  1. Reading my mind. I remember on OLTL, whenever she would side eye, I could hear "Whathoo talkin' 'bout Willis" in my head. Just from the looks, not her speech.
  2. I finished watching not too long ago. None of the different sites have cast lists that include the smaller characters. I've been compiling a list that includes the minor roles comparing the characters, the closing credits, and images from Google. Imdb and tv.com simply have long lists of actors, and I think I've got all of them. If anyone wants to see the list posted, let me know, and I'll put it up this weekend.
  3. There's an episode on We Love Soaps today from 1953, Kathy Grant's trial. I don't know if I ever saw it before, but it was pretty good. Mandel Kramer as D.A Richard Hanley commands the court room.
  4. Did Kim Escape to or From Witch Mountain? Because she sure is a Witch! With a B! I wish Eileen had crushed her snot rag *ss . There is absolutely nothing likeable about this nasty trick! Read that witch Eileen. Don't take any of her s hit!
  5. Spartanberg Herald Journal, Saturday June 27, 1981: (paraphrased): Actor John James of Dynasty briefly appeared on The Doctors before graduating college and landing the role of Tom Bergman on SFT, where he stayed for two years.
  6. According to an article I found in archives, and a couple of Daytime TV magazines from 67 and 69(thanks, depboy) there was a character named Aunt Carrie, portrayed by Frances Fuller. Does anyone know whose aunt she was? Since she was there for a few years, I figured someone might recognize the name. Thanks guys (and girls)!
  7. Thanks for the great article, Safe.
  8. That's Jerry Pacific doing the voice over of Mallet.
  9. I was reading an old synopsis circa 2003 and it said Kelly Simmons was asking questions about Isabella's first husband. That was Christine AKA Cricket AKA The Bug, in disguise right?
  10. I was excited to see her, I also loved her on Law and Order with Sam Waterson(?sp). They had a great banter between them.
  11. Melissa George is selling it, one of the reasons why I think it pisses me off. I just don't understand how a parent gets "scarred" from her brat being awful and no one even yells at him for it! I'm not a parent, but I spend a lot of time helping out my nephew and nieces. I get how difficult it is, but I just don't get this "Scarred for life" crap...
  12. Please, If you love drama, don't waste your time. These pretetious....I won't rant, it';s not worth it, but I will say some parents SHOULD discipline their children, because when they are as horrible as that child (acts) it's not a surprise someone else felt the need to. And then the parents are telling anyone who will listen that not only is the child"SCARRED FOR LIFE", but the parents are "SCARRED FOR LIFE" as well... If anyone on the show needs a slap, it's the rotten kids horrendous mother,.
  13. I totally agree. I lost all interest in GL shortly after Ellen Wheeler's Peapack nightmare began, I could hear the bell tolling, and it was painful to watch, but I did chime in for the last 2 weeks. I was more devastated by the loss of ATWT, which I started watching when my aunt would babysit for me aroud 79-80 . Now as she's older and has dementia, when I visit we talk about "Nasty Dr. Dixon" and "That old Tart Lisa". It's one of the few things she still talks about, before fading back into her mind. Dr. Bob, Nancy, Kim, "That drunk Susan", are her favorites. Losing her is going to be sad one day, but ATWT has been keeping her with us for about four years now.
  14. GL and ATWT's cancellations made me say:
  15. Penn Badgely formerly Phillip IV of Y&R and Gossip Girl appears on the Slap, and is probably the only person I can stomach on this show.
  16. Great article. Thanks, as always , for posting. These articles you post all over SON are always must reads!
  17. Me, too Amy. I pop it on every day by 4 (unless the downloader has trouble), but I never miss it. The wedding should be some great scenes! Still waiting for Penny's actions to be revealed, her wedding planning is hilarious(ad so much like The Parent Trap)!

Yeah, I'm not feeling the Vine stuff all week. I did get a kick out of the illusion guy though!

It was fairly boring today. Ming Na's segment seemed awfully short. Way too short compared to the teen singers from Vine

I really enjoyed the show all week. This set of five works for me. I like Stacy London more than I expected to, and Ponder brings something to the table as well.
  21. That b*tch looked downright evil.
  22. A friend and I used to play a drinking game every time there was a long, stilted pause. Needless to say, Drunkest hour ever! The pacing is so bad, I save up three at a time and finish them in an hour...Thank you FF button! I only watch it to support Tika, who really, really(reallly) deserves better. I like the Hannah actress, Crystal Fox, from her days on In the Heat of the Night, too.
