  1. So yeah… everything with Johnny/Chanel/Amy was just as cringe as I thought it was going to be. And all the talk of Nicole was stupid and unnecessary. Hopefully, the new writers realize that playing everything like a big joke is not the way to go. It really undercut everything that happened when Gabi and Jada showed up, which actually could’ve been really good had it not been handcuffed by everything that happened before it. Plus, EJ being such a campy bitch is a big mistake as well. Maybe it’s time to recast lol I was impressed by Johnny though after he found out about Fake Rafe. And just like with BTG, it’s always good to see the child step up and defend their mother. I still say that the fact that Sami’s rape is being treated like an actual rape for the first time in years is not Ron-like. And that it’s possible that that played into his firing as well. Btw, EJ vs. Paulina would be a lot more interesting if that was the thing that caused conflict for Johnny and Chanel. Tate/Holly/Doug III was good as well. Now that Tate knows that Doug III stole the necklace, it could lead to a proper feud/triangle. I’m interesting in seeing what Tate does with that information. And tying it all to his and Sophia’s baby could make this storyline even better.
  2. Knowing Ron, she was but Alex's wonder sperm defeated it.
  3. If it were me, I never would've made Chanel miscarry in the first place.
  4. I'm already not looking forward to their scenes tomorrow. But I don't mind Johnny/Chanel trying to have/get a baby, even though I'd prefer them to still be messy 😂
  5. Agreed. Leaving Dex/EH basically stuck in a bubble with the two worst characters on GH was a huge mistake. He proved, in so many scenes with other characters, that Dex could've been so much more than that.
  6. Sounds familiar 😂😂
  7. 😍😍 Such a cutie pie 😂😂😂
  8. So do I 😉 I think we learned that last summer at the Olympics (Hi Stephen!!) 😂😂😂😂
  9. Are we sharing? 😉😂😂
  10. Everything on him is to love 😍😍😂 And I, myself, have a weakness for the cute, sweet nerdy type too 😂😂
  11. For any of you boys who thought Mike Manning looked nerdy and dorky on BTG 😍😍😉😂
  12. The cruelty and humiliation of it all was what I hated more than anything. That's why I'm worried about
  13. One thing I've really been enjoying about this thread is the different interpretations that so many of us have been having about everything. Actors, characters, writing, directing, sets, etc.
  14. I honestly think that humiliating Nancy and Gwen as much as possible was the biggest reasons for both of those messes, and then you had Jamey just making everything ten times worse.
  15. I try to pretend the same way about Craig/Nancy and Dimitri/Leo, but it never works 😂😂
  16. Ok, those were some great cliffhangers 👍 It was a really good way to cap off the first week, but at the same time, I felt the pacing was a little off in today's episode. And yesterday's too. Things felt a little rushed, almost like the New Years Eve episode of Days. I understand why they would choose to do it like that but I really hope they go back to the pacing of the first three episodes. And Dani begging Bill to take her back seemed a little strange to me as well. Throughout the whole week, I never got the impression that she even wanted him back. Maybe it was meant to trigger today's cliffhanger, but I think it could've been established and built up a little better. And getting back to yesterday's episode, I think we should've seen the immediate aftermath of Laura being run off the road too. Why end Wednesday like that, if in the next episode, Laura was gonna be perfectly fine? I did enjoy Dani's scene with Chelsea and Naomi though, and that they seem to be firmly on Dani's side. We'll see what happens next week lol
  17. You'd think people who are always boasting about how much they love to use history would get it right all the time 😂 Seriously, the two of them together was one of the worst, if not the worst team in soap history and I couldn't be happier that they've been broken up.
  18. I can't stand him. He's always boasting about his "love" for the genre and knowledge of all the soaps, yet treats it all like a big stupid joke and seems to have no understanding of what soap opera is To me, that's not love that's contempt. And he clearly doesn't do any research except maybe to read a sentence or two on a wiki somewhere. Liz and Marie was a perfect example of that. I was watching some episodes last week and I found proof that Liz and Marie did make peace in the 80s, so that petty bitchfight in Doug's funeral episode was not necessary.
  19. Agreed it's almost like she's playing a different character I've always thought Ron had writing talent; his overall personality is the biggest problem. The thought of a suicide mission is still in the back of my mind. But there's no excuse for Jamey, who is hands down, the worst soap writer in history. Ron deserved firing just for him alone.
