Eva/Kat? Leslie/Nicole? Dani/Hayley? (or even Anita/Leslie). The rivalries have been set up nicely. As a lover of Melrose Place, I'd love some catfights. Why do I feel like Tomas has broken his back at the end of today's episode. lol. Leslie pulling the fire alarm made me chuckle. Typical Leslie. Hopefully no security cameras in the hallways. Izaiah and Eva look like they could be fun! Ambyr deserves better than bad acting from Alex. I hope he adds some spice.

Even if this Noah storyline turns out to be a dud at least they haven't been talking about AI for a couple days. lol. I enjoy Tamara Braun no matter what role. The show has desperately needed new blood so I happy to see different characters.

Not great numbers for BTG. I hope the Hayley/Randy twist as well as additions of Isaiah and Greg Vaughan's character will help give the show a spark. This week has been pretty good.

Does this mean GH will have 2 more new episodes compared to the past couple years or will it just mean 2 extra repeats will air instead? I hope it leads to more GH eps.

I like the Hayley twist. It makes her more interesting to me now. She was getting a bit whiney and obsessed with Dani for my taste. It also makes Randy more interesting now. Does Joey know just how much of a con artist Randy is? Is Randy even his real name or an alias for the newest con? I hope this "baby drama" with Naomi doesn't last too long. It's making me not like her. I can understand her worrying about the changes in her body, but c'mon, they can easily have a nanny to watch/help raise the kids. There is no reason that she (or Jacob) has to give up their careers. Couples do this all the time. She's not once mentioned she's hesitant because she doesn't want the child to be raised by staff...which would be more understandable. I'm liking Smitty/Martin back together. I hope it lasts. June vs Leslie could be fun. I have a feeling June wouldn't be above getting down and dirty with Leslie and I'm here for Leslie getting some of her own.

I like Nicole and Carlton. Disappointed if that ends in favor of GV. GV is a great get though. Not only because he has a lot of fans that may tune in and give the show a chance, but he's experienced and a great actor with the right material. The show has gotten some flack for "newbies" (like Tomas, Derek, and early Martin) for not being able to act. This will up the show's game. I'm curious how the show will shift into S2 when Pratt and Carlivati's hands aren't in it anymore. Fingers crossed that with some time now behind them, they can lean into what is working and weed out what is not. Sorry, Tomas, but looking at you. For a character that is in such a meaty storyline of Kat/Tomas/Eva, there needs to be improvement. It's risky, like replacing Ted, but I think it would be worth it if they are keeping this storyline going long-term. At the very least, hopefully Jacob's brother can act and he can replace Tomas in the triangle. Lean into Bill/Dani, the Anita-Leslie rivalry, the Kat-Eva rivalry. Let Jacob figure out the connections between his father, Marcel, and Joey. Don't make Jacob another "dumb soap opera cop". Let him and Donell get up in Joey and Vanessa's business. (Alex Cheeks is a good casting.)

I have read Do Not Disturb and Never Lie which I both liked because they were kinda gothic, creepy. lol I've also read: The Boyfriend, The Tenant, The Inmate, The Perfect Son, The Teacher, Ward D, The Coworker, One by One. Of these, I'd say Ward D and One by One were probably my favorites. The Teacher was also good. I'm waiting for my local library to get more. lol. I read way to much to buy all the books I want to read. (I can read at "work")

In the past year I have read several of her books. They are great, quick reads. Nothing meaty. Just fun, campy stuff to distract from "the real world". I will agree that by the end of some of them there is no logic. It becomes more about a twist after twist than reality, but hey, we watch soaps!

I like Greg. I hope he has a meaty role and not just signed for the sake of signing. Ashley's father? Smitty's father?

Poor B&B is bad enough without having to sit through Rachel. I gave up Big Brother a few years back after being diehard in the beginning. She was by far one of the most annoying players ever in my opinion. Can't stand her. In general I've never understood the idea of "stunt" casting. It does absolutely nothing for the ratings no matter how much (or little) press it gets.

The show could have Pamela "call in" like Y&R does with Jill a lot of times. Dani could have taken a phone call from Pamela checking in on her (without Cady having to be in Atlanta). Is there going to be a bday party for Bill? I thought it was just fake as an excuse for Hayley to be talking to Tomas (without dumb Tomas realizing there isn't even a party). If (when) they kill Doug, I hope it doesn't lead into a clear path for Vanessa and Joey. I prefer them as antagonistic. I don't want them to be a couple.

I like the idea of a crossover if done correctly, but Devon and Ridge for like one day scenes? Who cares? I'd rather see Nikki come to town for a charity event with Anita. The two of them together would be worth watching. Or Lauren having a meeting with ChelseaKat. Maybe Michael represent Ted against the Duprees? Something that makes sense. Not random meet and greets. The way shows tape now sucks because you can't do a true crossover with both shows at the same time. The days of the AMC/OLTL baby switch are long gone.

Derrick better not go down the trope of pretending he can't walk just to keep Ashley at his side. Done too many times and will tarnish Derrick as "the good guy".

The dialogue again today has been fire. Every word has been pretty much what one would expect the characters to say. So good!

Too Little Too Late Lane. haha. The writers didn't do Ted any favors showing up at the Duprees to try and get credit for his stunt with Leslie. Betting on Nicole is hysterical! Nice Smitty/Martin scenes. Great start to this episode!

Although I'm not watching GH (it's opposite BTG here in Maine), I hope this helps the show gain more viewership. Any growth for soaps is a plus.

I swear these people are going to become huffing addicts...but that probably wouldn't be great brand promotion. lol

Vanessa talking about the trees kills me. This Vanessa I love. Her with Joey, not so much. I kinda hope Eva leans into the bad girl vibe. The Duprees are all too goody two shoes (except maybe Dani).

Why don't they just bring back Zach Tinker as Fen? Already established and would give Lauren and Michael something to do other than be involved with Victor and Nikki. He can work at Crimson Lights and talk incessantly about taking over Society.

I'd say Cecile's return to AW when she was trying to pass Maggie off as Cass's. Never made sense. Cecile had been such a force of a character and they had dwindled her down to a caricature.

B&B is on such a rinse and repeat every day that no one cares. People are sick of Luna. Sick of Taylor/Ridge/Brooke. Sick of Liam/Hope. Nothing new ever happens. The show is hurting BTG because people can't sit through such drivel.

Another Joey connection. I do love how this show seems to put a lot of thought into stories so far (liked or not) and not going on the fly where things don't make sense later. Great use of the entire canvas.

I was thinking Eva (hearing it from Ted). Maybe she was following the socials for the event because of Kat, saw Chelsea was missing, and decided to help. I picture Leslie too self-absorbed with her new money to have any idea what is going on with Chelsea.

She's a great addition for Y&R, but I hope it isn't just for her to talk business in every damn scene. She needs to be a homewrecker. lol Jack and Diane? Michael and Lauren?
