  1. Same; for me, Knots is available for streaming (albeit under "unscripted"). Falcon Crest is available for streaming as well. My guess? The saw the reaction to it moving to "premium" (a.k.a. purchase only) and recoiled.
  2. Josslyn will fail at being a W.S.B. agent in the same way she failed to even follow through with going to school for nursing (another plot-point I never got). James is an icon and a legend; I need more of him immediately.
  3. Please, no! Not necessarily; Dani is clearly using the Dupree name, as is Nicole (with Richardson). But of course a long-lost son could be in the making, although it makes me wonder if it'd be from Anita (pre-marriage) or from Vernon. Well, doing twice the number of B&B/DAYS/Y&R is not that difficult. Things are actually happening on this soap in comparison to the others.
  4. Exactly; someone projecting themselves as that perfect ultimately means there is going to be some kind of downfall. And it could be hard and damning.
  5. I think we have to still remember: they're going to be testing things out, and unlike the other four soaps, they don't have to stick to doing it a certain way. I mean, in the scenes with Anita & Dani in Dani's home set, we had the standard views and then one additional one we've not really seen, and it was fantastic. They have a blank canvas of not having to worry about "Oh, our audiences won't accept this change." They're more so thinking about making sure they're going to be on-air and can establish what their own standard is. Yes, there are things we [may] view as "odd" or "wrong" or "different" but, for Beyond the Gates, it may be what they want to establish for themselves.
  6. Errol already told us the first day concludes on Thursday, with Friday being a new day.
  7. That was one of my thoughts; the moment she took that shot, something snapped inside of her. Either way, or possibly bipolar?!
  8. I do not hate this. I always liked Ryan Quan as head writer at Days of Our Lives, despite being stuck with a shït co-head writer.
  9. Don't they have a dual staircase? In some BTS from the serial, there's a second staircase on the opposite side of the one we see on camera, no?
  10. I don't think that either ⏤ I think their lack of kissing, despite multiple instances they could have, is alluding to more in terms of story of the characters. Whether on the side of Martin or Smitty is where it remains to be seen.
  11. I agree; she does seem settled into the role, but she also didn't give me anything in the premier episode, whereas today I felt more from her.
  12. I would assume not since the Daytime Emmys were pushed to the second half of 2025. 😉 I have my ideas on what it could be, but I know Ms. Val Jean won't let us down. It's just good to see the LGBTQIA+ community aren't used as some once-per-month plot point of "diversity" and showing "inclusion".
  13. No, he definitely looks his age, which is not a negative.
  14. 🤣 Girl, it'd help! And I have a feeling I know who the hot guy could be... oops.
  15. Can he act? Because the actor in the role now is as dry as sand paper.
  16. And Bessie (or was it Betsy?)... she wasn't credified, either.
  17. 🤣 Sounds like backlash might've been... harsh, and they listened?
  18. Outfit four: she wore something different at the start of the first episode while in the kitchen. 😉
  19. Age is also, realistically, a non-point in daytime television. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Suspension of belief is needed, honestly. And per the casting breakdown, the children (then-twins) were adopted seven years ago, so after today's episode, one was adopted at nine and one was adopted at ten. Honestly, the casting breakdown name of "Daniel" is what should have been kept. Perhaps "Smitty" came from his formal journalism career?
  20. Disappointed he only served one contract cycle; he should still be a contractual player, as there was potential with TJ outside of his relationship with Molly, but it seems like TPTB might feel differently on that front.
  21. He also said they were "so young" when they brought them home and that now they are teenagers.
  22. Dani, from my point of view, is definitely battling some kind of bipolar or emotional turmoil. And neither is negative. But she's going from a high of anger/rage to the low of breaking down. Loving the mama bear vibe that Anita gives off, though! The chemistry between Vernon & Martin is interesting; it'll be cool to see how it develops over time. So, Dani has an in-home office with her assistant(s)? I love it. That's lux. The dialogue is very strong and unique. There is a clear point of view right now, and I like it. The "D" on the glasses in the Dupree home?! That is class personified. Yes, mama bear Anita is the matriarch and her presence is powerful! Hayley, baby, I can already tell you: you're barking up the wrong damn tree... Nicole is about to lash you out. I feel it. The scene between the two women that work for Nicole was interesting. Some anvils concerning them dropping already?! The use of musical cues is nice; they support the scene. They don't overpower like some other soaps that use them to drive their scenes' drama. So, no one in the Dupree family liked Bill? Ain't that some tea? Dani drinking... either a drinking problem could occur, or possibly a multiple personality?! I'm sensing some potential D.I.D. anvils being dropped once she swallowed that shot. Bill plays dirty. He really does. THE BLACKMAIL OF IT ALL! Martin & Smitty are cute, but there is a clear disconnect between them. And they kept nearly kissing, and it didn't happen. Something's going on here. Oh, so something concerning Martin is what Bill has hidden?! Oh. I wonder what it could be....... this is going to be JUICY!!
  23. Credits for Tuesday, February 25, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Emily Culliton, Steve Rosenberg, Cathy Lepard Director: Jillian Dedote
  24. Omg. This is teasing... and I love the teasing. I need MORE!! 28 minutes'til episode wo! I agree; I feel like she is on point as Dani.
  25. Oh, the actors do show support but do not expect the official Twitter/Instagram accounts to do so.
