Honestly, in what I've seen, Heather Rattray was an excellent Lily, and it's a damn shame daytime shut her out once she left. Depending on how she looks, I do wonder how she'd work as Heather... although, I don't see the need for returning the role.

I wish the Wards had been more prominent on the GH canvas. The Ashfords are a piss-poor stand-in family.

Sarah Joy Brown (as Claudia). Hell, I'd even wager Kelly Sullivan (ex-Kate) had some chemistry despite such a piss-poor D.I.D. storyline. Plus, I can't even deny it. Maura West (Ava) had chemistry, but she's a chemistry magnet to herself! They could have on Guiding Light but it doesn't recollect to me. And no, Hearst is poised for West for some #RAVA. And I won't allow it to be stopped.

Oh, it would have bombed. Stafford, to me, doesn't have the chemistry needed to work with Benard. For a moment, I thought you were referring to Roger Howarth. Too much "RH" initialled people on this soap. 🤣 As far as I am aware, Hearst & Watros did not work together during their time on Guiding Light. Watros' Annie's pairing with Ron Raines' Alan didn't come in 1997 when Hearst had left already. And it's never going to happen.

No, I do think Stafford matched that one more than Cynthia Watros did. And the same goes with James Patrick Stuart (Valentin). Watros, for me, worked better with Maurice Benard (Sonny). I sense that Watros would have done well with Rick Hearst (Ric) where I think he and Stafford lacked. The only non-pairing I think both women did well with was with Donnell Turner (Curtis).

Oh yes, uh-oh. 🤣 That was the Michelle Stafford era, and I block that out as much as humanly possible. I mean, can you blame me? 👼🏻

He was just throwing out references to tie-in his own character creations, likely in the hopes they'd continue on well beyond his exit. Boy, oh boy, was he wrong. Little to none of his created characters still exist outside of Ava and... who else? 🤣

I think it was a claim he was related to Lily? I don't know. I tried to block that whole period out of my mind... it's the end of his tenure, and everything was so bad. So, so bad.

That's the "writer" for you. 🤣🙄 It's what he did, continuously and endlessly. I don't believe Carlos and his brother Joe Rivera are related to Lily in any kind of way. It is Sabrina (and her child/children) that would be related. But Carlos and Joe are not.
