looked so nice, and really semi-makes me wish for semi-updated hourglass open for the main soap.
  10. That's what I noticed: both Lulu & Maxie, like a lot of women in soaps in recent years, were given children and any kind of adult-like edge was stripped away. Thankfully, Mulcahey & Korte seem to be restoring Maxie's edge ever so slightly, and I am enjoying it.
  11. Expect to see two new faces in Port Charles next week. Kody Kavitha (l.) has been cast in the role of Hunter, the new manager at Bobbie’s, and will make her first appearance on April 4. An actress and voiceover artist, her credits include S.W.A.T. and AWKWARD. On April 2, Virginia Ma will make her debut in the role of Madison, Nina’s new assistant. Ma has appeared on MAGNUM P.I. and THE THUNDERMANS. x
  12. I'm happy the entire New York cast is back... except for Jessel. Jenna Lyons is an icon!!!
  13. Not at all. Makes her look very petty; yes, it sucks you lost your job, but.... it happens. Not the first time and won't be the last.
  14. Dane Witherspoon was fired following a disagreement with producers not his acting.
  15. Also... Jason knows about Bobbie & Britt, but when he is going to find out about Epiphany? He never questioned Michael when he said Elizabeth was head nurse..!
  16. Had this been in the previous regime, these scenes would've been choppy as fück, and Sam would have had no backbone. Mulcahey & Korte are strengthening WOMEN and it makes me SO happy to see.
  17. If anything, this is a potential story to allow for more time to either find him a place in-canvas (out of Josslyn's world) or to simply write the character out.
