10-16 Awww. Dante can come over here and let me hold him. Given what's coming story-wise, I knew there would be more focus on Dante. Moreso once Anna gave him that leave of absence...but DZ is just hitting it out of the park with me with Dante's reactions, POVs, and those eyes. Loooord. That said...NO to Dante/Liz outside of friendship. Liz already has THREE people on canvas if they want her to be with someone. All with proven history/chemistry. Speaking of one of Liz's guys...oh, lord...Isaiah lol. Every time he looks at Jordan, his look reminds me of how Ric looks at Liz. I love this actor. I even enjoyed him and Jordan having dinner. All I can say for Bad Guy Du Jour is that he must be watching all of them right now because he has not approached Holly at all yet. And that whole debriefing with my Beast, Anna, and Jason just seem like a case of the New/Old Writers not having better things for Jack to do more than it felt like recapping which is what it was supposed to be. And I'm surprised that Felicia did not catch on that Holly was fishing for info. That said...already reading the thread ahead of time, I still gasped at the Sasha bombshell. Well directed. And given the beginnings of Sasha's history (brought to town on a con)...that makes sense. Well...at least Sam told Dante as the episode coda. Given how this is moving...and it's Wednesday, will Sam be the Friday cliffhanger or will Lulu waking up be it? Or a Friday for each one?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOP Now that I got wiggle room. LOL!!! I know it is still early in the season, but this episode (and the clip from next week) was great. The season still was maintaining its freshness and the amount of newbies is shifting the dynamics in a good way. Add on all the FOHs running around (personal note...loving seeing so much of Vivian who has always been rumored to be a HW for years), this season has been giving vintage RHOA and S2/current RHOM for me when we had cast, husbands, FOHs, side characters and I don't hate it. What I do hate...is LA DAME. Yes, I said it. I wanted to sit on this for a few days. I know I have long discussed here my views on lost parents. And I've long done battle with people over La Dame's. However, as someone who has lost a parent, if anyone was going to understand where Gizelle was coming from, it would be her. I felt she would support her, if leave early due to the memories that might come up. What I DID NOT EXPECT was her to be at a party at the same night AND time as Gizelle's fundraiser. Worse of all, when I'm on Gizelle's side...1) Hades has frozen over and 2) you are very, very WRONG. I can't and won't defend that. And yes, I saw La Dame's group text telling the ladies to go to Gizelle's already. That...was NOT cute. Moreso given how much support Gizelle has been giving La Dame for her DUI so far. They were in a good place and now she might have frakked it up. LA DAME. And to think she started the episode so well. She and Gizelle had deflected onto Messy Mia and her event did not take a toxic turn. Gizelle and her continued to be the best HW frenemies duo out there throughout the episode. She even got to introduced Wendy's Friend New HW Keiarna. So it was sad to see that NEXT DAY blackout, and La Dame pulled that move. I just smh. Even her close friend Vivian went to Gizelle's fundraiser. Granted no one raised a gun to their heads, but La Dame knew the women loved her more than they do Gizelle. Though I understood why Wendy and Keiarna did not go. Meanwhile, I still feel the feud this season is definitely going to be La Dame vs Messy Mia. GIZELLE. Like I said...Hades froze over because I found myself on her side throughout the episode. If someone disrespected my deceased parents...which was still raw on her mind...I would be the same way. I might be even now. So Gizelle continues on her apology tour. Speaking of that, I DO NOT at all appreciate that Production ended the 2-hour blowout between her and Wendy down to a barely 2-minute weird scene. After 3 years of feuding and viciousness, they needed this sit-down, and I was glad Gizelle gave the olive branch in the first episode. I was looking forward to it. And only to find out...Production does not want to give us THE REAL. Then why the frak are we watching??? Gizelle being accountable...which is the ONLY way the whole fanbase will ever be on her side...is what people REALLY want to see. ASHLEY. You ain't slick, Forehead!!! Well, I guess it's nice to see Ashley back in play. And by back in play, I meant that she was being messy. She knew the ladies were running late and allowed them to come anyway outside of Gizelle's wishes. We see you!!! And I was shaking my head at Stacey for giving Ashley all of her information knowing that Ashley will probably use it against her. WENDY. THANK YOU, WENDY!!! For? Dropping the sit-down tea. Otherwise, I would have watched that scene funny like. I also liked that she stayed at La Dame's event. She figured the ladies would not get there in time and also I hoped she sent a note like what she said in her Confessional. MIA. She is really going at La Dame in her Confessional. So funny she still went to La Dame's award event though. Meanwhile, her crying at the start of the episode and then getting over it once the girls tried to cheer her up is sooooo vintage Mia. STACEY. BABY KENYA!!! hehe. I soooo agree @Cheap21. She so looks like Kenya's circa RHOA S5. Some of her looks. Her mannerisms. Her vibe. It just favors soooo strongly. And they are both from Detroit, too!!! Some people online say she favors Toya from M2M, too, and I can see it. So far? I love her. She has a friendly vibe, interesting backstory, and potential personal storyline. And she has taken a very Garcelle's first season of BH approach to everything, and I like that. I like her. And she fits in perfectly with the cast so far. KEIARNA. YES. lol. Those confessionals...GOLD. Cuz her saying she was not going due to what happened the last time she went to a Gizelle event...see? A queen who can laugh at herself. Meanwhile, Gizelle already shading her by not inviting her to La Dame's bday event. Hmmm. So far? I love her as a HW, too. And she also has an interesting backstory and personal storyline to tell. And she feels a natural fit in the cast as well. YES, PLEASE. Can't wait until next week. Happy to see this group find one so YAY!!!

Hmmm I wouldn't say that. While it probably very well will end up lip service, I thought it showed some commitment to have Lucas have scenes with Ava which I admit I felt he barely had scenes with her at all, but then again I had stopped watching GH regularly during RC's last year and through Passante. I do feel going forward he will have scenes with Carly cuz Korte to keep him relevant, but I feel he will continue to have some scenes with Ava as well. And probably Third Place being Maxie. Now...will he have story? Now while people care because it is a gay character, most will focus on that question simply because Lucas is a legacy character. But I might be answering my own question cuz...FV.

8-15 Speaking of wording...lol. Don't tell me all of this found liver for Lulu section of the Lulu storyline has been because Cyrus pulled some strings. Plans within plans. That said I actually did like the Cyrus vs Martin scenes. The shade flew. Speaking of which, the KFC mention given how people felt about MEK's accent and the voice coach mention took me out. Quartermaines, Quartermaines everywhere!!! I'm not hating on it, but I do feel two ways about it. I don't like that Tracy and BLQ are reduced to this silly Violet storyline and Tracy being as has been mentioned one dimensional. However, it does appear to be hinting at something else for BLQ that has made me curious. I cannot believe we are back to this ELQ storyline with the shares. I liked Ned's idea which was a sound idea for Generation Next who are mostly on canvas and a bit of cute foreshadowing given where the plot is going with Lulu. On the other hand, I would be more invested if I still cared about the Drew/Willow storyline...which no longer has any drop of investment in it (or for me). Even Nina appears to have vanished from it. So in a battle between Drew and Ned, I'm already Team Ned...which is sound because Drew is plotting behind his back just as much as Ned is plotting behind his. And even more delicious is the fact that when it comes out about Drew/Willow, Michael is going to feel stupid going along with Drew at all. So...#TeamNed. I really truly liked how Q-centered this episode was. A nice break from the Sonny mess. I continue to love seeing Liz at all times. I loved seeing her all over the place. I love how we continue to see Dante's POV. And look at Isaiah getting into the doctor spirit. That said...that ending. smh. I am finding my feelings are starting to feel mixed about what's coming to Sam. I admit to being surprised. After all, like a lot of you, she really has not been doing anything. However I did like Sam/Dante before PM came along. I loved he gave them layers and their blended family. I loved the potential of Lulu waiting up and seeing how it would fall out. Not to mention what was going on before Lulu 'went to sleep.' I had already envisioned the catfights. lol. That said, it is probably the fact of how it is going down in real time as well as why. And I suspect the scene will make me see a bit of red.

I agree. The closest JG has even gotten to that or a sense of an intriguing business story has been the current revenge plot with Victor, but really the original IPO Takeover plot that involved Nate and that's because the Winters have not been on opposing sides in ages...especially not Devon and Lily.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Hehe. Tbf, that page always does that until the season evens out and THEN it will note again when it gets higher. Which reminds me...does anyone know if OC is at 8pm or 9pm as well cuz I'm still playing catch-up with last season. Last week RHOP was low (especially for RHOP) however if I remember correctly ABOVE every show BUT RHOC. At the time, I wondered if it was on at 9 or 8 since my system (well, my shady landlord) kept my tv down and how that would affect the ratings. Cuz right now DUBAI, RHOM, AND SLC were/are on at 9PM here and I remember so many fans being livid at that and not watching versus if you put a HW show on at 8PM...which everyone is used to. I also wanted to see how other Bravo shows in the 9 PM slot were doing for comparison.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
NY Well, going forward for THESE girls, they are going to have to always have a Hamptons trip. I thought their trip last season was funny. THIS YEAR, it is already off to a good if messy start. And some of that is because the girls are now used to each other versus last season where they were getting to know each other. That said...yeeeeah, the ticking time bomb that is Ubah vs Brynn continued throughout this episode. And while it was stopped for (hehe. 'Pineapple.') now, yeah, I can see it coming. Ubah established last season that she's chill to a fault, but if she feels disrespected, she will explode on you. And Brynn is not above exploding herself. And I think that will be what will happen because Ubah does have the girls' number...especially Brynn's. It has been established that the girls be talking behind each other's back. And then when the one who everyone was talking about finds out, it has turned into a whole other thing rather than a simple misunderstanding. So Ubah ain't wrong to say it or express that she does not feel comfortable with all the mess or having her words twisted for a show. And Brynn sadly has been all about making a show. So someone pointing out how insensitive or fake Brynn is being was going to make Brynn feel a way. The fact that they STILL are having fun so far is a testament. And fun to watch for the audience. ERIN. Now Erin...lol. Speaking of people pot stirring, here she was trying to pot stir between Ubah/Sai and Raquel. And that just made Ubah even more annoyed. Glad that was cleared up quickly. Also glad that her and Jenna can joke about the car incident now. JESSEL. She was just there to look good and gave such good Confessional moments. She was definitely giving in on the joke, and I was not hating it. Oh and her kitchen shade was awesome. SAI. Someone else that was in on the joke. Cuz her and the Lunch Box...right after I just made a comment about Erin better have food ready versus last season...I DIED. lol. Meanwhile, her vs Brynn. Brynn came out looking sooooo bad. Worse when you factored in that Sai apologized to everyone in a group text. She simply wanted to express her feelings and how Brynn made her feel to only feel disrespected by Brynn. I liked Ubah tried to stand up for her. JENNA. Speaking of bad looks...shame on you, Jenna!! YOU were the one whom word was what started Brynn vs Sai in the season opener. So now to make Brynn feel better, Jenna conveniently 'forgot what she said.' Yeeeeah no. RAQUEL. Loved her backstory. She really has done a LOT. AND a model? Wow. She truly has been living. And glad she made her way out of a potential petty feud with Ubah/Sai. UBAH. Perhaps her delivery was wrong. And okay it was Sai's problem more than it was her problem, but Ubah was still telling the truth about Brynn. And she has that right...after all, Brynn was the one who told off about her man. And has been stirring the pot since the season started. And now Brynn is running around disrespecting her and the other ladies. No wonder she is slowly losing her fun light. BRYNN. Just like La Dame on this week's POTOMAC, I love you, but I cannot defend what you did. It was so clear as day. So was her attempts to deflect. She can't be coy sexpot one moment, stir the pot the next minute, and then try to be the victim for something you did yourself the next. It was exhausting. And she really just seem mad that Ubah has now caught on to what she's doing and rightly calling her out on it because it is messing with the group dynamic. Good episode. Ready for next week's mess...

Hahahaha!!! YES!!! I was meh over the wedding. NOW with THIS and the news in the other thread...I cannot wait for the wedding tbh. Jill laid down the law to Billy today, and I cannot wait for her to come to town to collect. The fact that Victor in the B story has taken over the A story position that was Sharon's storyline in the span of a week says something about JG's writing. But darn it if watching Victor with the payback has not been hilarious to watch. There is so many moving pieces. But...can anyone one-up him?

Y&R: October 2024 Discussion Thread
10-15 GET HIM, JILL!!!! GET...HIM. God, how I missed her. And while I didn't like her on Monday in the Zoom with ponytail, but I loved her today. And that hair...that lovely wh*re hair...God bless Jill. If only I got a diva head toss. But I loved her dragging Billy and him throwing one of his tantrums did not sway her at all. GO, JILL!!! And THANK YOU, LILY (and Chance) for getting her caught up on what's been going on. GET BILLY AGAIN, JILL!!! GET HIM FOR ME!!! lol. I just wish she was back in the flesh. Oh, wait...SHE'S...COMING...FOR...THE DEVON/ABBY WEDDING!!!! YES, PLEASE. And her dissing Giggly Heffa was a bonus. Outside of that...this week has already gotten off to an uneven start. The good news...it IS looking like it will be a great week. Victor is weaving his web and it's going great. He already knew Nikki would crack and tell Lily. And I love he's not mad, but it was part of the plan. And Nikki is not mad at him, either. And now he's slowly manipulating Diane. This is going to be gooooood. My God, LB is doing great as Lucy is dealing her grief over Heather's death. I admit the ugly cry got me as she was talking to Faith. The fact...that obsession aside...Faith was able to be there for her was a good moment. Giggly Heffa pushing the Sharon storyline along was much needed. I was honestly surprised that Chance searching Daniel's place was not the Friday cliffhanger. I was even annoyed at it being stalled. That said...it happening at the end of the episode makes me want to watch it tomorrow. I honestly zoned out over all things Adam/Chelesa/Billy/Sally. Though Courtney Hope stays looking fine AF. And I'm gay. Just wow. Bombshell. But that story is just a mess now. I enjoyed Nate being there for Audra and trying to cheer her up.

GH: October 2024 Discussion Thread
Yeah, it occurred to me watching the Ric/Liz scenes. I mean he's involved in Wagger's death, Heather's potential lawsuit, Ava's custody case not to mention any drama with Liz and/or the Davis girls. You have Diane who is involved in Wagger's death and about to be submerged in some Robert/Holly drama, not to mention being at the Qs beck and call. Alexis might be out of jail now, but she has to deal with the feud between Kristina and Molly. And will probably have her own court case to deal with soon enough. Martin just got Alexis off for the Wagger death. But will probably get another court case or help Ric with Ava. Connected to Laura. And then we have Molly who wants Sonny to burn, was involved in the Wagger's death case, has her feud with Kristina, and it's looking like she's about to be feuding with Joss if what looks like is happening IS happening. Intertwined a bit but yet...not stepping on toes. And I'm sure I've forgotten some plot threads, but that's just off the top of my head. Scotty's missing out.

GH: October 2024 Discussion Thread
Amen. I thought it was great to know that at the moment, we have FOUR lawyers (5 if we count Molly, 6 if Scotty ever makes it back) running around the canvas (Ric, Martin, Alexis, Diane) and it does not feel like any of them are stepping on anyone's toes. My way of saying that Ric soooo belongs on the canvas. And yes, that chemistry is still there. A very smart play for Brad. Unless Portia mentions it to Ava... Same boat. I feel like Liz is always around now and God bless her for that. Dare I hope she leads the October Cast Thread next month?
