  1. It's a soap opera. 🤣 Plus, if realistic, then Lulu wouldn't still be on anti-coagulants going into surgery.
  2. Won't happen until an over-night crew is re-hired. Hence why sets were static to pretty much community lots for the majority of the time until around the end of 2022 / top of 2023.
  3. You don't seem to understand: CBS does not produce either of the Bell soaps, whereas CBS Studios is producing Beyond the Gates with the NAACP and Procter & Gamble Studios, so they have a bit more say/control in things that they don't at either The Bold and the Beautiful (Bell-Phillip Television Productions Inc.) or The Young and the Restless (Bell-Phillip Television Productions Inc./Sony Pictures Television). And the "seasons" are, again, a CBS thing that's been done the past few years. I trust CBS knows what they're doing over over-excited fans who want things "now" because they're becoming impatient. And, historically speaking, a lot of soap operas debuted in the first quarter of the calendar year.
  4. I think that was done as a F-you to Kelly Monaco.
  5. Well, the GCAC was falling apart. Maura West remarked how bad the set was when she was on the cast, and was exiting. Crimson Lights has been revamped over the years. Not as much as this, but it's gotten changed over the years. We don't need a revamp of it.
  6. Yup. But every look was genuine it felt to me. SMFH. #IYKYK
  7. YUP! It probably took everything out of her not to just flip the bird, but I also think she did it for the audience. And [most] of the cast look genuinely moved by it... won't say who didn't, though. It's the sign language sign of "I love you," not deuces.
  8. I am sure their planning is absolutely fine. They know what they're doing. CBS has a lot invested in this.
  9. Love it but, if it were truly Kelly, she would've flipped the bird. Because we know Kelly loves the f-bomb, as the case with her red carpet interviews at the Daytime Emmys, lmao.
  10. And was credited on Bold until September (if what's posted is correct). Obviously, this was set up much before September, because the set was seen at the end of September, via Eric Braeden's own social media. This is not a Scott decision. At all. And even Josh Griffith stated this was a talk for a while.
  11. Because, it takes more than one-month to come up with blueprints and spend the money to construct a set, etc. and Edward J Scott's return didn't happen until THIS month. The timeline does not add up no matter how much people think it does/will.
  12. If Lulu has been on anti-coagulants, then she should've gone OFF of them prior to surgery, to prevent bleeding during surgery.
  13. Men of a certain age shouldn't be thirsting over younger men/women. It's predatory, and very concerning.
  14. Credits for Thursday, October 24, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Cathy Lepard, Anne Schoettle Director: Allison Reames Smith
  15. Not going to lie, that sounds like a them issue, not an issue for Behind the Gates.
  16. Considering it's been discussed in this topic, at length, I'd wager it isn't too much of a spoiler. There's plenty of other spoilers, in other soap monthly threads, that don't get flagged / removed, so a set re-design I believe is safe.
  17. Eric Braeden tearing up made me emotional, but seeing Melody Thomas Scott really get emotional made me tear up. It looks like a real good reconstruction of the former set. I love the new "back" seating area, where the kitchen used to be. That looks stunning.
  18. I think January is likely still the target but they likely want to wait to see how production goes at first, and if there are/aren't kinks to work out.
  19. Celeb Dirty Laundry should not be posted, as outlined per this topic. They are not reputable.
  20. His IG itself proves he didn't violate the NDA, at least, it should. It's going to depend on what the NDA itself states is off-limits for discussing. This is the article that they keep referencing to from October 15. I am assuming this is the paragraph people are taking as confirmation he's joining the soap: ❝ The new CBS soap Beyond the Gates is currently in pre-production and has announced some casting already. Could Andrews be playing a major role on the upcoming daytime drama centered around a powerful African-American family living in a gated community? ❞ Then, Celebrating the Soaps reported the Soaps in Depth article as them confirming he's joined the cast, and reported that he told them (Soaps in Depth) that he had joined the cast, which is not what's reported in the article linked above.
  21. One does not "turn" gay, so please don't phrase shït like that. Secondly, TJ has never explicitly stated his sexuality (to my knowledge), so he could easily be bisexual/bi-curious.
