I will say this much. Since it was Ned trying to get Jake back into the fold when he made it back to PC, it was sad to see the writers slowly minimize Ned...not helped by his drama with Olivia at the time when he was the main person trying to get Valentin out. But that was well played how Valentin found that one crack in the Quartermaines' armor to keep himself as CEO with Ned still firmly in charge as well. At this point, Michael really should leave well enough alone. So Ned shading him and threatening him with the insider trading reminding everyone whom's son he is...was priceless.

11-23 I think that was the first time in a minute that I've liked Phyllis. Loved her reunion with Daniel. I've loved all of Daniel's scenes so far. And HAHAHAHAHAHA at Billy already trying to mark his territory with Lily with Daniel giving him dust. I will always live for Abbott family table time...but ooooo at how shady Ashley was being. Speaking of messy, I see Nick/Sally/Adam continue to be just that. On the shallow level....mmmmmm Nate suuuuure looked like he was packing in that vest when he went to have dinner with Elena and saw Devon and Tucker. I was...WOOF!!! lol. However, I know with Amanda gone, we are not about to have Devon/Elena/Nate again, are we?

But now it looks like...what Victor was looking for...was Peter's box and what is in it. And he was eavesdropping on Britt and Cody and knows she has it. But at this point Victor definitely has a lot of plans in play so who knows if it is the main thing or just part of a bigger plan. But I agree. I hate dangling plotlines, too.

Oooo...I haven't watched yet. Can't wait!!!

11-28 WOW. I can't believe that Taylor was going to say 'Frak that Trick' and just up and marry Ridge knowing the truth? I guess I can see it. She would be doing it for her son and protecting him. Just...wow. It takes away my rooting value for her but well done and I was surprised. That said...go on Steffy!!!! She was FIRE!!! That whole episode was done so well. I was actually annoyed at each commercial break. That's how you build a reveal a la the old pregnancy pause.

I just wanted to add that that Ned would have suffer no risk...except losing the CEO position if the merger had gone through giving Jake, Michael, (and Carly) controlling interest to vote out Valentin...the only reason he still is CEO after all that ELQ stock fighting we had over the last few years. I think Sam sold the kids stock to Valentin. I just cannot remember what she was given in exchange by Valentin. But I remember Valentin explaining and listing who stock he had (like BrookLynn's for example). It was why Jake being revealed alive reshuffled the stock again and Michael made such a point to join forces with Jake. And they just thought Ned would stand aside and be demoted and he...in true Quartermaine fashion...betrayed them. I thought Victor alluded to his involvement with Jennifer Smith a few weeks back? I do believe the card (but not Peter by way of his box) storyline was dropped. Outside of any throwaway lines like they did with Dante and his brainwashing.

That was me!!! re: cliffhangers. It really was and had that vibe of the classic Friday cliffhanger. It just had an extra two days. And then the direction. It was great!!!

Same. Love these!!!! I wanted to reply earlier. Thank you for the Vail Bloom shoutout. She really was good in the role for me. And you know you can tell a good tale so opinion away. I like this one for sure. The writers are slowly, but surely putting cracks in the Billy/Lily relationship and the fact MG is back for a bite...one of Lily's best relationships...is just a sign that is an external conflict for them though they have good internal conflict in Billy's need to save all his women and Lily becoming more of a woman who can save herself and won't lessen herself again like she did with He Who Shall Not Be Named. Daniel's presence is just more tension to that. And then...here comes HEATHER. Then Daniel and Heather could be dealing with their issues parallel to whatever JG has planned with Billy/Lily/Chelesa with some Adam dashed in. It could be so organic if it is allowed to breathe. And yes, it writes itself.

11-21 Wait, wait, WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nate purposely stood Elena up to talk continuously with VICTORIA. The same Elena that he confessed his takeover plan that got him kicked out of the company over??? That Elena. Chiiiidle. HELL-HO, DANIEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was looking FOINE!!!

Yep...she could have been there, too. No lie. You are going to make me good look for the video on their chat about that. I didn't post it out of respect for the many people here at dislike her, but Ms. Quad was there, too. When I see the pictures yesterday, someone did mention in the comments that Simon has multiple businesses so he can easily pay for the wedding. HOWEVER the person also claimed he tried to do business with Simon of out of four of the businesses...one looked HIGHLY suspicious so they did not do it. Red flags.

THAT's the interesting part. The tea I saw earlier is that Porsha DID NOT HAVE THE WEDDING FILMED. So what pictures I posted (and there are a FEW out there I didn't) and other than some bad quality filming at the reception...there is not anything. Rumor is so she wanted to sell the picture rights like it looks like she did to PEOPLE. I gasped, too. I just saw the video of Porsha talking to Candiace who wanted to be there. I guess they got really close on ALL STARS 3, and Porsha said it might be uncomfortable which is why Candiace could not come. But she DID NOT say that it would be uncomfortable because MONIQUE was going to be there. Oooo...she knew!!! lol. And I love that Monique's Chris is looking weight and I admit he looks kinda FOINE in that picture. I liked Carlos's suit, too. And Gizelle...is the gift that keeps giving. I agree on the fan, too. lol.

11-23 You all have been talking about it so much I had to see for myself. That was GOOD. And extra days off, too. Classic cliffhanger Friday indeed. I loved how they did the reveal to Taylor (and JMW knows she was fierce with Thomas) realizing Thomas set her and Ridge by framing Brooke. I loved Steffy and how she handled Douglas especially and calling out Thomas over his son...I hope she keeps being that kinda of an aunt. Annd YASSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I wanted...Dollar Bill and Carter 'marking' their territory. Hehe. Bill/Katie/Carter can totally write itself off of those scenes. Add in Li of course. And we know I LOVE Heather Tom so I enjoyed her being so smart in seeing why Bill was already at the house. And she did so much with her face expression. so many shifts and her monologue was top tier. And her getting her confirmation on the stairs of what she had just said by eavesdropping on Dollar Bill vs Carter. PERFECTION.

POTOMAC First the Burn Session and now this Miami Trip. You can say many things about Potomac, but you can't say they are not having a season where things aren't moving. Lol. And I haven't even got to the fight episode yet. I am not at all liking my work schedule (or my tv system) this year. But it's like that during Potomac season which is REALLY frustrating. Not that Messy Mia is helping matter, but I feel like what La Dame said at the Burn session is true. The GEB (especially Robyn shock of shocks) are really what has been making things toxic in this group. By holding a grudge against Wendy for rightfully dragging them last season. And trying to continue to make a storyline off of Candiace's Chris. By trying to come for La Dame through Charisse. They are working overtime. The fact that all of these stories appear to be converging in Miami is just a perfect storm of drama. I'm here for it, but it's very telling of a clip I saw of La Dame, Ashley, Candiace, and Wendy (by phone) that they looked like the Dream (and Fun) Team to be with. LOVE that clip and the sisterhood in it...and would like to see more. Meanwhile, The GEB continue to be messy...and apparently dragged all week online for the fight. Which brings me to Messy Mia. Mia, Mia, Mia. I think we know I'm a fan of hers around these parts for her brand of messiness. And I knew coming into the season she was going to be a mess due to that real life drama she is having with her BFF Jacqueline who is looking like a good fit so far. And for every ki ki (her and the wine at the burn session), she does something that I'm like TMI!!! I thought Wendy could be too much. And I haven't even gotten to the fight yet. I've seen parts, but not the full context and I already suspect that I'm not going to be the same as how I was during the Monique/Candiace fight where while I leaned one way, I saw BOTH sides and the fight was triggering due to real life work mess. And Mia is definitely doing too much online. And we still haven't gotten to the reunion and her money issues. I mean...as a fan up til now I can only say... EPISODE 5 THINGS I LIKED. WE JUST CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS, CAN WE? I have been enjoying Candiace and Ashley getting along. And Candiace wanting to be her wingman post-Michael Darby. And the shoutout to the old days of Team Young Buck from Season 3. So it was sad to see them go left during the burn session. Le sigh. MESSY MIA. THAT'S how she met G. Allegedly? And just the shear messiness of how she revealed it...that's the delusion of a housewife there. lol. But tbf, at least she owned that. But what makes it funnier for me, is watching her talk knowing what's going on in real time. So she's such an oddity. PRODUCTION IS KEY. Production continued to be on their game this episode. That meme of Ashley's Mom dancing when the divorce was leaked ALWAYS takes me out. And loved they rollbacked on Robyn and Cha Cha for lying on Wendy. And the cherry on top...flashbacking to MONIQUE. Especially knowing that it was clearly foreshadowing the fight coming up in Miami. And we knew how split viewers were then. THINGS I DID NOT LIKED. ONE BOO-BOO, PRODUCTION. There was a scene they cut out that they did by flashback with Ashley, Wendy, Jacqueline that would have given A LOT OF CONTEXT to what was happening on screen. It should have been kept in. EPISODE 6 THINGS I LIKED TEA, TEA EVERYWHERE...DROPS TO DRINK. WOW!!! at the tea that Ashley dropped. And then Candiace was throwing some on Ashley. And Robyn KNEW. It was all just chaotic and dropping back to back (along with Candiace vs Gizelle) that like Mia I needed more to drink. lol. What was fascinating about it was the fact that it seem like these secrets were OPEN secrets and everyone seem to be in the know. Things that make you go hmmm. LA DAME VS CHARISSE. They really be trying to start mess with La Dame. She don't want no Cha Cha on her bday trip. hahahaha. Just watching them try to avoid each other was a hoot. Goodness knows Charisse will do anything to get that flute back. THE FUN!!! Messy Mia being shady with the rooms. Cha Cha being Cha Cha. Ashley stealing the card so they know Wendy and Candiace are being pranked. Gizelle being a shady hoe with no sense of fashion. The start of the Miami trip was already a fun adventure. And then cameo by Patricia Thomas-Bailey!!!! (love this name for him btw)!!! I'm IN!!! THINGS I DID NOT LIKE. WHEN DID ASHLEY GET STUPID? Ashley might be many things. And I've called her many things, but stupid usually is not one of them. For years, we have watched her with Michael and she felt like a bit of a golddigger and every thing has been set for her to get a BIG settlement. So why is she dropping the bag? Was she really in love? Because she's been so crafty over the years...and motherhood mellowing her and making me a fan...I don't know what to think. She don't want to be like Lisa and Lenny over on RHOM. Be careful. CRACKS. Yeah, I'm not liking how Mia is treating Jacqueline. Is she your BFF or not? Looking forward to seeing how the fight colors my perspective.

Life just keeps chipping away at my childhood. RIP
