  1. It makes me wish they had taken a bit more time to recast Tate, honestly.
  2. Carson Boatman (Johnny) is 30; Leo Howard (Tate) is 27. MESS!
  3. I don't see them doing that, unfortunately. From what I've seen, they seem sold on Johnny & Chanel.
  4. I would need Nicole on the canvas for this to happen, honestly.
  5. It really is; Howard comes off as Puzemis' older brother, and not a romantic partner.
  6. I am going to assume directors will be locally-hired talent they can payroll. I am sure the NAACP is assisting with that, as well.
  7. I agree; if they had just aged him up a bit more to post-high school, then that would've made sense... but then they wouldn't be trying to sell the Holly pairing.
  8. I did it! Last night was BAD, but I survived today and I am [finally] free!!!!
  9. This is fantastic. Since Ryan Carnes first left the role in 2020, I called for Van Hansis to be cast as Lucas, and I am SO happy he is coming to Port Charles, and that he's reuniting with Maura West, who he had amazing chemistry with!!! PERFECT choice!
  10. TWO DAYS LEFT! THANK FRICK! I know exactly how you feel, which is why I gave notice at my job and my final shift is tomorrow. Sending you well-thoughts right now, Tao!
  11. Chandler Massey: 34 Guy Wilson: 38 Leo Howard: 27 He's definitely younger than both Massey & Wilson, but looks-wise he would fit the role and I could see him playing a 30-something more effectively than a high schooler.
  12. In watching yesterday's stand-alone episode, I must say: Sharon Case (Sharon Newman) has done quite well with the subpar material she's been given for the past few years under the [unfortunate] pen and production of Josh Griffith. Could this be what earns Case her first Daytime Emmy? Possibly, but I also believe voters aren't going to give it to her easily, especially against the other leading actresses in the genre. I do wish the spitfire spirit Sharon Newman is given off of her meds would translate into when Sharon Newman IS medicated, because it's refreshing.
  13. I agree; he's too smart for the role. He knows what he's being asked to play, script-wise, and that's what isn't clicking.
  14. He doesn't read the age group they're keeping Tate in. Maybe if they had aged him overall I'd buy it more. But... yeah, this was a misfire recast. Should've just made him Will Horton, and kept Tate off-canvas until a suitable recast was found.
  15. It better be a rouse... a disgusting one at that.
  16. Not only is it weird, it's absolutely vile and disgusting. I really felt like vomiting when they kissed. Or how about use the cast he has instead of casting others? This bloated cast genuinely does not need anyone else on it.
  17. Leo Howard, as I've stated prior, reminds me of Guy Wilson and therefore feels like a Will Horton recast instead of a Tate Black one.
  18. This one. This one HURTS! RIP Dame Maggie Smith!!
  19. Rebekah looks amazing with the darker hue on her hair! I've got to catch up so bad.
  20. But it's not what the Ranch, which had the front door on the left of the screen in the entryway.
