I agree with you and AMS about the 2006 stuff, but I did enjoy those cheesy scenes of Josh imagining various characters killing Madden. The one with Del is terribly acted, but the others are good. The best is the one with Julia. I love the potential of this bitter, ass-kicking woman. I'm sorry it amounted to nothing.

Ruth Warrick...as much as I'm glad she made one last appearance, it hurt.

It probably depends on the era of the show. I didn't like Deidrick Santer's era but that might have gotten a lot of attention.

EastEnders: Discussion Thread
It's kind of funny that this type of thing used to get Letitia Dean negative attention and now it's commonplace. I honestly don't remember this being so common until the last few years.

Yes, but that seemed to be lust/hate sex. Until this clip I never knew he was supposed to love her.

I'm sure this has been on Youtube but I just hadn't seen it before. It's when Rachel returned for the Nora memory loss storyline. Were they saying that RJ was in love with Nora? It's so nice to see Ellen Bethea in these. I thought she knew Sam when she was in law school. Why didn't she remember him (although I don't know who'd want to). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Q7OePHJPSo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THVZylUu8E4&feature=relmfu

Wow, the guy who played Jamal iwas a really terrible actor. What is all the hands on hips, and avoiding eye contact? The scene where Annie said how can she tell her daughter that her father is a molester, and he says, "There's a way to handle it without going into graphic detail" was unintentionally hilarious. Awful.

I thought Scott was always asexual. So were all the teens on AMC at that time. It didn't bother me. He and Laura worked as puppy love. When you had the much older looking Cosgrove all over Laura, it just seemed wrong, not helped by lack of chemistry.

When was the Crystal Ball each year? Was it New Year's? Becca was gone by summer 2001, I think. I wonder what so many of them are looking at in the first photo. Not the camera, obviously. Judith Barcroft didn't seem to take cast photos well.

When they do magazine interviews, is that all theirs, or does Bravo get a cut?- Another World Discussion Thread
I agree about Reinholt, who seems to have had huge problems, but I never knew what Virginia Dwyer did - I think he said she changed scenes to make herself more important, and she didn't want to change this method. That isn't appropriate, but I kind of feel like they just wanted rid of her anyway.- All My Children Tribute Thread
The accent never really bothered me, although it might have been down to no one in the family having any strong local accent.- All My Children Tribute Thread
First Daniel, then Forbes March (who was awful). Daniel was just incredibly dull in his first run, and had no chemistry with Lauren Roman (the chemistry Lauren and Shane McDermott had was the only thing I liked about her).- All My Children Tribute Thread
I thought Michaels was fine in the role up until the time he left. While I can see where they may have wanted more of a "hunk" (since that ended so well for characters like Scott), I think he did a great acting job in the stories where he gaslighted Janet, saw Natalie's spirit, and when Harold died. AMC always had a problem casting young people (at least by the time I started watching) and I think they needed to hold onto any talent they had in that area. - All My Children Tribute Thread
