Especially when Martin's accent isn't necessary or adding anything to the character. Konstantin is supposed to speak English as a second language, but dial it in. Victor had basically the same upbringing as Konstantin (or so we are to believe) and he didn't have an accent at all.

I have but I didn't realize he was the janitor. It's been a few years lol. Well, I will say that's a really obnoxious accent choice then. When he was talking to Steve it was exceptionally grating.

I hope the actor that plays Konstantin does not speak like that in real life. That's a ridiculous accent. So, uh, are we supposed to believe that the police think Brandon Barash and Paul Telfer are anywhere near the same height or size? Lol, Rafe.

I looked at Sandy's (very brief) wiki page and it does say she and Marlena witnessed Roman "killing" a hooker during Andre's serial killer spree. So, it does seem that Sandy did interact with Roman and that's probably when I heard that. Unfortunately, I haven't seen those episodes in years and have no idea where to find them. It doesn't even seem like Sandy got an actual exit.

I never want to hear about Suzanne Roger's sex life again lol. I feel like John/Marlena/Kate/Roman were trying to spit a bunch of random historic facts about the Horton house and it ended up clunky. It's difficult to slip in "oh yeah, when I thought I was Roman our house blew up because of Orpheus and I presumed Marlena was dead for years. It almost burnt down the Horton house too!" The thought was there the show just inserted some strange anecdotes.

I suppose it doesn't really matter now, but it does make Alice/Tom much older than they should be. I think this has been established before? I don't know how I know this, but it wasn't a surprise to me, so I assume Roman may have mentioned it years ago. I think the last time Sandy was on she did interact with Roman/Marlena IIRC.

I thought LA did a good job as Allie too, but I wouldn't mind if they recast. She was a good actress, but I always thought she was a little too low key for Sami's daughter. I think the show could find someone more dynamic for the part although I do mostly blame the writing for Allie. All Sami's children are so nice and boring. Sydney's our last hope. I honestly would probably age Sydney into Tate/Holly's group before I'd bring Allie back.

Selena Wu does only speak in monotone and it is weird. Just like Cyrus delivers his lines in the strangest way, I do wonder if it's some sort of acting choice? I don't mind Selina, but she is very one note as a villain, as a character, and as a human lol.

Lovely episode! The young woman playing Alice really channeled Frances Reid. Regardless of why SR and DH fell out, they are obviously capable of working together professionally and the scenes were nice. I loved the show brought up that Roman/RoJohn/Marlena lived next door. You know, I never really ever thought GR was the problem with Leo. He's just rolling with the writing. All in all I enjoyed today.

That's a clip from the short lived reality show on E! called Dirty Soap with Farah, JPL, Kirsten Storms, Kelly Monaco, Nadia, and Brandon Beemer. I think Farah was trying to be funny or clever or something. She comes off obnoxious throughout the entire show.

Honestly, it looks fun enough.....to do once lol. I also don't think I have picked up an axe in my life so I probably wouldn't excel at it.

I have seen it on some of the LA based Bravo shows like the Housewives of either Beverly Hills or Orange County and Vanderpump rules as an activity so it must be trendy right now. I am in Vegas now and there is apparently 10 axe throwing places in a 10 mile radius of my house lol. As someone who spent my high school and early adult years in Lake Arrowhead just a bit down the mountain from Big Bear, I can tell you axe throwing was not a thing we ever did, but YMMV.
