There were so many story opportunities for them, as we were reminded of today, and every single one was rushed and basically forgotten about. And like I said in the spoiler thread, I really hope they don’t do to Chanel what I fear they’re going to do. Tate was unintentionally messy but I liked the dilemma that he was in. Admittedly, it made him look a little pathetic but again, he’s a teen. He’s supposed to messy lol I still like him but I’m kinda hoping that either Holly or Sophia rip him a new one at some point in the future. Johnny and Chanel counseling him was nice though and so was Doug III counseling Holly. Days really needs to push this quad or a Tate/Doug III rivalry because it could be really good. I wonder where Doug III is gonna end up working now. And now that the soap crap is over, can we get Leo away from him? Please 🙏 Too soon to make any judgments about nuSophia though. Clearly, Joy was supposed to be the bad guy in today’s episode and clearly it didn’t work. I was totally on her side today. Her ripping Alex was great. This was the most spark that she’s had in a long time. And yeah, Alex’s scenes with Stephanie made him look a selfish POS. I really hope we don’t get another one of those cruel, nasty ass humiliation storylines that Ron loves to do. He did it to the mother now he’s gonna do it to the daughter? And yeah, Seth Burns is a clown. And the hospital suddenly going bankrupt sounds stupid. Kayla definitely should’ve known about it by now. Hopefully, it’ll lead into something good for everyone involved.

As nerdy as the Kai/Trina/Gio/Emma quad was today, I still like them lol they work really well together. Cody was annoying today and his hatred of Jason and Drew still seems so sudden and random to me but I'm really interested in the whole secret about Sasha's baby and what it could lead to for all the characters involved in it. It's a good secret. As good as the secret about Nina and Drew having sex. And I despise Cyrus with every fiber of my being but I'm also interested in what's going to happen now that Danny's confronted him. This could lead to a good, big sweeps explosion. Sonny/Natalia... Skip.

RIH, Body&Soul 🖕🖕🖕🖕 Even though it’s supposed to be continuing just without Abe and Kate, etc., hopefully this [!@#$%^&*] is completely erased from existence and never even mentioned again, especially after the new writers come in. Seriously, this was one of the worst storylines I’ve ever seen and if you ask me, every single actor involved in it deserves an apology from Ron and his little bitchboy, Jamey. They all deserve a lot better than to be treated like big jokes. Idk if Ron meant it to be like a love letter to the soaps, to the fans, whatever (though I wouldn’t be surprised if this was another one of Jamey’s pitches 🤮🤮🤮🤮) but this garbage proves that you cannot write a successful love letter when you’re toxic af and have more issues than f*ckin Time magazine. Speaking of toxic, I’m already worried about how Joy’s gonna be written in the next few months. But I’m so happy that this is all finally ending. It’s been tough but we made it through lol. And Leo getting fired as head writer was the icing on the cake 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Johnny’s new haircut looked good though. Same problem as always; the idea is so good but the execution of it all is so terrible.

Again, there are so many good elements and dynamics on the show right now but it’s all being handled so poorly and lazily. It’s at the point where I think Ron’s not the only one who deserved firing (besides Jamey) Belle being made into an idiot is not the right way to go either. I mean, I like EJelle, but why are they not playing it up that she’s f*cking the guy who raped her sister and tried to kill her father? I did see a bit of spark between Shawn and Jada though, and I hope they go there with the two of them. I just wish that it wasn’t written the way that it was. And yeah, I can’t wait for this Aremid stuff to end.

RIP Considering how certain soap writers view faith and religion today, it was nice to have a character and an actor like this onscreen for so long to be there for the characters. And yes, Bruce French did rise above the campiness.

Anything's possible. But Body&Soul was garbage from the very beginning. I can't help but think that someone in power would have put their foot down before now 😂 And I'm with @Khan too, what was done to Abe was a disgrace. Sometimes, it was like I was watching a completely different character. Well tbf, he's been dealing with that feedback since like 2019 😂 That was Ron really started to fall off the rails.
