I dunno. James Patrick Stuart has *always* been on recurring and they've always let him do other projects, so who knows. Since GH is owned by Disney, maybe they can work it out? The last time he was filming outside stuff, GH wrote it that Valentin was in the trunk of a car, and then later on they wrote that Valentin was on a tropical island. His absence was not an issue most of the time -- but it was a bit odd when many characters were there for Peter's death except for Valentin. (But I'm so glad they didn't wait for his return, because Peter needed to *die* ASAP !) And then they had to write in a scene after Valentin's return where he apologized to Anna for "not being there for her". I think Anna and Valentin eventually worked it out between them that they can accept that each has secrets? You ask a good question. I don't know what will happen this time.

Do you mean adding photos to the end of an individual post? Or do you mean the signature line/pic of the poster that appear automatically under each of their posts (if a member has their account set up with a signature)? I find signatures distracting too, if the pics are larger or if there is a lot of writing. It interferes with my flow of reading the thread. My fix: What I do is set up my *own* account settings to "not see other people's signatures". That makes it much easier for me to read threads. The only disadvantage to this: I was not able to see the Vault person's signature, so for a long time I didn't know what people were talking about. Finally I asked what is that, and they explained. So then, for one day, I enabled being able to see signatures - just so I could view that. Then I switched it back.

Yes GH and B&B will indeed air all five days of week of Oct 17, unless there's a new unexpected preemption. @victoria foxtonyour cable guide is correct, which is good. Thanks for the post. I think the issue is that some other cable guides or satellite guides or broadcast TV guides ... are confused due to the Oct 13 preemption and haven't sorted themselves out yet. I think @slick jones is making a good point. If you usually tell your recorder to automatically record every episode of a show ....some recorders use listings, and if the listings are wrong then it won't record a new episode. This happens to a lot of people whenever shows are preempted, or if there is a rerun - because the preemption/rerun throws off the listings for the next batch of episodes after the preemption. So as a precaution, whenever there is a preemption or rerun, set up your recorder manually to record each date for a while, until the listings correct themselves.

My thoughts... I'd be excited for the Teriah storyline, if I thought the show would feature it more. It seems like it comes up only once a month. Meeting at Crimson Lights makes sense (in a way) for *them* because they live in the apartment upstairs above Crimson Lights. But still, adoption requires sensitive privacy and Christine should have a law office where they meet her. Tucker's and Diane's storylines have the potential to be a great umbrella story - if there were a decent writer. But then Josh Griffith says "This confession will have major ramifications for all involved as Diane will stop at nothing to hold on to her new life." So because it's JG saying that, I tend to think it will end up as nothing. Sigh. The Skyle picture made wonder, where is their romantic getaway? The GCAC? The Grand Phoenix? LOL. It would be cool if it were the tropical locale where Nate and Elena had their romantic getaway. Nick/Sally/Adam - Nick shouldn't have to say in the promo "we have great chemistry". Let the viewers decide that. In Fri CDN/ Mon US, Nick and Sally decided to end it and they hug goodbye. but just as they are hugging, Summer walks in and sees the hug and senses that something's going on. And obviously they don't really end it. In Fri CDN/ Mon US, Nick confides in Sharon about his connection with Sally. I'm glad Nick and Sharon are good friends and can talk about things. I don't want a romantic reunion of Nick/Sharon. But I want more for Sharon than dispensing advice at Crimson Lights. She has a psych degree and is a certified therapist. Right? She should have a professional office and paying clients. Or she should work at a charitable clinic with low-income clients. Whatever, she should have a workplace outside of the coffee shop.

Friday, October 21 - "Kyle and Summer enjoy a romantic getaway."

Tucker/Diane/Jack/Phyllis/Nikki/Talia... and Jeremy Monday Oct 17 US (already aired Friday Oct 14 Canada): Jack meets with Tucker at a restaurant. Jack doesn't want Tucker bothering Ashley. As an aside, Jack asks Tucker about a rumor that Tucker's return is connected to Diane, but Tucker feigns surprise at such a suggestion. Just then, Diane walks into the restaurant and sees them. She joins them. Jack then asks Tucker and Diane together of them if they are connected. Diane swears that her first sight of Tucker since her faked death... was when he arrived via helicopter at the Kyle/Summer vow renewal. After Jack leaves the table, Diane and Tucker speak alone. Diane tells Tucker that she had arranged for Tucker and Ashley to meet, and they did, so therefore her part is done and her arrangement with Tucker is concluded, and he no longer controls Diane. But Tucker tells Diane the arrangement is not done yet. a few tidbits on what's coming up for this story Oct 18-21: Diane visits Jack's office and tries to shift the focus of Jack's doubts onto Phyllis. But Jack senses that Diane is not being transparent about her time in Los Angeles. Jack tells Diane he had tried trusting her but he no longer trusts her. Later, Diane encounters Phyllis, who tells her that the reporter Talia is going to research Diane's history with Tucker. Diane realizes that she needs to get ahead of Phyllis. Therefore, Diane decides to go find Jack and tell him all about her connection with Tucker. J.Griffith says that Diane's confession will impact everyone involved in this storyline. "Diane will stop at nothing to hold on to her new life." Friday October 21: Passions actor James Hyde debuts as "Jeremy Stark", who shared a connection with Diane Jenkins during her time away from Genoa City. Tucker/Chancellor-Winters/Audra Monday Oct 17 US (already aired Friday Oct 14 Canada): Tucker meets Audra at his Athletic Club suite. She tells Tucker that Nate was the person giving away Chancellor-Winters intel. This will impact Tucker's plans. Nate's betrayal will cause the IPO to be delayed. Tucker realizes that there must be another company wanting to take over C-W. Tucker wonders if Victoria is doing this and he asks Audra if Victoria would be as formidable an opponent as Victor.

Teriah adoption process update In her role as their adoption attorney, Christine meets with Mariah and Tessa at Crimson Lights. Christine tells them that there is a pregnant woman considering giving them her baby. But the woman wants to get to know them first. Christine asks them if this would be okay.

I guess they're doing a metaphor for COVID. Marlena, Kayla, and Kate all have the same toxin illness; but they don't have the exact same symptoms. (Kate's symptoms were mostly sneezing, but she is still very weak.) Marlena and Kayla are hospitalized, but Kate is resting in her home above the Brady pub. There's the search for an antidote and when it's finally developed, there is the need for additional doses and boosters (obvious metaphor for the covid vaccine). The treatments work differently on different patients, which could be a metaphor for antibody treatments. Or just a general metaphor for how different COVID patients recover at different rates, or don't recover at all. The basic difference is that Orpheus intentionally drugged three people; but COVID is unintentionally spread by contagion. But otherwise the storyline is very similar. If, months from now, one of the ladies (or all three) have aftereffects of fatigue, brain fog, etc - it would be a metaphor for Long Covid.

As we already saw: Brady agreed to break up with Chloe so that Kristen would give the orchid formula to save Marlena. Kristen stipulated that he and Rachel live with her as a family over several months or longer, until all the doses and boosters of the drug have been administered. Brady agreed to all of this. The spoiler is that Brady doesn't tell Chloe that he made this agreement with Kristen. Chloe tries to reach out and make nice with Kristen. When Marlena starts to recover, Brady spontaneously kisses Chloe -- but Kristen sees them. So then Brady breaks up with Chloe suddenly and completely with no explanation, and Chloe is devastated. Brady is convincing, so Chloe now truly believes she is alone. The other spoiler is that the formula works on Marlena, but when Rex then gives it to Kayla, it doesn't seem to work on Kayla and she flatlines. (Perhaps that's the scene in the promo where Kayla's spirit starts to go to the other side.)
