  1. I don't see them recasting until after this lawsuit bull is done and over with, as recasting would prove his claim they wanted to recast him around the time of his firing. Not to mention, the character is genuinely not needed on-canvas.
  2. THE BLUE TWIST! HOLY COW!
  3. Everything I've seen reflects what Errol posted in November. Seems like it's a slow news end of 2024, so rags are picking up anything to get some clicks. Or the Aussie and his "team" have paid-out to have his story brought back up, in the hopes of gaining momentum.
  4. I remember the scenes Ava & Sam shared when Ava's face had the burns. I found them to be so beautiful, and really do wish more had been explored there.
  5. The one thing I felt like past regimes failed to realize was how right Diane & Jack do fit together; I had a glimmer of hope for it when Maura West was in the role, but Maria Arena felt the need to immediately land Diane back into the Newman web with a short-lived (hot) affair with Nicholas, and then re-marrying Victor for 2.5 seconds.
  6. Honestly, whatever the reason, I adore seeing Van Hansis & Maura West working together. The brief scenes they shared on World Turns as Luke & Carly, respectively, were always beautiful. And there is a natural built-in chemistry between them that comes off so effectively well.
  7. Do I rule out Michael returning? No. Do I rule out Chad Duell returning? Somewhat. Would I welcome him back? Yes. But, like you: this does not feel like a temporary exit, a-la Storms' exits of the past. And, honestly, I think resting Michael is a good thing right now. Let the character rest for the majority of 2025, and possibly return by Christmastime.
  8. Same. That's my thought-process, and it's a shame because there is [some] meat in his story now... likely, brought on by his impending exit.
  9. Especially one that described Michele Val Jean as "another Black female bootlick". So disgusting.
  10. Oh see, I like those type of episodes. And the sike-out was so well done, as I hadn't called it. But yes, Lee needs to return in 2025! It's time.
  11. I agree with this; Jequan Jackson is more suited for the role of Kai, and I feel like he visually works better with Tabyana Ali's Trina. Shame Frank Valentini made the decision he made (I can only assume it was Valentini who made the final decision).
  12. Same; it was nice seeing them, even for the Christmas Story-type of episode. Lee, especially, I liked.
  13. Finally, catching up on the past two-weeks of EastEnders. And loving the returns for the Linda Carter episode. Makes me wish both Lee & Nancy would return in 2025 after the 40th celebrations. They just felt at-home.
  14. Unfortunately, that was going to come no matter whom she was paired with. If it isn't Spencer, they will not want it. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  15. Honestly, Anna needed Emma's presence in Port Charles, too. It was nice seeing Anna in the "grandma/mom" mode against Emma. But Emma vs. Josslyn is giving what I needed, but I do need more of it. Time for her to go fully off. Nothing about Kai works for me, at all. Another pointless hire.
