Colleen Zenk in an interview says that in June 1975 and the months following her moving to New York City she auditioned for Guiding Light, All My Children, As the World Turns, Another World and Search for Tomorrow and they turned her down. And then she screen tested for a role as a hooker on ATWT in 1978 but then she said that she was placed on contract but they didn't know what to do with her and then gave her the role of Barbara Ryan. She also turned down an offer from DAYS in 2010. Wonder which roles she was up for?
