One of the reasons why I thought today was a Jamey episode 😂 To stop Xander from killing Brady, she called Jada and told her that she remembered Brady running her over. It seemed very strange and out of character to me

Today felt like a Jamey episode A lot of fluff and filler, people acting out of character, the lack of a Friday cliffhanger. And it was short too. Only 32 minutes. The Johnny/Chanel fight was so forced. I do like seeing them angry and messy but I don’t like that it’s because of this forced bullshit. There were so many opportunities that Days could have taken with this couple and this is what they decide to give them? But at least the driving force behind all this was fired lol too bad he didn’t take his Annie Wilkes with him though. Sarah sending Brady up the river and being so content about Xander plotting to kill him was weird too. It could have been written a little better. Eric questioning why Xander was with Brady could be interesting though. I hope they run with that and somehow weave it into Holly and Tate’s problems as well.

Plus, Xander’s plan is to make it look like Brady shot himself, yet Xander’s fingerprints are all over the gun 😂😂 That was his biggest flaw yesterday; he needed to play Tate as a lot more angrier. Or at least receive some better direction.

Hey, we finally got some more insight about Sophia’s character 😂 Her and Fiona interacting was a surprise but I enjoyed them. I liked seeing Sophia finally have scenes with other characters. The conversation with Fiona could give Sophia more motivation to pursue Tate. Because Tate kinda needs a change right now lol agreed that Holly is awful but I understand why she is the way that she is. I think the pacing for their storyline moved too quickly today though. They really should have waited a little before Tate found what Holly was doing, or at least had Tate figure it out but wait to confront Holly. But I enjoyed their scenes today even though I also think that the writers just kinda scratched the surface again instead of having Tate and Holly just go all out and have a full on argument/fight. Their storyline had like B&B pacing. Leo Howard did well too but he still plays Tate as too laid back. He should have played it as much angrier and hurt today, with Holly and with Brady. Speaking of Brady, Xander’s plan is really half assed and needed to play out longer. This was another storyline with B&B pacing today. Plus, Tate didn’t notice that Brady didn’t smell like alcohol? As for Eric and EJ, their argument was good too but I still think it’s time for them to brawl lol Btw, what is this false narrative that Holly didn’t go to Paris because she didn’t want to play second fiddle to Eric? She stayed in Salem for Tate.

Like every episode that comes after a Jamey episode, today was an improvement. And Tate looked hot in his first scene 😍😂😂 I like the way everything with Tate/Holly is coming together. Holly being so determined to see Brady go down for Sarah’s accident stems from her anger about Eric killing Daniel and I like that. It seems so natural. Her teaming up with EJ could actually be really good as well. And I also like how Sophia’s manipulating the situation. That’s exactly what I would have done, if I was writing it. But I agree we still need to know more about Sophia, that way her actions make more sense. Tate finding out about Holly joining forces with EJ would be the perfect catalyst for him to turn to Sophia. Hopefully, Holly has a good excuse tomorrow and it’s not immediately exposed. Mean Sarah was back today lol but her being mean made a lot of sense considering what she’s going through. I like the conflict that brewing between her and Xander as a result of this. Too bad that Sarah might be figuring it out already. This is another storyline that should be played out a little more. Maybe if Alex was still involved in this storyline, he could be the one to reveal everything. But whatevs lol Eric vs EJ was good too, though I’m not sure why Eric didn’t just slam EJ’s head into the table lol hopefully we’ll get a good brawl between the two of them soon.

Which means that at some point, we’re probably gonna be getting a full episode of Body&Soul because Ron can’t help himself 🤮🤮 And because we’re stuck with Jamey Giddens, it’ll probably make the Fraternity Row episode of OLTL look like Shakespeare.

It’s also very interesting that after all these years, Ron put his two favorites into a lousy C-story that’s (thankfully) not seen that much.

I warned y’all. Today was not good. A complete Body&Soul day. Literally nothing happened. It almost felt like an add-on or something. With episodes like this, it’s no wonder Ron was fired. Today also had Jamey Giddens’ grubby little fingers all over it too, so no wonder it was so bad. Literally the worst thing Ron ever did was hire this no talent kiss ass.
