A lot of good acting in todays episode and not just in the main storyline. Greg Vaughan stole the show. He conveyed the anger and emotion so well. The look in his eyes throughout the episode felt so real. He might even have an Emmy reel ready. The episode itself was written very well too. It’s didn’t feel rushed or paced in the wrong way. Ari Zucker did really well too, both in her scenes with Chanel and in the final scene with Eric and Jude. I’m looking forward to seeing this continue on Monday. But as glad as I am that Dimitri/Peter Porte is not here to be squandered and is safe from Leo, I think it’s a mistake that he’s not here for this. He was one of the catalysts that set this whole thing in motion and him not being there makes it feel incomplete, regardless of how good today’s episode was. I still think my story idea for him would have been good though 😂😂 As for Johnny/Chanel, I like the storyline but I just wish it was with other characters.

I don’t think Ron will ever give up DID. That’s his thing, the way that two siblings in love with the same person was Bill Bell’s 😂 The storyline just had so many confusing arcs. Bobby-Everett running out of the pub when he first saw Jada, how Jada found out that he was cheating on her, etc.

Well, part of the truth is out lol I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s scenes, especially those with Eric and Nicole. Greg and Ari always do really hit it out of the park in scenes like that. And from what we’ve seen, so can Dan Feuerriegel. As for Everett, the storyline got so convoluted between Ron’s writing and the scab writing. I can’t help but wonder where they’re gonna go from here. Btw, how did Marlena become the Bobby-Everett trigger? I wonder what this also means for Stephanie, because she was written kind of stupidly today. She seemed more concerned about Bobby-Everett than her cousin Eric lol But at the same time, it looks like, because of the scab writing, we were spared the campy bitchfights between Stephanie and Jada over him and that’s a good thing.

Very insane lol He probably thinks he did find one with Eden McCoy 🤮🤮 And, I think he tried with SF/Charlotte too, but now that that seems to be DOA, he’s moving onto Violet He should be, especially if they’re gonna keep the show so Sonny-centric. He can hold his own a lot better than Chad Duell can

Beyond Salem 3: Horton Family Reunion! I wish somebody would make that happen

Dominic Zamprogna’s been the MVP in these last few episodes. And I’m really liking the way his character arc is going. On the other hand, Michael’s scenes with Dex today were the perfect example of what I mean when I say that Michael is a child trapped in a man’s body. And trying to make Joss a human being is not gonna work, so why is anyone even bothering? Hopefully, Kristina’s final scene with Dex today leads to something more between them. #dexkristinablazetriangle And RIP Gregory. Maybe Finn falling off the wagon will finally lead to Liz moving on lol

Yeah, I gotta admit, that promposal that he had planned was really sweet 😊😂 And since they made new character Felicity his sister, I guess that means they’re gonna invest in him. 😂😂😂 It looked like the exact same set, only with a paint job and a new couch. The staircase looked the same too.

Doug!!!! 😊😊😥 It was so nice to see him again, and nice to see everyone moving back into the Horton house. Idk about the new couch though 😂😂😂 There were a lot of sweet, dorky, family and friends moments today, especially with Chad/Doug/Julie and Johnny/Chanel/Felicity and I like that. This is how you write episodes where you want to make everyone feel like part of a big community. I liked Brady/Theresa deciding to chaperone the prom too. That could be really interesting and could play into their own storylines as well as Tate’s. I just wish they’d drop the Romeo and Juliet aspect of Tate and Holly’s story though. That’s so overdone. Speaking of Tate/Leo Howard, I like the friendship that he has with Aaron, but still, the actor just doesn’t seem like Tate. He plays it as too laid back and carefree, which was not how Tate was when JMM played him. He should play it a lot more messier. And as for Aaron, the actor needs work lol he looks like a young Eli Roth and he’s kinda got that Wayne Northrop fro-thing going on with his hair 😂😂 And, I’m also still liking how they’re building up Alex vs. Maggie and paving the way for Alex to take his fall lol it’s not being written as campy and annoying.

Idk either. Maybe it’s because she did something horrible and actually feels guilty about it, and also is not being written as the one who’s in the right, unlike other characters in other storylines 😂

I think I need to re-watch Texas lol The article criticized the pacing but I don’t remember having a problem with it. I think the big mistake was setting up so much of it on Another World.

Today seemed very Ron-like. I guess this means that the scab writing is over. That being said, idk why but I kinda felt bad for Sloan today. I’m curious to see where she’s gonna go from here. I got a lot of fanfiction ideas lol I’m still a little cautious about Chad’s storyline though. I liked his scenes today and I hope he ends up bringing EJ and Steve into it somehow, but it just feels weird. I think we all know what they’re going to do, but why the rewrite? The original explanation for Abigail’s death was weak and lousy and stunk of a mid story rewrite, so maybe that has something to do with it. I’ve always wondered why it was written like that. As for Everett, I’m not a big fan of his storyline but I’m interested in him punching out Eric today, why he did it and what it means for his relationship with Stephanie. And btw, Stephanie being besties with the guy who sexually assaulted half of the men in her family will never make sense.

It’s like they’re torn between making him a romantic lead or a villain, and the back and forth is just making everything so convoluted.

If it turns out that this is it for Gregory, let’s just hope that countless characters don’t spend the rest of the year crying at a rock with his name on it lol

I guess, but I still think the show needs a good villain, and especially a villain that doesn’t just pop in every few months to be annoying, like Clyde. And EJ seems to be in the best position for that at the moment. I actually wouldn’t even mind Days going all out and turning Eric and EJ into the new Roman and Stefano. Yep. Most of Salem is related to people on both sides of their family 😂😂

Ok, why is this old douche harassing two teenagers? Seriously, Leo’s got no business being involved in Tate and Holly’s storyline. I did like the Johnny/Chanel scenes, even though I still wish the whole pregnancy storyline was given to other characters. Chanel’s animosity towards Paulina would be more interesting if Johnny was on Paulina’s side, which would put him at odds with Chanel. Hopefully, the job offer Johnny got today and the fact that he kept it a secret from Chanel will lead to something interesting. As for Eric/Nicole/EJ, they were pretty good today but I think they’re missing an opportunity to not make EJ the full on villain. Maybe instead of going to Sloan and telling her that he’s taking the baby, he should have called up his hitwoman and ordered her to kill Eric. Or paid one of the homeless guys that Eric and Nicole are working with to do it. That would have really raised the stakes in this storyline
