  1. I really doubt that is Scott-mandated. 🤣 Especially since I feel like we had that with Ashley when she was one of her alters, etc.
  2. Oh, absolutely. When Tamara Braun came in as Kim it was weird seeing them so friendly, lmao.
  3. I think the foundation they set up was solid. I really do. I enjoyed everything, aside from Ian Buchanan's character and Rafe "2", I felt it a nice era with strong production era; they just needed a bit of a push to amp up their writing. I know, at the very least, Marlene McPherson is capable as she wrote the 2013 AMC reboot, and that was SOLID (aside from a couple of things).
  4. Same! Wolf had some spice in his writing, and her just putting it to Carly was perfect. And then Kate chimed in, which was nice, but not as good as Alexis... back when Alexis had strength pre-Julian. Gosh. Miss the more Cassadine-laced Alexis.
  5. On POINT! 2012 was such a different time. Everything feels so half-assed now. And I liked Altman. And her co-writers, lmao. Just not always thrilled with them, haha. But when she was co-writer? Worked.
  6. Oh, lmao. I must be old 'cause I've never seen that acronym before, haha.
  7. Oh see, I really liked their tenure. I found it solid with some good, solid writing.
  8. "And then he dumped you, because you are a raging B I T C H!" That line is iconic. Imagine someone calling her that now? Whew. Korte and co. wouldn't let that fly. And yes, Nancy Lee Grahn looked good here. Costume was on point, too. But yes, very Carly scenes. I always refer back to these scenes, because of how well done they were. Would it surprise you that Shelly Altman was co-head writer at this point?
  9. 13K celebration interviews: It's a playlist directly from Michael Fairman's YouTube, so playlist will update with more videos.
  10. I agree. My ultimate problem is how untouchable the character has been since the "writer" came in. I really am. Carly isn't flawed and if she is, it doesn't feel character-flawed. This felt like Carly and that she was able to be touched by the other characters: Yes, women grow, but everyone seemingly becoming Carly's bestie on the canvas (Alexis, Elizabeth, Sam etc) feels wrong. So wrong.
  11. That was a power move that felt right. It made sense. I got everything Carly in that moment.
  12. I think Bransford worked for the time she was in the role but could I see her in the role today? No, unfortunately. I still think Laura Wright was appropriately cast in the role... but the writing since the "writer" has really ruined the character, in creating her "untouchable" by everyone.
  13. She wasn't that bad of an actress... but she reminded me too much of Nancy Lee Grahn's Alexis.
  14. Oh, I thought that was a back sitting patio where the kitchen entrance used to be. It's not that much of an annoying change, and if anything: I kind of prefer it.
  15. You're very welcome, @Errol! At least the workaround works.
  16. Jen Jacob's husband claims Beyond the Gates debuts in February (as of six-days ago). Interesting tidbit.
  17. Credits for Monday, November 4, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Celena Cipriaso, Kate Hall, Anne Schoettle Director: Gary Tomlin
  18. Per report: Digest has learned that she’ll actually be bringing both of her characters back in 2025. Theresa will be seen in March and then in July, get ready to welcome Gwen back to town. The actress first joined DAYS in 2020 as Gwen. In October of 2023, she left as Gwen and, in the same episode, made her debut as Theresa, taking over the role from departing star Jen Lilley. She played Theresa until the character was carted off to Statesville in August of this year.
  19. Already, camera shots are more in a Bell-style, which is a good thing. What's the handle?
  20. On every tweet, there are three dots (...) in the same line as the user name. Click it, click "Embed post," choose your display option, hit "Copy Code", come to SON, go into "Source" in the response bar, paste the source in, hit "Source" again and then "Submit Reply". This is ultimately a Twitter issue at present, as others who use the Invision platform are experiencing the same issue on their own boards. This is not something Errol is going to be able to address at present time.
