  1. "Marin" was the name used when her casting was announced.
  2. Plus, it feels like all he did was cry... and not very well at that. Keep him trapped in Salem, please. I knew things would be coming! Makes me wonder the kind of opening theme Beyond the Gates will have, and that gets me anxiously excited.
  3. I don't think they look like contemporaries at all. The "controversy" around Aiden's recasting is really over-exaggerated in its reception. People saying he looks older are really reaching for something that is not there, and it's really irksome.
  4. Did another "colour correction" to add some intensity back into the soap, and whew... what we could be watching production-wise. Subtle changes, but those changes change so much.
  5. CBS can only do so much; production is in the hands of Bell Dramatic Serial Company & Sony Pictures Television, and considering the CBS Daytime division as it was once is pretty much.... done, I doubt someone at CBS is going to care as much. And so long as Steve Kent is involved a major change will not be happening.
  6. So many sets are the same set, just re-decorated to appear different. It's so cheap in every sense of the damn word. Beyond the penthouse, I'd really like to see the original hospital set return. This smaller version of the already small set is just not cutting it.
  7. Absolutely. It's a magical hallway without endless possibilities. Reminds me of a comedy series set.
  8. And then trying to sell the current set at their penthouse, when it's nothing but a damned living room.
  9. Well, she also knows first-hand from her own experience on Santa Barbara. She said this about the cancellation and what she felt could have saved it: ❝ I think we learned about the cancellation about six months before it left the air. It was heartbreaking. What could have saved it? If I knew the answer to that, we'd still have twelve soaps on the air. More viewers, certainly. Better ratings. ❞ Sounds like six-years later, she learned what the answer was, as she is giving us Beyond the Gates nearly 32-years after Santa Barbara ended.
  10. General Hospital (the place) is the heart of this soap, and I'm happy Patrick Mulcahey was slowly beginning bringing the heart back.
  11. I just can't wait to see Isaiah working at the hospital! We need all the personnel we can nab.
  12. 🤣 Or I could be reading into things too much, which I do sometimes.
