They didn't run out of story for Tripp, they just rushed through everything. The secret of Allie cheating with Chanel could have burned for a little longer. Imagine the fallout if Tripp had sacrificed himself to save Allie from the devil and then found out that she had cheated on him. Or, he and Chanel could have not been interrupted by Paulina and actually had a one night stand and Chanel could have gotten pregnant. Chanel being torn between Johnny and Allie, but pregnant with Tripp's child would have been a great mess and a lot more interesting than this stuff with Sloan's parents.

They fired him. He even gave an interview where he said he didn't see it coming.

Great cliffhanger And it was great seeing Tripp go head to head with EJ. Tripp taking on the Dimeras could actually be a pretty decent storyline. I hope he sticks around for good. The show needs characters like him to balance out all the selfish scumbag characters 😂😂 The only thing I didn't get is why Johnny even had a conversation with Ava. Awww Rory I know a lot of y'all didn't like him, but he didn't bother me at all. I was really hoping for a Spencer/Trina/Rory triangle, with Spencer being the winner of course 😂😂 I hope we find out the backstage tea about how this came about. Today's episode was pretty good... if you fast forward the Sister Mary Moira scenes 😂😂 Eric and Nicole's storyline continues to be the best and I hope the show realizes what a good thing they have with this storyline. Today seemed to be a perfect example of Days as a whole: when they get it right, they get it right. But when they get it wrong, they get it reallllyyyy wrong 😂 I love Burger King. What'd ya get? 😂😂
