  1. That's exactly the way that I feel about this time. Next round, I'll probably be Team Nina lol This has all the makings of a pretty good rivalry storyline between Carly and Nina and I hope the show keeps running with it.
  2. Yeah I'm team Carly this time too. You don't brainwash a child like that. Looking forward to the next round of Carly vs. Nina.
  3. Unfortunately, no 😂 No Hope/Liam/Steffy for 4 days lol I've watched B&B for a few years, but I think that just might have been the biggest break from them that I've ever seen 😂
  4. I guess this is as good a time as any to say that, a few months ago I started working on a reboot/continuation of the soap that I wrote when I was younger. It's a continuation in that for the most part, I'm picking up where I left off but a reboot in the fact that everything I've written before didn't happen. Basically, this is a different timeline. I have some episodes written, but I think they still need some work and other revisions.
  5. I still don't like Zoe, and the Flo storyline does seem forced, but honestly this week has been a breath of fresh air. I'm sure we all know why 😂😂
  6. I'll be waiting for Ron's salty response 😂
  7. Agreed. Even if everything had been completely perfect, it still wouldn't have been worth it. I imagine it would been a lot better had this all come out in like 2019 or something. That's really the only thing that could possibly work. A long arc were no character is sacrificed. Luckily, the current regime loves to drag stuff out lol
  8. Despite everything, I have to admit today's episode was really good. Yeah, Wes' acting needs work and Finn was being too whiny and dramatic with Anna, but overall I enjoyed it. Looking forward to tomorrow, not only for the Peter stuff, but the Carly/Nina scenes too Definitely. He's gotta be desperate to keep WR on, I just have no idea how they're going to do it.
  9. I can't help but wonder if that really was the intention (Alex turning out to be Peter's mother) from the beginning, or if it was rewritten only because Anna being the mother was so unpopular with fans. The show under Frank has had a history of tying pet characters and pet actors to popular characters and actors in order to prop them. It's a backstage mystery lol Is Frank's interference responsible for this mess of a storyline? Or is Chris Van Etten just a lousy writer? I wonder what Shelly Altman played in this as well, if she did at all.
  10. Either that or they need to hire new breakdown writers
  11. Well, at least it corrects the immensely boneheaded decision to make Anna his mother. I still wonder who's the jackass who actually suggested that? The thing is Frank probably wants to keep WR on, and like Tristan Rogers said, they painted Peter into a corner so I wonder a lot about what they're going to do
  12. James E. Reilly wouldn't even be this cruel lol Luckily, it looks like the big reveal is going to continue tomorrow
  13. Two episodes without Hope/Liam/Steffy Lmao I'm shocked
  14. Haha no wonder why Tristan Rogers told fans to take it easy on Wes Ramsey
  15. There were times when the pacing could have been better, but I think in those first few years Passions was really good. This time period was one of them. That sweeps was one of Passions' best.
  16. Between Chloe's muffin and Xander's little prick, it's been a really interesting week so far 😂 And agreed on PT's body. She's living Ron's fantasies. First it was with Leo, now the seamstress gets to do it
  17. It would be worth it just to see Ron bitching and moaning all over Twitter 😂 Has anyone from Days ever spoken out about the writing since Ron's been at the helm?
  18. He's right. This has gone for over 3 years, and they've tied so much stuff to Peter and Faison and what happened with Drew and Jason and all that crap and there's been no payoff for practically any of it. Just a lot of abrupt endings and rewrites, which ultimately is bad writing. I kind of want to give Chris Van Etten the benefit of the doubt and blame it all on Frank and his interfering, but sometimes I wonder who's at fault here for all of this.
  19. Something tells me he's still going to try.
  20. That's Frank's way of keeping his friends and pets on the canvas: tie them to existing, likable characters in order to get fans to like them as well. And honestly, they've tied so many characters and storylines to Peter and all of his stuff that I'm starting to forget some of it.
  21. Between Days and GH, I’m really starting to hate the word “changed” lol Idk if the show itself ever did it, but you used to be able to buy merch at the NBC store. I once had a Days t-shirt and a Passions hat No. But Ron’s gotta Ron
  22. I had no problem with it. Episodes like this, that are basically the calm before the storm, are necessary on soaps. And the ending was a bit of a surprise too
  23. Uh-oh In that case, Maxie's gonna develop DID and then switch her baby with somebody else's
  24. Oh, I hope that this is as good and climactic as they've made it sound
