  1. I saw it. I just don't believe her.
  2. Speaking of cutting scenes that had potential for drama...
  3. @Gray Bunny Drew I think so far has interacted only once. That will be changing soon. @Cat yes, that is indeed interesting. I had forgotten about the change with BH. In fact, I think I saw the editor that hated Denise in the Lisa Nicole vs Quad fight from Season 3 (was watching old episodes last night). Things to make you go hmmm. Oh, yes, Carlos was all of those. But could still put on a show. And because he was so close went deeper into the ladies' lives than what they are doing now. Even with what we have so far, I am sure he would go much deeper and it would not be blah. Well didn't the production team for RHOA this year change again? Or who is in charge of it? I hate those shows. re: DBT/CKB lol.
  4. Same. I'll vouched for you since I'm up to date. That is how I am feeling. Moreso after seeing a tweet suggesting what was cut out of the season so far to hurry up and get to Strippergate. And that tweet...if true...was juicy and could have been the cherry on top along with Strippergate. However...if true...producers were worried about how it would look. Especially after BH where the group ganged up on one person (Denise) that was a fan favorite, POTOMAC where the group ganged up on one person (Monique) that was a fan favorite. And if the tweet was true, it would have appeared to be the group AGAIN ganging up on one person who currently would be the fan favorite...Porsha. HOWEVER, by not including it, the season is looking like you said jarringly edited. I'm enjoying it more than the rest of you all, but I admit that I do feel a good with the motions with it as well. Heck, I didn't even pull out wine until AFTER the episode. I haven't done that for RHOA, RHOP, and M2M for YEARS now. It clearly did not deserve the wine. If 2020 showed us viewers anything, it's that production has gotten too heavily involved (like their puppetmaster Andy Cokehead) and it's messing with their brand. They need to let it flow, show EVERYTHING, and stop protecting folk if it is hurting the show. Let the real be...REAL. Same.
  5. RHOA Mallory and that side-eye...chhhillde... But let me not get ahead of myself. For me, it's been in the nuance. The slow burn. Not to mention the alleged potential drama tea that was cut off that might have made this part of the season more interesting. I definitely think that it's been interesting seeing how Georgia and Texas handled the Co-Vid since they filmed more or less concurrently enough. I think this has been another case of how the 'Pass the Peach' game the producers like to do on the girls rather than firmly decide who is in and who is out from GO has hurt RHOA. So far, this season...Eva the Diva like Tamra on OC this season has a BTS hand in things to the point she was better off being on it still. It seems like Eva is friends with a lot of these newbies and that might have helped more getting them integrated organically. I like slow burns. As long as they build to something. I enjoyed that we started the season with some real world issues. I know not everyone was not here for that. However, it needed to be said. Preferably not preachy. And it did get a bit repetitive. However, I can always count on the Peaches to turn it around and get messy. And slowly, but surely they are getting there. And they already show on a commercial that it appears that Kenya/LaToya might be going private plane to the trip while the others did a van...already setting up messy drama. And I cannot wait. But so far...it's not that I've been bored like everyone else. But it's...just there. And I cannot just blame that on the girls. There's been a lot out there the girls did. There's been a lot filmed allegedly. So if it's boring, I'm looking at production this time. KANDI. I know. Shocking. I'm starting with Kandi. It occurred to me while watching...why Block? I understand it. For sure. But here we are watching her getting ready for an event...a worthwhile one...and we are getting that. I know when this was filmed they were dealing with Co-Vid...but why not touch on her appearance on THE MASKED SINGER or on THE CHI in season and see if it ruffled any feathers between her and Todd. Not to mention the ladies. Clearly, there are other things with Kandi they can show...that aren't tired like Block. However, I think that was the first time that felt forced to me. And funnily enough I don't feel that way with the Kandi Koated Gang usually...though Don Juan is shading Kenya online right now. KENYA. I love her, but...bitter betty. While her imitation Porsha was spot on, she was just bad to watch. When the best drama she is giving at the moment is what is happening OFF SCREEN, no bueno. Of course, that will stop next week, but she was just bitter tonight. DREW. I like that she is supporting her man through his father's death. And she pulled an Eva (see that?) on the phone, but that was just it. PORSHA. Growth. It's funny since her and seeing how funny she still is. But at the same time...a viewer can see how she's grown. Old Porsha was totally there at that dinner with Cynthia. Kiki-ing and all. Then later, we saw the more mature Porsha. She came through for Kandi OF ALL PEOPLE and EARLY for a good cause. I definitely don't think it is a photo-op for her. She's turned into the real deal. But you know what they say about people on the raise...people get jealous and want to bring you down. It's funny seeing Porsha being the bigger person as Kenya keeps poking her. CYNTHIA. Messy. it's funny to see Cynthia trying to make this season all about her and her wedding. The real juicy drama was what was in the room tonight. Cynthia has not been looking good at all this season...personality wise. She's been doing questionable things for weeks now...echoing what Nene has been saying about her for a while. And as the person (according to Lauren) that is responsible for this latest feud between Porsha and Kenya, she was doing more mess. I now have to side-eye that whole episode with the domestic violence commercial now. Did her mother really not know? Did Cynthia trick her? And then after that...to want to invite her father to the wedding, dissing her mother? Mallory gave her such a large side-eye...IT SPOKE VOLUMES. It was during Cynthia's rant...deflecting. Watch it again...it was like Mallory was about to check Cynthia, but stopped and just let her leg shaking, clearly hoping her tongue...something Mallory does not do. What's the tea? LOVE Noelle stepping in and checking Cynthia for everyone. Noelle was right. How could Cynthia be so selfish? She's showing a new face...and it's not pretty at all. Yep...a tame episode. But a good one.
  6. My apologies if this has already been posted. I've been looking at odds and ends scenes on and off today and I just stumbled onto this. I didn't even realize they had ever acted together. Woulda, coulda, shoulda...
  7. Jill never should have left. Like her fellow diva Lauren Koslow, you can put Jess Walton anywhere on that canvas even now and watch magic happen, spinning even the lamest of stories into classics.
  8. Wow. That was a good week. Of course, Sonny wasn't dead. lol. Everything with Laura was good...and yeah she probably shouldn't have told Carly. And bonus...LEEESLLEY!!! That is so giving that Cyrus story more weight and history. Love the reunion with Dr. O and Britt. 'You got bangs?' lol. And I love that Anna was zeroing in on her and Dante's alliance. I wish they would show more of Portia. And I did like Jordan needling Cyrus. You could tell the actress was relishing those scenes. I was even liking the messiness of Michael/Willow/Chase. Or the fact that it was getting messy I should say.
  9. LEEEESSSSSSSSLEEYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. THIS. ON 1/7/21...and everything is building nicely. And I LIVE for Orbecht vs Anna. Anna is just so much better when she has a rival. And if the rival is female...even better. She is so circling Dr. O and I love how so far Dr. O is moving subtly.

YES, PLEASE. Hehe. I came across this one on FB yesterday. YUM!!!
  12. And naturally Kyle IS NOT on that guest list. I didn't know about that (though I knew of the dog show and LVD) so congrats to LVP!!!
  13. SLC And then there was a turn... Last week Jen had a blowup. AGAIN. This week it was about the fallout. And while it was nice that Heather found a way to get Whitney and Jen to some place of calm, just like she did with Mary, Jen is bound and determined to make this a moment. And as expected...next week Heather is in her crosshairs. Meanwhile, we see Meredith and Seth recommit to each other. I guess I'm just daft because seeing them with Lisa and John at the dinner and the way that Seth looked at her like a man in love...I see it. I've been that man. If he's faking it, he's doing an excellent job of it. Now the question I would ponder if Meredith felt the same or was putting on an act. At face value, I would say it was nice to see her smile and it looked like a genuine one. However...there was still that soapy feel to it all...the fact that does Seth know Meredith was stepping out and with who, and the scene where Lisa and Meredith came to their realization that Jen was talking behind BOTH of their backs. Could some form of karma be coming her way? JEN. Well, I gonna give her some good. I liked that she started to pull some big girl pants up a little bit by telling her man what was up. Now was she being honest with Sherriff or using deflecting from her drinking? Can a person say both? I mean at least she started to open up. And that was probably the realest she has been so far for me. But of course as soon as he mentioned the drinking, she had to throw the blame at him. Yeaaah, girl...NO. I get why she is numbing her pain. He has some of the blame, but common sense or not, she as an adult has to communicate with him as well. But for me...with Jen it comes back to her father...and perhaps it's because I lost my own...I can see why she would be this way now...especially since it's still very, very fresh with her. Perhaps her coming on the show...researching all the other HW shows was a way to cope and look for that attention that she is not getting from Sherriff. Sadly, it is backfiring. So...the bad. She still has not learned her lesson from her feud with Mary. Now she's doing it with Whitney. BAD MOVE. Especially now that Meredith and Lisa see she's been pot-stirring. Girl is going to get the one thing she has not been wanting...being alone. HEATHER. I saw what you did there, girl!!! I loved that she had her cousin back and show that backbone that will come in handy next week when Jen comes for her and STILL held her cousin accountable for stupidly doing that thing. No one person had fault, but everyone had a role to play and dammit if they are not going to own their part with her. lol. She gave me La Dame vibes during that if we could only had gotten Monique and Candiace to sit in a room together with La Dame moderating. Meanwhile, I also love her self journey as well. Like @Gray Bunny said, I also believe that she would be happy with her cousin, a black husband, and kids. We already know girl has taste. WHITNEY. Speaking of backbones...I liked that she is proving her tagline. She did not back down to Jen at all. I was worried that she might be too nice. Silly me. She's shown that while she is a nice person, she can get firm when she needs to. I also like that off-line, this rift between her and Jen seems temporary. The Raquel lookalike got into some trouble aka the happenings in DC right now. And I guess people were harassing Whitney since they are friends, but Jen showed support during that. I continue to like that closeness between her and Heather. MEREDITH. No sign of her son. GOOD. lol. That said...I like that her and Seth are working it out. If anything, I am wondering if there is still drama to come. Like I mentioned above, we don't really know the extent of how their separation was to work. For all we know, her mystery man might just pop up. Or someone (ie: Jen) might mention it to Seth. Not to mention Meredith knows that Jen is not her friend. LISA. I liked the summit. Nothing wrong with some positive encouragement...with good food and drink. Other than being Meredith's support and witty one liners, Lisa was just being fabulous ice. MARY. Still stirring the pot. But I do wonder if perhaps she might have heard what Meredith/Lisa said wrong. I'm sure they said something though. Good episode. And Vegas appears to be crazy. HAHAHA!!!! I just said that. That shade was the highlight of the whole episode. Her own friend.
  14. Good to know. Last thing anyone wants is to get triggered.
  15. Oh, God yes. As a young'un, her, Jill, Kay, (and Dorian Lord on OLTL) are some of the earliest memories of fierce women that I have. And she got under Nikki's skin like no other and they were so evenly matched and had no problem getting down and dirty. She was just a revelation in her need for revenge on Victor and sheer hatred of Nikki. I agree. She has too much history with everyone, the rivalries to back that up, and Kyle being so centered, her return could upend his whole dynamic in ways that would be better than what is going on with him right now.
  16. I agree. Just like it was Devon/Elena/Nate a month ago that got things moving. I hope not. I feel like there is a reason while they had Lily/Nate discuss him attempting to do a vlog (is that what it's called?) and then they had a scene with Devon running into Elena at Crimson Light. I mean there is room for all of them AND a potential troublemaker in Imani. But yeah, like you, I cannot help but also think the same way. Re: quota. OMG!!! Yes! Kim and Laura used to have some great scenes for sure. Fingers crossed for slow intro. THIS.
  17. While I do think it will be a short season, it is being said this IS NOT the midseason trailer. So...what is? Hmmm...and DEAD at Kenya chanelling BASIC INSTINCT... Speaking of cut...apparently there is a tweet going around of what might have been cut. And that stuff...probably setting up Tanya for what's coming among other things...would have made the first leg of it...which I don't mind btw...more bearable for others. I agree with you on M2M @Chris B. I hear it will be NJ coming and M2M is the next new show (okay and SUMMER HOUSE) coming up next on the schedule.
  18. THIS. I so would love for her to return...but giving out some tea would be just as good.
  19. Wait. What? ooooooooooo I like all of them EXCEPT for Lisa actually. lol. Or at least the first picture. But if I've learned from seeing the looks and then a reunion trailer (OC), the dress probably look better on screen than just in a picture.
  20. Nene would soooooooooo lose her S#$%.
  21. DEFINITELY. Yesterday I was watching it and doing other things. And I just was draw in already because Imani had fire. MM has been Amanda as so different from Hilary and very icy for the most. It has been so long since I've seen the Hilary fire that I know MM can play. So the moment when after being attacked by Imani, Amanda MATCHED her energy/fire with her own, making me think of Hilary who would not have taken ANY of that...ooooo, I stopped what I was doing and watched. The actresses have such great chemistry. And as a writer, I liked the writers were dropping little things in the dialogue. It was not much, the actress playing Imani ran with it. So she did a background check on Amanda. THIS has happened before. Hmmmm. And sounds like Imani has money, thus power and moreso can be DANGEROUS. I see potential and possibilities already beyond this intro story. And I liked. I agree. ESPECIALLY with C. I think that's part of the reason other than the great acting that it's been great so far. They are playing everything right down to Devon's history of being adopted. If so...she's already off to an excellent start.
  22. Speaking of...Kary came for DTM on Twitter this week. And DTM dragged her AND flexed her money while shading Kary's jewelry. It was a thing of beauty and hopefully she has this same energy for She Who I Will NEVER Like at the RHOD reunion. It's not about just being okay with villainy. A person can be a villain and be okay with it and be fun. Example: Kenya Moore. Regardless of how she is being this season, she has redeeming qualities that are USUALLY greater than her potstirring which she does very well. As for Kary...Lauren Conrad said it best... Trash Box.

Looks like I woke up randomly at the right time. lol. WOOF!!!
  24. GO ANYA JENKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  25. I heard that rumor as well. I didn't know to what extent? They really and truly have been keeping a lot under wraps this year and I have to admit that I like not knowing. Makes me seriously want to want from GO versus last season where a great season but I really didn't start much under around the ponytail pull a year ago this month. lol. I feel you. Today is going to be a news lite day for me. I've been keeping up thanks to the Politics thread here but even I have been needing breaks from it. But like you, when I sit down to watch HWs, I'm not all there. OC I saw in bits and pieces last night and I liked what I saw, but I was not INTO it. Meanwhile, I watched all of SLC (great episode, will write about later and the soap opera-ness turns on that...lol), but even I had moments where my mind was distracted. Actually I've behind on all my shows lol. My work schedule has slowly gotten back to normal, but I have been dozing off a lot this week. Once even with my laptop in my lap. As for DALLAS...I didn't like LeeAnne and D'Andra falling out. But I have not been disliking her this season really so far. I find it very interesting that when she is copying storylines on one hand, she is being like Ashley from RHOP and being transparent. She's upping her HW game and that can truly lead to longevity as long as she does not get toxic like her obsession LeeAnne. And as we know...she will do ANYTHING to keep that title of Queen Bee. She...dare I say...is becoming a fascinating oddity.
