  1. No; I genuinely believe Martin to be a deadbeat, hence why I refer to him as "Deadbeat". It's an absent parent and a horrible excuse of a husband. I, unlike some, can disconnect actor from character.
  2. I try and not directly respond to you (for obvious reasons), but I trust the showrunners. It's you and your ideas I don't.
  3. We don't need a subpar actor from one soap coming here... let's do better.
  4. Very rough since day one; he had a few glimmering moments here and there, but it's been bad. Very bad. And right now, to be the lead in a storyline... it's a choice. Wish he'd been recast prior to this.
  5. date: Monday, July 14, 2025 | Sara A. Bibel, Lynn Martin | Anthony Pascarelli Deadbeat, Deadbeat, Deadbeat... you know, if you were fücking honest (for once), your daughter would know to stay away from the White man stalking you. But no, you keep your deadbeat mouth shut. Ooh, Vernon does not like being summoned, especially by the likes of Bill Hamilton, but you both have some messy mess to clean up. Allison, baby, you are stalking Chelsea, and it shows in both her and Madison's reaction. You are giving 'unhinged former lover' syndrome, and it's not cute. Maybe you are the one who beats on Craig? Not the other way around. Black skin? Sir, your racism is showing in public. Might want to watch it. But Deadbeat, I wouldn't even listen to you with your ignorant, deadbeat-like ass. Be honest for once in your damn life. Good on Bradley for standing his damn ground; it's about time he did it. Show your 'partner' you mean business. Not Ashley alluding to things concerning the child bride while she sits at the nearby table. NO BRADLEY GIVE THE DAMN ULTIMATUM! DON'T BUCKLE NOW! Leave his dumb ass. You, your children... you both deserve better than a deadbeat, secret-keeping liar. Bill versus Vernon is interesting; I wonder if it'd be this volatile if Bill were still married to Dani at this point. THat makes me wonder. Here's Bradley, cleaning up the mess once again... this poor man deserves some damn love and support, which he is not getting from the [!@#$%^&*] that's supposed to be his husband. I love Ashley icing out the child bride while also calling her out on the inconsistencies regarding cravings during pregnancy. Do it, Ashley!!! Do it up!!!! Poor Vernon looked and sounded like he was going to cry leaving Anita that voicemail. The poor guy just needs his wife back. For once I am on Bill's side with this one. Awe, the five-finger word. That was too cute! I do like that Bradley and Jacob are friends and have that kind of relationship with each other. The spouses of the Dupree grandkids. "You planned the pregnancy." BOOM! Call her out, Ashley... if only the child bride was actually pregnant. ALLISON YOU ARE DERANGED!! Like, psychotic. Go away! Notes: We have entered into the era of 'fall preview' promo spots for primetime television. And nothing looks even remotely interesting. Both Najah Jackson (Samantha) and Mike Manning (Bradley) are carrying Brandon Claybon (Martin) through this storyline, and I can tell their backs are absolutely breaking. Manning and Jibre Hordges (Jacob) work so well off of each other. I'm sorry, but everyone at Uptown is getting the buffalo chicken, and I'm going to need it now, too!!!

  8. I agree; plus, they've finally figured out their production look (removal of green hues).
  9. Reminder: this is a RUMOUR REPORT! This is not confirmed information.
  10. The specs of Soundstage 31 (B&B's now former soundstage): (x) 10,000 sq. ft 130' x 110' (dimensions) 26' ft (height) 25' to Grid (clear height) 14' 8" x 14' 5" (door; WXH) (6) 200 amps (power) 117 tons (AC) My guess, looking at the stage spaces at the Las Palmas location, they're likely to occupy Stage 6 (11,276 sq. ft) or upgrade to one of the larger lots, like Stage 10 (15,822 sq. ft) or Stage 11 (16,645 sq. ft). Or possibly even Stage 3/8 (19,900 sq. ft), the latter of which would nearly double their stage space and would clearly allow for what McCook referenced as enlarging the sets.
  11. According to Deadline Hollywood, the move for B&B came at the end of their current leasing deal; Y&R is staying put, as they have left on their multi-year lease and have "no plans of relocating at this time". (x) The studios at Culver Studios would be the logical move, but it'd also depend on studio space; I do believe Y&R holds two stages at Television City of considerable size, while B&B held one. And while spaces at Culver are considerable, they don't look as flushed/substantial as what they presently have at Television City. Sunset Las Palmas Studios looks very much like a great place for B&B to film, and there is potential there, especially if they're [possibly] able to get two stages for the price of the one they held at Television City. I know the studio was recently used for Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's music video for "Younger and Hotter Than Me", and it looks like a lovely space. And the film One of Them Days (starring Keke Palmer and SZA) was shot at the studio, using their trailers and equipment from Quixote. And it looks like they're warmly welcoming them in Old Hollywood style.
  12. I am heartbroken over this; I applaud Freevee for giving us two more years of our family on Ramsey Street, and it is a crying shame Prime Video did not feel it worth continuing; it's clear the audience is there... but production support is not. It is a shame Network 10 would not invest in this soap to help Fremantle Australia out; at least Seven Network (which produces/airs Home and Away, a less successful soap) helps in the production for Home and Away. Makes me wish Neighbours could have returned to Seven, where it all began.

  15. date: Friday, July 11 | Gregori J. Martin, Danielle Paige | Anthony Pascarelli Deadbeat is really pissing me off; I'm going to really need Bradley to realise he's not winning in this one-way street of a marriage. Of course Sharon's ugliness would come out with any suggestion Anita makes. Don't change your true colours, auntie. Ugly. Ugly. Ugly. I love seeing Madison a bit worried about meeting Anita Dupree of the Articulettes. That's a good detail to see. You don't kiss and run?! Deadbeat, you do nothing but run... hypocrite to the highest degree. That little moment with one of Chelsea's fans was super cute; I don't know if I'd be brave enough to walk up to someone in that way. Maybe, just maybe, if Deadbeat would just be honest, his approach would be understandable with those he lives with. Instead, he's a moron who wants to keep things secretive. And now Marcel is welcomed in his home? No, thanks. I appreciate that Jacob is not willing to make exceptions... I am just hoping he lives up to his words, because if not, he will be nothing short of a hypocrite. I appreciate Tracy being honest and forward with Anita concerning the choreography of the reunion concert. But good on Anita for throwing Sharon's words right back in her face... like a backhanded slap to the face. Police protection?! Deadbeat is really working this in the wrong manner and is trusting the wrong people. What an absolute moron. I pray Bradley goes on, takes the kids and high-tails it out of there. It's disappointing that after settling some of their dust and grievances, both Sharon and Tracy feel the need to revisit this. Tracy, your ass has quit this reunion a handful of times since it was mentioned... sit your ugliness down and eat some humble pie. Allison is full-on giving psycho ex-lover/fan, and I feel like Madison could get caught in the crossfire. Good on Anita for tossing those two ungrateful bitches out of her hotel suite (gorgeous suite, by the way). Bradley, be careful! Oh Kenny, showing up with Samantha. Y'all better stop. Notes: Continued Beyoncé mentions and a P!nk mention?! YES! We love a P!nk mention!! That is a rockstar!! Sharon's ugliness wishes she could do what P!nk does. Well, here's the "on location" everyone wanted. Knew it'd be back. Next week looks very, very exciting!!!
