I think it's because All My Children really did not air in Australia, outside of the 1980's and 2007, whereas both Days of Our Lives & The Young and the Restless are fast-tracked on 10Play, so Australia is likely more aware of those two over All My Children.

Having re-watched the first-half of it, several times, during Amazon's "live" General Hospital channel, I can tell you that Ainsworth was heavily featured in lead-up to the storyline and during the storyline, up to the point where Jason "kidnapped" her unconscious-self. Right around the time of her "kidnapping" they introduced Harmony/Tree into the storyline, and that's where is really began going off-the-rails.
