Yes. She also had lawyer Mitchell Dru pop into various P&G shows she was involved with - GL, AW, and I think one or two others.

I never knew there was a temp Steve. I'm way behind (I'm still in April 1969) but I've put the episodes on discs, so if you need any help I can try.

A few bits from a Jack Coleman interview about halfway through this Showbiz Today - the topic is gay characters and straight actors. The guy from Brothers response to the stupid "do you try to act more macho in real life?" question is hilarious.

I think this has been around before, maybe on saynotoursoap, but this channel has a lot of soap material so I assume it's theirs. Seeing this again after finally getting to see more of Carolee Campbell makes me see what a good (if very somber) recast Jada Rowland was.- Search For Tomorrow Discussion Thread
I just found this on Dailymotion. Looks like it was uploaded last year. Is it from saynotoursoap? Was this writers' strike material? http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x31pto8_peter-burnell-search-for-tomorrow-scenes_fun- The Politics Thread

Someone is reuploading the September and October 1992 episodes that were on Youtube last year. Many of these were not on the ATWT channel most of you here have been watching for past episodes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8b46chiCSeo- The Politics Thread
This is why I'm still very wary about Trump winning. You can't underestimate how many stupid people are out there voting. The main difference between them and UK voters is most of those who vote for Trump will never admit they're wrong - they would say the evil Hillary and liberal media brainwashed them.- One Life to Live Tribute Thread

I hear you Carl. These really are complicated issues. I just balk at the idea that I must be racist or a hater if I think we have to slowly assimilate people to a western way of thinking or worse yet that it's wrong to want to assimilate immigrants. I do not want to let in huge numbers of people who don't agree that women and gay people deserve equal rights. I don't blame the Brits for being wary of that either. Sorry - what I meant was in some of these areas, a number of immigrants also voted to leave. So, as you said, it's more difficult and a lot of minorities in the UK have the same difficult choice. But people like Nigel Farage make it so much about race and overshadow the issues.- The Politics Thread
A lot of UK areas with a heavy immigrant population also voted to leave, and in some cases not by close margins, so I think it was more complicated than just racism or xenophobia, but obviously that had to play a part. In some ways it reminds me of the GOP elites and the Rove types who harnessed the religious wrong and the tea party, only to be turfed by them. David Cameron harnessed these to get into power, and he truly stopped to new lows not long ago in the London mayoral elections (he and others all but called the Labour candidate a terrorist sympathizer and enabler). He's reaped the whirlwind, as he's now resigning. He'll be gone by October. I just hope Johnson doesn't replace him. And if he does I hope Obama makes him squirm.- The Politics Thread
Beyond the ramifications for the everyday person, it will also cause a lot of upheaval in their two major parties. It's actually frightening to think that Boris Johnson might be PM, especially after his open, blatant racism toward Obama just a few months ago. The Democrats need to look to Labour for examples of what happens when you alienate so much of your base in so many different ways, all while simultaneously seeming too weak and craven to attract new voters.- Emmerdale: Discussion Thread

I apologize for being so worked up in the first place. I promised myself I wouldn't post about the show anymore, as I hate what it has become, and I should have kept to that. I can barely post here now anyway, because the board is broken, so anything I do say is typed through a cheese grater. It's gotten to a point where it takes me so much time to post anything that I don't even want to try anymore. So if you see me post less that is the main reason, above anything else.- HBO: Game of Thrones
Sorry, reading your posts I don't see any of them make sense. First, Tyrion didn't mock Bran, he actually gave him a saddle and peptalk to get him moving. Next, he didn't kill his love Shay in cold blood, he killed her most hot bloodedly in a rage when he saw her in his father's bed. He was still in love with her when he told his father if Tywin referred to her as a whore he would kill him. Tywin did, and in a moment Tyrion couldn't take any more and killed him. None of this was cold blooded. I am not sure what compelling drama you see ripe for viewing between Tyrion, a star of the show, Theon the guy he shared one scene with five years ago, and a character probably nine out of ten people know as "Theon's sister". There was no compelling drama to be had there, they just threw in the scene to bring characters together. They had nothing to talk about and share no topics in common save Sansa. I said I thought he might have with Bran and Tyrion. I wasn't sure. I haven't watched most of that back in years. I never can remember what he said in the book vs what he said in the show. There was a moment when he could have stopped with Shae, when he was strangling her, and he didn't. That's one of the reasons I tend to see it as cold-blooded. I realize a lot of people would disagree. I would agree with you that there was little room for drama with Theon and Tyrion, but if they were going to have a scene, I think it could have been a lot better than what was served up. It mostly made me feel that the show has no idea who Tyrion is beyond Peter Dinklage being able to give a nice turn of phrase. - The Doctors Discussion Thread
