  1. Well, let's hope by the new regime it'll be done and over with.
  2. It did feel very skittish, and not a good one at that. But again, the fact stands firm: having Judi (as Bonnie) be fired, knowing what she endured on that set, felt WRONG, but very in-line with the "writer" and his M.O.
  3. Heather & Meredith won. Mary's is BAD!
  4. Most likely. The "writer" has his very noticeable favourites, and I do believe Deidre Hall is one of them.
  5. It's an absolute mess and an insult to daytime as a whole, and they're really exemplifying what everyone already thinks about daytime.
  6. As a species, we're fücked. Like, wow.
  7. Firing Bonnie, knowing what Judi Evans went through, is another insult to both the actor and the audience. This isn't funny, cute or smart. It's desperate and ill-executed. No wonder the "writer" is GONE!
  8. According to his social media, Kin Shriner has been out on medical absence (as evident here), so I do think bringing in Michael E. Knight (unnecessary) & keeping Rick Hearst on is a nice exchange. But he's on his annual "bash the show until I get back on" trip.
  9. This is casting GOLD and my dream Lucas recasting! I am so excited for see Van reunite with Maura West, because I loved their scenes on World Turns together. I know Auntie Ava is READY!
  10. Can you confirm (probably not) that Crew Morrow auditioned possibly for Aiden? 😉
  11. The problem now is: they don't film episodes and episodes. They film blocks of content to piece into episodes, which is why Genie Francis aired for so long as Laura right up to Jonathan Jackson's return as Lucky. It's a mess.
  12. I agree... but his acting, for me, got considerably worse as he grew up. Those scenes when Charlotte got shot were horrendously acted.
  13. I have a sneaking suspicion that Hudson West is done. I hate to say it. I think he's well-cast in the role although I suspect Crew Morrow auditioned for Aiden, too, given that he said he auditioned for both Days of Our Lives (Tate?) & General Hospital prior to being cast on The Bold and the Beautiful.
  14. Maybe a slightly aged Jake will return in 2025? And I agree, re: Rocco.
  15. Could also be a fake cigarette, which a lot of photographers and videographers use for those who don't smoke, etc.
  16. I love seeing Giz & Karen reunited like this. I really do! Potomac is really taking the other franchies!
  17. I can semi-agree but it set up her exit for her annual summer break, and also sets up a potential lead-into November Sweeps period.
  18. Happy to see things shaping up on the canvas, and praying it means good things are to come.
  19. Now, now... we both know what was meant by what was said in regards to the other user(s) in-question regarding younger actors. And I do mean YOUNGER. And the storyline is one we've seen play-out, multiple times, on primetime television. Again, it's all hyperbole and guessing of a potential storyline, given two pivotal recasts in relatively close time.
  20. September 25: Nigel Campbell, Cathy Lepard, Anne Schoettle September 27: Emily Culliton, Cathy Lepard, Anne Schoettle
  21. It is, but let's not pretend this isn't the soap that tried selling to us that Natalia, the homophobe, was the victim of her own words being leaked to the press. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Again, had they tried to introduce Tobias beyond a one-off mention, the storyline would be telling itself. But Tobias seemed to be a "Hey, we need this scene. Make up a name!"
  22. 🤣 I do. But I keep having wishful thinking, haha.
  23. They keep throwing in random reminders of the friendship between Curtis & Nina, and I continue to question why they've not yet been paired romantically.
  24. But the implications are just as skeevie as you are all attempting to sell a simple idea of a story as. As @Errol has stated: they're not bio-related, and Lucas has not really been in the Spencer orbit for quite some time. The implications of a crush-type of storyline is there with these castings happening.
