  1. If you can't handle YT embeds, stay out of the threads.
  2. The cast and crew are hyping tomorrrow's episode/part ("Let's Rock") on social media, just as they did for Part 8:
  3. Bryan Fuller discusses clashes with CBS - it sounds like his insistence on casting Sonequa Martin-Green and waiting for her TWD contract to end got him dismissed. I had a feeling CBS stock director David Semel was not his choice. Edgar Wright would've been amazing on the pilot. I will watch the show out of longstanding loyalty to the brand and liking what I've seen of the cast, crew and story Fuller helped assemble, but I'm pretty disgusted again.
  4. LOLLLLLL:
  5. Mika, for all my complaints about her, knows exactly who she is talking to this morning:
  6. Chuck Schumer gives a great, emotional speech:
  7. Just this once.
  8. They can't say they didn't know what was in it now - the bill came out and it's full of toxic shít. Before an hour ago they had a kind of superficial deniability. But I still expect McCain, Graham, etc. to fold and pass it. They always vote party over country, even if they have to realize this puts them in the crosshairs with their constituents. They're suiciding themselves out of a blind sense of spiraling uselessness.
  9. The Mooch feels betrayed by what the reporter reported when he spoke on the record:
  10. Meanwhile, in the repeal battle, Graham, McCain (clearly fixated on the evergreen status of his farewell speech, which amazingly even Beltway pundits have begun picking apart given his immediate subsequent actions) and other Senators who wanted to express Deep Concern while quietly allowing passage have just faced a new problem: Losing Priebus and Sessions may also galvanize the GOP, though not quite to that point. And Mueller would be a red line. But I think if Trump makes good on his threat to veto the bipartisan Russian sanctions bill, we may see this even sooner.
