Robin and Patrick walked out of the elevator holding hands. Robin had an appointment scheduled with Kelly for an ultrasound. For the first ultrasound, the baby’s leg was in the way and they couldn’t tell the sex. So now they weren’t even sure if they wanted to know now that they decorated the nursery like a farmhouse with farm animals painted on the wall. The previous three months had been very smooth in their relationship and in the pregnancy. So the two were in high spirits as they headed to the maternity wing.

    “Are you excited?” Patrick asked.

“Of course I am. We have to start thinking of names though for the baby. Before you know it, he or she will be here and the baby will be nameless.” Robin responded.

Patrick looked down at his fiancée as she walked next to him. He was constantly amazed by her. She was so petite, especially standing next to him, yet her belly was protruding so far out he was actually wondering if they were having twins. “If it’s a girl how about we name her Patricia after me?” Patrick asked jokingly.

Robin laughed as she opened the door to Kelly’s office. “Yeah right and if it’s a boy, we will name the baby Robert after my Dad.”

Recalling the day that Robert parachuted into their backyard as they announced the pregnancy, Patrick grimaced. “Ok you got me there.” He said as he took a seat.

The two chatted for a few minutes before Kelly came out to get them. Robin undressed and lay down on the table. Kelly chatted with Robin as she starts the exam. “Everything looks and feels great Robin and Patrick. Everything is progressing on schedule. Now, we do have an ultrasound scheduled, if I can tell what the sex is, do you want to know?”

Robin and Patrick glanced at each other, their eyes shining with love. Patrick responded, “Well, I want to know, but Robin wants to be surprised. So I guess we will go with the surprise.”

Kelly laughs as she puts the cold gel on Robin’s stomach. She expertly moves the ultrasound wand so that the couple could see their child’s head. She moved back and forth and pointed out their child’s head, nose, fingers, and toes. Delighted, Robin and Patrick kissed in joy. Neither one of them noticed that Kelly was intent on one area of Robin’s belly.

Anna walked into her office after coming out of her meeting for the last time with the FBI regarding Lorenzo’s disappearance. They forced Anna to reveal to them all her files, including her notes, regarding Lorenzo’s case and she had no choice but to comply. She took a seat behind her desk and reached into her blazer pocket for her cell phone. She had turned off her phone during the meeting, not wanting any disruptions. She sighed when she saw no one had tried to reach her.

Anna flashes back to the last time she saw Lorenzo. Sonny & Lorenzo were fighting aboard Lorenzo’s boat when it exploded. An injured Lorenzo swam back to the docks with an unconscious Sonny in tow. Lorenzo swore he was innocent of everything Sonny has accused him of, and was determined to prove his innocence. He begged Anna to let him clear his name. Against her better judgment, she allowed him to do so. One final kiss took place before he took off for places unknown.

ADA Darin Palmer knocked on her door and invited himself into her office. “I thought the meeting went well, don’t you?” Palmer asked as he approached Anna at her desk.

“Yeah, real well.” Anna replied in a snarky tone. “I don’t like this Palmer, not one bit.”

“Don’t worry about it. No one knows and no one is going to know. It’s under control.”

“Let’s hope so because I enjoy my job and I savor the air I breathe.” As the two finished up their conversation, Anna’s cell phone rang. “Hmm unknown number” she thought and her mind raced to the only possibility. “Lorenzo?” She answered and was a disappointed to hear it was someone else.

Palmer excused himself from Anna’s office while she began her conversation with the caller. “Charlie? It’s been a long time.” Anna replied. “You wouldn’t be calling me unless there was a problem.”

Charlie was Anna’s WSB contact in London. Receiving a call from him meant not good news for her and she began to worry as to why he was calling this time. “Agent Devane…there was an incident that happened recently and I felt it best to inform you.”

“What kind of a incident, Charlie?”

“We lost contact with…..in the middle of a mission. It’s very………..that you brace………….for a ………………” Charlie’s voice begins breaking up over the phone.

“Charlie?! Charlie you’re breaking up. Who did you lose contact with?” Suddenly the line goes dead. Anna ended the call and immediately began to worry. Did something happen to her sister Alex? She grabbed her coat and closed the door behind her as she left the office.

Kelly set the ultrasound wand down and forced a smile on her face, however it didn’t meet her eyes. She told the two of them that she would be right back, to sit tight and she would return in a few minutes. Kelly hurried out to her front office and paged Dr. Steven Webber to her office stat.

“Kelly, what’s going on?” Patrick followed her out and closed the door behind him. “I know you saw something on the ultrasound. Don’t keep me in the dark here; this is my child we are talking about!”

Kelly crossed her arms and sighed. She had never seen this before and she wanted to make sure she was correct before scaring her patient. She held up a hand, “Please Patrick, I just called in a consult. Then I will know more.”

Patrick splayed his hand through his hair, “Come on Kelly, just tell me.”

“Robin must be wondering what is going on. Please go in there while I wait for Dr. Webber.” She watched as Patrick finally gives in and goes into the office.

“Kelly, how can I help you?” Steven walks in and closes the door behind him. “What’s going on?”

“It’s Robin Scorpio and I need your help.” She quickly filled him in on her fears. “I just need a second opinion on this. Can you look at this print out of her ultrasound?” Kelly points her finger to a certain area. “Do you see what I see?”

Steven examines the ultrasound thoroughly. “Yes Kelly, it is. I don’t envy you telling them. Let me know what I can do to help.”

    Kelly wanly smiled, “Thanks.”

Robin sat up, concern spread all over her face. “Kelly, is something the matter with the baby? What’s going on?” Robin reached for Patrick’s hand and subtly squeezed. “Please Kelly, you are scaring me.”

Kelly sat down next to Robin’s bed and Patrick’s chair. “Robin, I found something in your ultrasound.

“You found something, what does that mean?” Robin’s voice rose as she cut her off.
Kelly picked up the wand and put it on Robin’s belly. She maneuvered the wand to where a line appeared to be floating freely. “See this? This is a band of the amnion that has broken free and is now floating in your womb. Right now it isn’t attached to the baby or the umbilical cord. However, if it does attach, there is a very high possibility that your child will have abnormalities or deformities like a cleft palate, missing limbs or webbed feet.”

Robin burst into tears and Patrick held her as he struggled to hold back his own tears. “Oh my God, are you sure? Kelly, what can we do? What about Robin, is she going to be hurt?”

Compassion shown on Kelly’s face as she continued, “Robin will be fine, there is no danger to the mother. There is nothing that can be done here to prevent this; it is just a waiting game. I am 99% sure this is ABS, Amniotic Band Syndrome. I'll put in a call to see if we can get the machine you need to monitor your progress.”

A tear slid from Patrick’s eye, “How, how did this happen?”

Kelly explained, “There are several theories, but the one that most believe is that tissue ruptures and comes loose. We are very lucky in this case because we can monitor Robin and it may not attach itself. ”

“If I’m lucky?” Robin sobs, “If I’m lucky? My baby may have HIV and now may also have some sort of disabilities or abnormalities? Luck is never on my side Kelly.”

Kelly took a deep breath, “Well Robin, if the band attaches, we will go over your options then. I also want to know if I can have your permission to bring Dr Hayward in to consult with me because there might be heart problems for your child.”

Crying, Robin nodded. Kelly stood up, “I’m going to give you some time alone now. I will call the New York Hospital to get you in as soon as possible.” Kelly reaches out her hand and squeezes Robin’s and Patrick’s entwined hands. “I am here for you at any time. Call me or page me at any time if you ever have any questions.” Kelly closes the door behind her and sighs deeply as she hears Robin begin to sob in earnest.

Carly was sitting in the rocking chair in the nursery. It was the middle of the night. She was smiling down at her two babies, rocking them to sleep. She had just fed them and now they were yawning. She cherished this time with her sweet babies, when all was quiet and she could bond with her two babies. They were dark haired, blue eyed beauties. Looked just like the perfect combination of her and Nikolas. She drew back the blanket of one of her babies and started to scream…..

    Three months earlier….

After the accident, Carly was in and out of consciousness for days. She was not only fighting for her life, but for the life of her babies. Nikolas finally swallowed his pride and asked Jason to bring Michael and Morgan to visit Carly. Even their presence didn’t help much. The doctors were working around the clock to help save her life. Finally, she awoke. Hours later she started to have labor pains. Carly was in premature labor.

Dr. Lee and other doctors worked for close to fifteen hours. Carly’s life was in danger and she was in danger of losing her children. Carly insisted that if it came to it, to save her children instead of her. Nikolas was desperate with fear. Elizabeth called Alexis to be with him. Nikolas feared that the curse of the Cassadines was upon him now.

The delivery of the first child was very difficult. It took several intense hours but finally Carly’s and Nikolas’ daughter was born. She was very small and immediately put into an incubator. Minutes later, their son was born. He too, was smaller and also incubated. Carly had passed out from exhaustion. Because the babies were so premature and undeveloped they were whisked away before Nikolas could have a chance to see them. Until the children developed more and gained more weight, neither Carly nor Nikolas would be able to hold them. They would only be allowed to view them through the incubator.

The next day, Carly was crying to see her children. Dr. Lee allowed her to be wheeled into the nursery. Carly cried into Nikolas’ arms at the severity of the situation. The babies were less than four pounds each. Their lungs weren’t fully developed yet and it was still touch and go on whether they would survive. Because Carly wasn’t yet out of the woods, she had to go back to her room after five minutes but she urged Nikolas to stay with them.

It was New Year’s Eve when everything changed. Nikolas and Carly were able to touch their babies through the glass of the incubator. They talked to the twins’ nonstop. Wanting to make sure their children knew their voices. They told them how much they were loved by family. They even talked about the plans they had for the children. Nikolas could see the fear on Carly’s face, but struggled to remain strong for her. How could he expect her to not be a wreck if he himself was one? He knew they had to remain positive.

Suddenly, one of the monitors went off. “What the hell is that?” Carly screamed. “What’s going on? Nikolas? Someone help us!!”A nurse ran in and demanded that Carly and Nikolas leave. Nikolas tried to walk Carly out but she refused. She refused to leave her children. Soon after Dr. Webber and Dr. Lee ran in and attempted to get Carly to leave while they checked on the children. Carly and Nikolas were pushed to the wall as everyone hovered over one of the incubators. Nikolas held onto a scared and sobbing Carly as he struggled to be strong. He prayed that everything would be all right. Nikolas could only the hissing of a machine and the sound of a flat line. It was the worst sound that he ever heard.

Time seemed to have stopped. Finally after close to an hour, Kelly looked at Carly and Nikolas. She lowered her head and a sad emotion crept upon her face. Carly collapsed to the floor, her eyes swollen from all the crying. Steven called the time of death. Kelly slowly walked over to the crying couple. “I am very sorry. We did everything we could but….I’m so sorry for your loss.”

The months that followed were unbearable. Nikolas was angry at the world and began shutting those who love him out. He internalized his feelings. Carly fell into a deep depression and only was happy in the presence of her children and Victoria Nicole, her new daughter that she desperately prayed would live. Finally Lauren’s lungs were developed and she had gained enough weight. She was well enough to take home.

Carly and Nikolas struggled at first. They could not recover from the accident and the loss of their son. Carly suffered from nightmares and woke up screaming every night. Nikolas raged at the world and shut off everyone, including Lucky and Lulu. His entire being revolved around Carly and their children.

    Present Day

Nikolas shook Carly awake. He heard her scream from the master bedroom. She now slept in the nursery to be closer to Lauren. “Carly? Carly wake up! You are having a bad dream.”

“Nikolas. Oh God, I was having the same dream where I was rocking the twins and John was gone.” Carly hurried out of bed to check on a sleeping Victoria. “Look at her Nikolas. I can’t believe we almost lost her. I can’t believe that John is gone. Every night I fall asleep and I lose him again and I can’t take it anymore!”

Nikolas struggled to hold back his tears. “Please Carly, come to bed with me. Let me help you.”

“I can’t leave the baby.” Carly wiped the tears off her face, “Unless?”

“Of course you can bring her.” Nikolas said as he watched Carly lift their five month old daughter out of her crib. Together they walked to the master suite where they settled down in the bed, Lauren in between them. They talked quietly for a while, but soon the conversation stopped. Neither Carly nor Nikolas slept much; they were too deep in thought. The only sound that they could hear was the sound of Lauren’s breathing.

Jason was restless. He walked through the penthouse wondering what to do with his life. Life had changed in the last few months and he really didn’t know what to do anymore. It seemed so foreign to him not to have to report to Sonny anymore. The business was gone. His money, save for a few accounts in the Caymans and in Switzerland that couldn’t be traced were gone. The FBI even took his money from the legitimate business that he had with Sonny. For once, the FBI and the Port Charles police had beaten the mob.

Jason didn’t know where to turn next. He had tentatively made up with his family after Alan’s heart attacks. Before Monica and Alan had left for the clinic in Switzerland, he had made up with his father as best as he could. It felt good. He didn’t want to fight with anyone anymore he just didn’t have it in him. He liked to see Emily every week, but even she had changed since she started working at ELQ. She lost the innocence that was Emily. Everyone else was still the same.

“I just don’t know what to do.” Jason mumbled. He wanted to go see Carly and talk to her about things. But Carly had enough problems going on. Plus that would mean he would have to go to Wyndemere and he wasn’t exactly Nikolas’ favorite person. Nikolas couldn’t get over the fact that Jason could comfort Carly as well if not better than Nikolas could. Jason loved little Victoria as if she was his own. He almost wished he had a child to call his own. Now that he was out of the business, he could be a father. Of course, he needed a mother to go with that child and things with Elizabeth just didn’t work out.

Jason threw on a shirt and pulled on his leather jacket. He really needed to get a job. He needed to do something. He could always reopen his bike shop or work with classic cars. He always loved classic cars. He could buy some, fix them up and resell them for a profit. He would have to think about it. For now, he just wanted to go for a ride. He hopped on his bike, shifted into gear, and took off. A bike ride was the perfect way that Jason knew that could make all the tension go away.

The beat of the music permeates the air as the doors to the View open up. Serena had to beg Maxie to come. Maxie, still feeling pangs of guilt coupled with her newborn feelings for Dillon didn't feel like going out. In the end, Maxie decided to go out with her roommate to the new club. As they stand just inside the doorway, Serena leans over and tells Maxie that she sees her sometime boyfriend, Hunter. Hunter is sitting at a banquette and she wants to go say hi. Maxie starts to follow but her eyes are wandering. She lets Serena go ahead and orders a beer for herself. Maxie brings the beer to her lips and surveys the crowd. Immediately she sees Lucas, dancing as if he has no cares in the world.

Maxie decides to check on Lucas. She begins to walk slowly towards the edge of the dance floor. She notices there is something very sexual about the way Lucas is dancing. He isn't dancing with anyone in particular, he is dancing with everyone that he comes in contact with, regardless is they are a male or female. His hands grab the hips of the person in front of him and he draws them closer to him. Because he was so attractive, no one cares. Maxie watches as Lucas steps up behind a very attractive guy and starts to grind with him. Lucas is acting very aggressive and very unlike himself. Feeling guilty for her role in Lucas' downfall, Maxie sips at her beer and decides to look out for Lucas. She never notices Dillon approach.
    <HR>
Pain. That's what Lucas wants to get rid of. So far he is making a damn good effort. He doesn't care if he is dancing with a girl or a guy as long as they are hot. He moves behind a guy and starts to dance with him. The guy responds favorably and the two grind away together. Lucas smiles. This is exactly what he needs to take away the pain that he has felt for the last year. Even more so since Bobbie returned home and revealed her secret. The guy, who Lucas has never bothered to ask for his name, leans in for a kiss. Lucas doesn't care and kisses him back. He is making out with the guy on the dance floor when he feels a tap on his shoulder. He ignores the tap and prays the person will get the hint. They don't. It gets more insistent and Lucas gets annoyed. He pulls away from the guy and angrily turns around, "What the hell do you want?"

Lulu stands there, arms crossed across her chest. "Lucas I need to talk to you. Now."

Lucas turns towards the sound of Lulu's voice, "Lulu, I would appreciate it if you would leave me alone."

"This is important Lucas." Lulu states, tapping her foot impatiently. "We really need to talk.

The person that Lucas was dancing with moved away. Sarcastically Lucas replies, "Since when did you become my mother? Not like I have a real one anymore, but you get my meaning. Why do you have to constantly interrupt me like I am a child?"

"Lucas..." Lulu starts to say, "I just want to help you."

"You can help by leaving me the hell alone Lulu. And tell everyone else the same thing too." Lucas heads for the bar so he can get another drink.
    <HR>
"Hey Dillon. I'm surprised to see you here." Maxie leans forward so that Dillon could get a good view of her cleavage in her shirt. "You doing all right?"

Dillon tries not to notice Maxie's blatant attempt to get his attention. "No, I needed to get out of the house and now seemed a good time. Good party." Dillon's eyes kept drifting to the dance floor.

Maxie smiles. "Yeah, my roommate and I just got here. She convinced me to come." Maxie noticed that Dillon wasn't paying attention to her. "Yeah and then she and I are going to go back to our dorm room with her boyfriend and some of his friends and have sex with them. Do you want to come?"

Dillon finally drags his eyes away from the dance floor and Dillon finally focuses on Maxie. "What did you say Maxie?"

"Whatever Dillon." Maxie rolls her eyes and watches as Lulu approaches. "Great. I so don't want to deal with Lulu, so I am out of here." Maxie takes off to the dance floor and asks a guy to dance with her. The two start to flirt and dance seductively.

"Dillon, I know you and I haven't talk much in like ages, but I am really worried about Lucas." Lulu lays her hand on his arm. "He is drinking so much tonight. He also seems so angry."

Dillon's eyes look over Lulu's shoulder to where Maxie is dancing. Dillon can't help but notice how cute she looks in her blue top and tight jeans. "Um, yeah Lulu, of course he's angry what do you expect?"

"I expect someone to help him!" Lulu exclaims indignantly.

Dillons eyes go back to the dance floor where Maxie is. "You can't honestly expect me to be that person do you Lulu?"

Lulu gasps as she follows Dillon's gaze. Maxie was stepping off the dance floor. " Are you kidding me? You have a thing for Maxie?" Lulu exclaims.

Maxie walks up to the two of them. "Lulu, you are still here. Why don't you go away?" Maxie waves her hand away and grabs her beer.

Lulu bristles in anger, "Not that the two of you care, but Lucas needs our help. And if you two won't help him, I will!" With that, Lulu heads off back to the dance floor.
    <HR>
After fortifying himself with another drink, Lucas walks back onto the dance floor. He moves onto the floor and starts to dance with the first person who grabs him, a beautiful, captivating blonde named Alexa. Lucas is so drunk he doesn't care. They start to move together to the music. Her arms reach up around his neck and she lightly brushes her lips across his. Lucas responds by putting his hands in her pockets and pulling her closer. "I have something for you Lucas." Alexa whispered.

Lucas looks at the Ecstasy tab in her hand and looks up at Alexa. She smiles seductively. "Come on Lucas, I promise you that you and I can go back to my room and" she trails a finger down his chiseled chest, "well, I am sure we can figure out something to do. This will make everything all better and take away all the pain that I can see hidden in your eyes."

Lulu appears out of nowhere and grabs onto Lucas' arm. "Lucas, what the hell are you doing? Who the hell is this?"

"Leave me alone Lulu, I so don't want to talk to you. Can't you take a hint?" Frustrated, Lucas feels close to pushing Lulu away from him.

"You need to lay off the drinking." Lulu states. "How much have you had? And why is this," Lulu stares Alexa up and down in disapproval, "girl giving you Ecstasy. You are better than this Lucas. What is the matter with you?"

Alexa moves in front of Lucas and stares at Lulu. She stands her ground. "Um, Lucas, who is this girl? Are we going to get out of here?"

Lulu crosses her arms across her chest and regards Alexa. "No, Lucas isn't going anywhere. I have to talk to him and I have to talk to him now." Lulu narrows her eyes at the blonde. "So if you don't mind."

"Actually Lulu, I mind. Do me a favor….go away and I am going to stay here and dance with Alexa. Leave me the hell alone." Lucas turns to Alexa, "I just want to stay here, so let's go back and dance." Lucas leads Alexa back onto the dance floor. Alexa throws Lulu a glaring look of triumph. Annoyed, Lulu stomps back to Dillon.

Not long after Lulu took off after Lucas, Maxie and Dillon stand awkwardly together at the edge of the dance floor. Neither one says anything as they watch Lucas brush Lulu off again. Maxie sighs, "I'll be back Dillon." She heads into the crowd, searching for a particular person. She finally catches sight of him at a table surrounded by his friends and she walks right over. "Excuse me, you're Dante right?" Maxie asks the popular student. "Can I talk to you for minute?"

"Yeah, sure." Sitting in a booth, Dante stands up and excuses himself from his friends. Maxie leads the way towards the door, where it is a little quieter. She turns around and faces a very curious Dante. "I'm sorry, I don't think I know you." Dante apologizes.

Maxie leans close. "Thats ok, I'm Maxie Jones. I think you know my cousin Lucas Jones. I saw you two talking in the Student Union. I've also seen you at Kelly's. Am I right though, you know Lucas?"

Dante nods slowly saying that yes he and Lucas know each other and that they have a couple classes together. Maxie starts to talk fast. "Well Lucas is going through some really hard times right now. Especially with his family. We've tried to get through to him but he is shutting us all out. Anyways, he's like been drinking a lot tonight and I don't think I've ever seen him like this." Waving her hands in the air, "I was kind of wondering, and I am sorry to be asking because it is sorta rude, not that I care anyway, but could you maybe talk to him? I mean look at him." She points him out on the dance floor where he is dancing sexily with Alexa. "That is not Lucas. I was just thinking..."

Dante smiles and interrupts. "Maybe I could get him out of here and stop him drinking for the night. Maybe….see what's going on. Sure, I'll get him out of here."

Maxie expels her breath. "Thanks D, I owe you one."

Dante puts his arm around Maxie and gives her a quick hug. "You are a good person to look out for your cousin like this. He should know that you really care."

Maxie laughs sarcastically, knowing that statement is about as far from the truth as anything. "Yeah well, don't tell anyone that I am a good person. I have a reputation to uphold."
    <HR>
Lucas decides against taking the Ecstasy. However, he is still drinking like there is no tomorrow. He takes a couple shots and again dances with Alexa. Suddenly Lucas' head is filled with memories of that fateful night. He flashbacks to the night that Brandon was killed. In his mind he sees himself and Dillon in the bedroom and Dillon telling him that he had feelings for him. How the music was blaring. How good he felt when Dillon kissed him even thought he was in love with Brandon. And the moment when Brandon opened the door with Lulu on his heels and Brandon found Lucas and Dillon with their shirts off about to have sex. Lucas' head starts to fill up with the unpleasant memories. The room begins to spin and Lucas bolts off the floor, leaving Alexa behind.

Lucas finds a chair over to the side of the dance floor. He collapses in it and hangs his head in his hands. He starts to gasp as he sees Brandon's face before him. Lucas knows he has drank way too much tonight. He has no recollection how many beers or shots he has drank. The lights and music seem to surround him. There is no way he wants to cry in public but somehow he thinks he will. He doesn't notice when someone comes up to him and places their hand on his shoulder. "Hey Lucas, how about getting out of here."

Lucas looks up at the handsome face of Dante and nods. "Yeah." Lucas sniffs and stands up, wobbling a little bit. "Please get me out of here."

"Let's go" Dante cuts through the crowd, making sure that Lucas is behind him.
    <HR>
Lulu flails her arms in the air. "Dillon you can't be serious! You have a thing for Maxie! Get out of here!" Lulu pushes back her long blonde hair. "I have never ever thought I could imagine this, you have seriously stunned me. You and Maxie, no way!"

Dillon narrows his eyes and focuses on Lulu. Sternly he says, "There is nothing going on between me and Maxie and there will never be, ok Lulu?"

"Yeah right" Lulu says sarcastically as she stands next to Dillon. They watch as Maxie walks towards them and Dante Brennan heads to the to the dance floor. Not long after Dante walks across the dance floor and Dante and Lucas head for the door. Seeing this as an excuse to leave, Dillon takes it. "Well now that this crisis with Lucas seems to be resolved, I am heading out. See you guys later." Dillon rushes out of there as Lulu mumbles, "I am so not finished with you yet Dillon."

Serena walks up to Maxie. "There you are. Maxie, I have been looking everywhere for you!"

"Well, now you found me. What's up?" Maxie finished her beer and ordered another from the waitress. "Everything ok?"

Serena pulled out her sidekick cell phone and texted a message back to Hunter. She looks up at Maxie and smiles, "Of course. Some of Hunter's friends saw you and thought you were kinda hot. Over there at the bar." Serena points to the three guys waving at Maxie. "Come on, they want me to bring you back with me."

Annoyed that Dillon brushed her off, Lulu decides to take some pot shots at Maxie. "Awwww, Look at Maxie blackmailing people to be her friend," Lulu says, her words laced with sarcasm. She turns to Serena and begins to speak to her. "Are your friends on drugs or something? Because no one ever thinks, that Maxie is hot. Unless they themselves are on drugs."

Serena doesn't look up from her cell phone. She leans the side and while still texting. "Who's this bitch? And why is she in my space?"

Maxie rolls her eyes. "Trust me; she is no one worth mentioning. If you ignore her she'll go away."

"Excuse me? Who are you calling a bitch?" Lulu said, getting up into Serena's face. "And don't talk around me like I'm not here."

"I believe I just did….and if you know what's good for you, you'll back the hell up off me." Serena eyes Lulu up and down and turns her face away in disgust. "Who the hell are you anyway?"

    "Lulu Spencer."

Serena starts to laugh, infuriating Lulu even more. "Oh this is priceless. You are Lulu Spencer!" Serena says sarcastically. "Allow me to introduce myself." She puts out her hand and smiles calmly. "Serena……Serena Baldwin."

Lucas and Dante are walking along the pier near the club. Dante shoves his hands in his pockets and glances over at a dishelmed Lucas. Lucas looks so angry and so sad. However just in walking with Dante in silence, his anger is starting to dissipate. After about ten minutes, Dante asks, "Want to talk about it Lucas?"

Lucas keeps walking. After a while, he responds, "Not really." He raises his head and looks at Dante. "I mean, everybody keeps asking me what's wrong, like I am going to break. Everybody wants me to talk to them but no one gets that I don't want to talk about anything going on right now."

"Hey that's cool." Dante replies. "Just so you know that you can talk to me if you want to. I've been told I am a great listener."

Lucas stops. "Not to be rude or anything, but you don't even know me Dante. Why are you suddenly being so nice to me?" Lucas asks suspiciously.

Dante shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know Lucas. You are really nice guy. A guy who has had some bad breaks. I have heard about the stuff that has happened to you and it sucks. I figured you could use a friend."

"I don't need your pity." Lucas starts to walk away from Dante.

"I'm not offering you pity. I'm offering you friendship." Dante calls out.

Lucas turns around and walks back towards him. "It's just that everybody tries so hard with me, like I am going to break or something. I feel so much pressure now, even more so than before. Ever since I found out that Bobbie was the drunk driver, everyone has tried to hover over me. I just can't stand it! I see him everywhere and no one can understand that. I feel so guilty going on with my life! And my mother is the one that took his life away all because she can't stand that I am gay!" a very frustrated Lucas shouts. He grabs his stomach. "I think I'm gonna get sick." Lucas runs to the edge of the pier and leans over.

"Maxie, why am I not surprised that you would attract a bitch like Serena Baldwin. Now you have another whore to hang around with." Lulu spits out.

'Whore?" Maxie says, leaning back on a table. "Pot. Kettle. Black. See Serena, Miss Lulu thinks that there is a pedestal up high and she is looking down at us little people. Let me warn you, I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. She's a backstabbing tramp who hates it when other people are happy."

Serena steps into the conversation. "It seems to me that the only bitch around here is you."

"Shut up both of you." Lulu throws up her hands in between them. "I don't have to take this from either of you." Looking from Serena back to Maxie, Lulu says, "You two deserve each other. I am so outta here." Flicking her blonde hair off her shoulder she haughtily stomps off into the bar area.

Serena and Maxie watch Lulu head off into the crowd. Serena glances up at Maxie who picks up her new beer from the waitress. "What's her deal with you?" Serena looks down at her cell phone. "Ooh, message."

Sighing and rolling her eyes, Maxie explains, "Lulu and I have never gotten along. She decided she wanted my sister's boyfriend so she went after him, broke them up and when he didn't want her she blamed me for it. They aren't together anymore, but still. She knowingly went after him. There is just a lot of other stuff that has gone down and we just don't like each other."

"Ok," Serena shrugs her shoulders. "I really want you to meet Hunter and his friends. Let's go."

Lucas wipes the back of his sleeve over his eyes. He feels horrible from all the alcohol that he has drank this evening. He feels horrible for yelling at Dante tonight, because at least he can yell. Thanks to Bobbie, Brandon can't. Even if it was just pain, it was more than Brandon was feeling. His eyes filled with anguish, he looks at Dante, "I'm sorry."

Dante's handsome face is filled with compassion. "Hey, you have nothing to apologize for. But why don't we go sit on one of those benches. Maybe you will feel better."

Lucas stands up and wipes his hands on his jeans. "Well, at the very least, I didn't throw up." Lucas cracks.

"Yeah cuz you know I've been told I am a good friend, but I really don't like to clean puke up." Dante shoots back, lightening the tension between the two. They sit down on one of the benches and Dante asks, "You sure you are ok?"

A mass of emotions contort Lucas' face. Anger, pain, disappointment, sadness and even hope all cross his face. "I just feel so much, I don't know, so much pressure right now. It's like I am constantly being scrutinized. Every action someone is watching me. I can't be just me. Because Brandon is gone and it's like everyone is watching to see if I will fail."

Leaning back, Dante asks, "Why would anyone think you would fail?"

"Because Bobbie, my mother, the woman who raised me, hates the person I am. Everyone in my family knows it. I love my sister Carly, but she calls me constantly. She is smothering me. She has her own worries and I wouldn't want to bother her anyways. Everyone is hovering trying to anticipate my next move and I hate it!" Lucas kicks at a rock and watches as it skips into the water.

"You know that they are doing it because they care." Dante counsels.

"I know but," Lucas looks at Dante, who is staring intently at him, "I sound selfish don't I"

"No," Dante whispers, "You sound like someone who has gone through more than their share of problems."

A wave of intense feeling shakes Lucas to his very core. Just looking at Dante makes him feel very warm inside. Lucas doesn't say a word, he just listens to the sounds of the pier. He looks deep into Dante's brown eyes. Dante smiles ever so slightly. They lean closer to each other....

He looks deep into Dante's brown eyes as Dante smiles ever so slightly. The camera alternates on the faces of Dante & Lucas. They slowly begin to lean closer to each other, fixated on each other's features, embracing the chemistry. Closer…and closer they lean, their lips almost about to touch….

"Hey Dante!" Someone shouts. "Where are you dude? I thought I saw you come down here!"

The heated moment between Lucas and Dante is broken. They lean back, breaking eye contact. Dante clears his throat. "Yeah, I'm down here with a friend of mine."

Lucas and Dante could hear footsteps coming closer. "It's getting late. We're going to take the party back to the frat house," the person yells. "You and your friend want to come?"

Dante looks at Lucas quizzically. Lucas quickly shakes his head no. Dante yells back. "I'll catch up with you guys later. I won't be much longer."

    Back inside the club….

Serena and Maxie thread their way through the crowd towards a group of banquettes situated near the bar. Serena stops short, causing Maxie to bump into her back. "What the hell?" Maxie demands. "Why did you stop? I almost spilled my beer all over you."

Serena points towards one of the couches where Hunter is sitting. Sitting very close to him is a very flirtatious Lulu. "Who does that bitch think she is? She has no idea who she is dealing with." Serena fumes. "She better keep her paws off my man."

Maxie smiles broadly, "Oh Serena, you and I will get along very well." The two walk over to the table and Hunter moves so that Serena can sit next to him. Lulu moves over and Maxie sits at the end of the couch. Immediately one of Hunter's friends starts to flirt with Maxie, who flirts back. All the while Maxie is keeping an eye on Serena, Lulu and Hunter.

Serena scoots closer to Hunter and kisses him softly. Hunter tells her she looks very pretty tonight. Lulu has taken an immediate disliking to Serena. Lulu reaches over and very deliberately knocks her Coke all over Serena. Serena, in shock, grabs a bunch of napkins and runs off to the bathroom.

Once Serena is out of sight, Maxie calmly says, "You know Hunter, do you know what kind of person Lulu is? She is the kind of person who would go after her supposed friend's boyfriend and sleep with him. Isn't that right Lulu?"

"Go to hell Maxie." Snarls Lulu.

Maxie leans forward on the table and narrows her eyes, "You are pathetic Lulu. You can't find a guy of your own so you first go after Georgie's man and now you are going after Serena's. Nice little pattern you have here. Make sure you don't give her your number Hunter, she'll call you multiple times a day and get herself into some kind of drama so you can come play the big here."

Lulu jumps out of the booth and stands over Maxie. "And you are as pure as the driven snow? Should we go through your rap sheet?"

Maxie smiles sweetly and looks Lulu in the eye, "Hey with me, what you see is what you get. I have never lied about that. This is more than I can say for you."

Serena comes back just in time to see Lulu going for a glass of water. "You are such a bitch!" Lulu shouts, throwing water in Maxie's face. Maxie smiles angrily and goes to charge after Lulu, but the bartender grabs her.

Serena taps on Lulu's shoulder. "No, you're the bitch." Serena lays a left hook across Lulu's face, knocking her into the sofa. Serena then grabs picture of water from behind the counter and pours it over Lulu's head, getting her all wet. "Stay away from me, my boyfriend and Maxie." Serena pulls Hunter by the arm and heads towards the door. "You coming Maxie?"

Maxie, now alone, wipes the water off her face. "Yeah…well handled Serena."

"Why thank you." Serena locks arms with Maxie as they walk arm in arm away.

The camera pulls away from a phone ringing. A pregnant Robin is shown coming out of the bed room and walking into the living room. "I'm coming, I'm coming," she says a little disoriented. This'll teach her to leave her cell phone in the living room.

She grabs her phone and looks at the caller ID. It's an unknown caller. When she answers the phone, she can barely hear the person on the other end.

    "Hello?"

"Robin…....I…………..see………………..soon…………..there…………………few days," the voice says breaking up very badly.

Robin gets annoyed and hangs up the phone. She tries to trace it, but it's private. She tosses her phone back on the table and starts to head back into the bedroom. She turns around and cuts the phone off before going back to bed.

Back at the club, one of the guys yells ok and Dante and Lucas watch in silence as the silhouettes disappear into the night. They don't notice that one of them has turned back to watch the two of them for a minute longer. "Thank you Dante, "Lucas whispers.

"No problem." Dante stands, "Look, my car is here. Can I give you a ride home? I can't let you walk home after all that you have drank tonight."

Lucas looks out over the water. "Yeah, a ride would be good. I'm still a little buzzed but I feel better. You are a good listener. I appreciate it. I'm really grateful for you listening to me tonight, you didn't have to but you did." Lucas looks down at his feel and blushes slightly. "You have no idea how much I appreciate it."

Dante starts to walk up the pier, "Well how about we get going?"

Lucas falls into step with Dante. He can't help feeling guilty for the…I guess you can call it feelings, that he feels for Dante. When he wakes up in the morning, the first thing on his mind isn't Brandon. It's whether or not he'll run into Dante before class, or see him at Kelly's. That only makes him feel even more guilty. He can't stop thinking of him. He looks forward to their classes together. He knows that he will be able to talk to him at least twice a week. But more than anything in the world, he wanted to kiss Dante tonight. And his instincts told him that Dante wanted to kiss him too.

Kevin and Mac were drinking beer and shooting pool. It had been some time since the two old friends had time to catch up. Kevin explained everything to Mac about his situation with Monica. Mac told Kevin his frustrations about Anna and work. That night, it felt good to unwind and release the frustrations of the past several weeks. However, when Luke Spencer is involved, nothing ever goes as planned.

"Mac, Collins." Luke spit out the name Collins. "Mac, we gotta talk."

Mac sighs as Kevin leans over to take his shot. "Luke, pick up a pool stick. Just to let you know, I am not going to talk shop tonight. No police talk from me tonight at all."

Luke pulls out a cigar and leans up against the wall. "Mac, give me a break. Man to man, we need to talk." Luke puffs on his cigar, "Your brother would help me out here man."

Kevin arches his eyebrow, "In case you haven't noticed, Luke, he isn't Robert." Kevin snarls.

"Great observation." barks out Luke. "If I wanted to talk to you Dr. Collins, I'd make an appointment. From what I hear, your schedule is pretty clear."

"Stop it both of you." Mac says as he takes his shot. "Luke, if you want to talk about Bobbie, you are going to either have to talk to Anna or to Alexis. It's out of my hands."

Luke is about to open his mouth when his cell phone rings. Thinking it might be Tracy, he answers without looking at the Caller ID. "Luke! I'm so very very glad you answered. I really need to talk to you. It's so very important."

Luke rolls his eyes. "Lucy, I'm busy right now."

Lucy, who is driving in her car, turns on her windshield wipers as the rain is starting to come down a bit hard. She pouts, "Luke you are my very best friend in the world and I really need to talk to you. Please, I will come to you. Are you at the Quartermaines? The Hospital?"

The jukebox started to play just as Lucy rides past Jake's and sees Luke's car. Luke repeated that it wasn't a good time. Lucy got very quiet and then said all right. She hung up her phone and in frustration, Luke put his away. "Well boys, it seems that Miss Lucy figured out where I was and is on her way here." He looked directly at Kevin when he said this. Luke puffs on his cigar and shows his contempt of Kevin, "Well Kevin, I really think you should leave as Lucy will be here very soon. You know she will not want you here."

At Wyndemere, a shirtless Lucky is going through a box of photos and comes across one of him, Liz and Cameron taken the Christmas after their wedding. He smiles, rubs the face of Elizabeth and puts it back into the box. He carries the box over to the closet and places it firmly at the top. When he shuts the door, he notices Sam standing in the doorway.

"How long have you been there," he asks. "I didn't wake you did I?"

Sam walks in Lucky's room and stands near his dresser. "Not long…and no, you didn't wake me." Sam begins twirling the crystal on the necklace around her neck….the necklace Helena uses to keep Sam under control. "I couldn't sleep, so I went out for a while along the hillside. I came back up to the house after it started raining. When I came back you were up."

"I guess we were both feeling the same way then," says Lucky as he puts the shirt lying on his bed. "I've got a lot of family stuff going on."

"I know. I hope everything is going to be ok."

"It should be. My aunt Bobbie really got herself into some trouble, but your mom promised she'd try to get her the help she needs." Lucky sits on the edge of the bed. "I'm just worried about Lucas. He and Bobbie had the closest relationship for years. This is just one more thing that the poor kid has to deal with. He's gonna need me."

"He'll have you…and Lulu and your father and Carly. You all seem to love him very much. Family seems to be an important thing for Spencer's." Sam walks over and sits on the bed next to Lucky, closing her robe. She playfully leans against him and smiles. "You're a good man Lucky. You're there for your brother, everyone close to you and yet you still have time to help me." Sam looks down at her hands. "I don't say it enough, but I appreciate all you've done for me."

Lucky reaches out and grabs her hands, holding them with his. She smiles and looks away. Lucky gently touches her face and pulls her gaze to him. Lucky leans in slowly and kisses Sam tenderly. She pulls away hesitantly, suggesting she should go. Lucky stands up and asks her not to leave. Sam says that she doesn't want to do anything to change….whatever it is between them. She says she's sorry and runs off.

Lucky falls back on his bed and puts his hands behind his head. Sam walks into her room and shuts her door. She stands with her back to the wall and begins fanning herself. She heads over to her window and sits on it, staring at the rain. "Don't do it Sam," she says to herself aloud. "Don't let yourself fall for Lucky."

A group of men are shown in an abandoned warehouse outside of the city limits. They appear to be waiting for someone, as they are horse playing around outside. Suddenly a limo pulls up. The window comes down halfway, but viewers are unable to see who is inside the car. The person asks for an update on the move into the Corinthos & Alcazar territory. One of the leaders of the men tells his boss that their plan is working, and their spies inside their organizations tell that the Corinthos/Alcazar factions are getting ready to have it out. The end of coming for them both. The person in the limo appears pleased. The person says that hopefully, they'll kill each other, leaving the opportunity for someone else to step in.

Before the limo pulls away, the high ranking thug moves towards the window and tells boss that there appears to be a leak within their ranks. The boss nods, and tells him to take care of it. The limo pulls away. The leader heads back over to the group and calls them into the warehouse for an update. The scene cuts to an exterior shot of the building. A few seconds later, flashes of light are seen coming from inside, followed by the sound of shots firing. 10 men walked into the building….only 2 walked out.

Kevin looks from Mac to Luke in surprise, "Are you kidding me?"

"Nope. I think you should leave." Luke says as Kevin grabs his jacket and heads to the door just as Lucy opens the door to Jake's. He stops and stares at her, "Thanks a lot Lucy." Kevin says sarcastically.

Lucy looks over her shoulder at the departing Kevin. She shrugs it off and rushes over towards Mac and Luke. "What was that about? Oh never mind." Lucy shakes her hands. "Luke, how are you? I have missed talking to you and I know that there are so many things going on for you and I want to help." Lucy says in a rush. "Oh and hi Mac."

Luke laughs. "Know any lawyers since Mac here can't cut my sister any breaks? Tracy tried to get Justus but he can't."

Mac sighs, "I told you Spencer."

"As a matter of fact....I do" Lucy says as if a lightbulb has gone off in her head. "He's very good! I will call him right away! It's the least I can do for you, my very best friend. Well, Felicia is my very friend but she isn't here so Luke you are my very best friend and I will do anything for you. So let me do this for you and him." Lucy excitedly rambled.

"Ok Lucy, do what you want." Luke, amused, says. "Because I know you will."

Lucy pulls out her Blackberry. "Ta-ta!" As she makes her way back to her car, she hopes this goes well.

    <b>Six hours later…</b>
Lucy's phone rang early the next morning. She picked it up and a harsh, scruffy voice demands, "Why did you call me so late last night? Is something that matter with Serena?"

Lucy sits up in bed and adjusts the covers around her. "Scott! No, it's not Serena, she's just fine. I was wondering if you could possibly do me a really tiny favor for me?"

Scott lets out a sigh of relief. "I'm just glad Serena is ok. And of course you need something Lucy, that's how you are."

"Scott, please hear me out." Lucy pleads. Lucy goes on to explain how Bobbie needs a lawyer. Lucy explains everything that has happened and that Bobbie needs some serious help. Since Bobbie and Scott were such old friends, Lucy naturally thought that Scott could Bobbie out.

Sarcastically Scott says, "Bravo Lucy. Now why do you really want me to come to Port Charles?"

Lucy pulls out her trump card. "When was the last time you saw Serena?"

"Fine, I'll be in Port Charles tomorrow!" Scott slams down the phone. Lucy smiles and snuggles down into the bed, a smile on her face.

Nikolas reaches into his desk and pulls out a box. "I need you to have this wrapped. I plan on giving it to Carly very soon, and I want it to be perfect."

The scene transitions to the PCPD, where Maxie is having an argument with Mac about her moving out of the house. Maxie doesn't understand why Mac is being such a hard ass about her moving back on campus. Mac tries to explain that he misses Maxie. With Georgie now in Texas with Felicia, and Robin living with Patrick, the Scorpio house is empty. In a rare moment, Maxie shows her sensitive side and hugs Mac, who's surprised at Maxie's sudden burst of emotion. Of course there's more to her hug than she lets on. As the guilt of her role in Brandon's accident continues to be kept secret, the harder she finds it to live with herself. Maxie promises Mac she'll visit the house more on the weekends, and may even bring by Serena when she comes. Mac says he'd like that…as long as Scott Baldwin didn't pop up too. The two laugh as Brenda makes her way up to them.

"Oh good, you're here Maxie so I only have to make one trip," Brenda says after hugging Mac. "Since we all know about Robin being pregnant…..I thought it would be nice if we threw her a little surprise party after Thanksgiving."

Maxie's eyes light up. "I think that's a great idea Brenda! We should so do that. And have it at the house too."

"I'm not sure about that Maxie," says Mac.

"Oh come on. You were just complaining about how empty the house is. This is a good excuse for all of us to get together. We can invite our close friends."

Brenda and Maxie double team Mac and finally convince him to say yes. Maxie thinks it'll be nice to be around the family before she hits school full time again. Mac asks who would come to this party, Brenda suggests Anna, Patrick, maybe some of Robin's friends from the hospital. Nothing too big. Mac's face cringes when Anna's name is mentioned. The two of them haven't been getting along very well, and it might not be a good idea for them to be in the same room together. Maxie asks if anything is wrong with that list, interrupting Mac from this thoughts. He says everything is fine, and looks forward to getting together.

A line on the flyer catches his attention. It reads: "STOP THE GAY SICKNESS – FIGHT THE 'SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE' OF SINNERS." The sign disgusts Lucas, who promptly rips it off the board and tosses it in the trash.

Back at Wyndemere, Nikolas is playing with his son Spencer. Alfred walks in and tells Nikolas all of the arrangements have been made. Nikolas thanks Alfred for all of his hard work, and gives him the rest of the day off. When Alfred makes his leave, Nikolas picks up his son and holds him close.

"This is going to be a wonderful night Spencer. Soon, we're all going to be one big family. If all goes well, you'll have two wonderful big brothers who love you very much. On top of that, you're going to be a big brother to the new babies. Yes you are." Nikolas kisses his son's forehead and then puts him over his shoulder, rubbing his back. "I'm going to give you the family I never had growing up Spencer."

A wave of sadness comes across Nikolas. "You're mother loved you very much. Just like my mother loves me. While Carly will never replace Courtney, you will grow up having the love of a woman who will love you as if you are her own. And I the same with her children. This engagement will be a night to remember."

The scene pulls away as Nikolas lays Spencer in his playpen. He walks to the window and stares out….unaware that Sam has been listening to his plans.

It's the next morning in Port Charles, and at Wyndemere, Nikolas talks with Lucky about Bobbie's sentencing. Neither is aware that Helena is eavesdropping from one of the tunnels behind Nikolas' desk. Lucky isn't sure how his dad will get along without Bobbie. Those two have been attached to the hip since coming to Port Charles. This is the first time that being apart is beyond their control. Helena is shown mouthing "oh poor Luke" in a sarcastic tone to herself. Nikolas asks when Lucky is leaving for the courthouse. Lucky says he's picking up Lulu, Carly & Michael, and then heading over. Nikolas is happy the three of them are sticking together. He would have gone with them, but Carly asked him not to go.

Nikolas says he wants to do something special for Carly. Something that will take her mind off of her problems and make her think about her future. Lucky asks what he has in mind. Nikolas walks over to his locked desk, and takes out a box. He tosses it to Lucky. Lucky's eyes sparkle when he opens the box. Inside is an engagement ring.

"You can close your mouth now," Nikolas says smiling. "This is the one. This is the ring that I will place on her finger at our engagement party."

"Engagement party? You're gonna ask Carly to marry you?"

"Yes I am." Nikolas takes the ring back and places it in his desk. "The time has come for Carly and I to take the next step. I just hope she'll do me the honor of becoming my wife."

Lucky gives his brother a hug, telling him to do what makes him and his son happy….even if it means being with Carly. Nikolas asks for Lucky's support in making their engagement party work. It's nothing too big. Only friends and family…those that will come that is….and a nice dinner…..and it's going to be tomorrow! Alfred can set everything up, all Lucky has to do is help Nikolas supervise. Lucky gives his brother his word and promises not to say anything to Carly. Nikolas says he has to run into the city, so he'll ride the launch with Lucky back to Port Charles. When the two exit, Helena comes out and sits down at Nikolas' desk in the dark. She mocks her grandson for not locking his desk back, and takes out the ring.

"I'd curse you, but I doubt you'll ever make to Carly's ring finger," says Helena to the ring. "Soon Caroline will be nothing but a memory. Another name in the long list of woman who my grandson will have mourned for."

Helena tosses the ring back into the draw, and heads out the way she came in.

Noah walks through his and Bobbie's brownstone, gathering mementos for Bobbie to take with her, if she can, when she goes away. He's been such a horrible husband. He thought they could hide behind their love, but it was only temporary. Hell…is their love even real? Would they have gotten married if it wasn't for Bobbie's legal troubles? Who knows? They've barely even had time to enjoy being married. Always afraid of the other shoe dropping and being exposed. The truth of the matter is that he doesn't what he'll do while she's away. He can put on a brave face and continue on with his career, but he'll still come home to an empty house.

Noah walks into the den and picks up a picture of he and Bobbie from their quick Vegas wedding. She looks really happy. Noah puts down the picture, and picks up another one from last Christmas. It's the first "family" picture, before they were truly a family. The looks on the faces of those in the photo: Bobbie, Noah, Carly, Patrick & Lucas are all that of happy people. Noah shakes his head and walks away. Noah looks at the invitation to the party being held at Mac's for Robin & Patrick. That'll be his first public showing since Bobbie will be in jail. He doesn't know how he'll make it without her….
    <HR>
Meanwhile, Dante and Lucas are working out at the campus gym when Lucas' phone rings. Lucas excuses himself and answers his phone.

"Hello?....Hi Carly……I'm at the gym……yes I know about Bobbie's sentencing……I'm not going…….Because I don't want to. Why should I? All that our mother has done is cause me pain for the past year. I'm sick of it……Look, I don't have time for this……Yeah, I love you do. Bye."

Lucas hangs up his phone and sits down on the bench. Dante walks over out of breath and sweating. He asks if everything is ok. Lucas tells him no, it's not. Lucas tells him that Carly wants him to go to Bobbie's sentencing later. He doesn't know if he's ready to see her. How can he look at her after everything she's done?

Dante listens to Lucas vent to him about his issues with Bobbie, then decides to give his friend some sage advice. "We only have one mother Lucas. You were fortunate enough to have two. From what I've gathered, Bobbie has loved you since you were a little kid. She's been there for you as a real mother would for her child. In a perfect world, Bobbie would have accepted you coming out and embraced you. But this isn't a perfect world Lucas." Dante seems to be speaking from a personal place, but Lucas doesn't notice. "It was difficult for her to accept your life. Not because she hated you, but because she was afraid for you. Your mother made a huge mistake. A horrible mistake, but she's going to pay for it in more ways than one. You may never be able to forgive her for what she's done, but you still love her. Your love may be the reason she's able to overcome her alcohol dependency. Your love may be the reason she comes out of this a better person. Think about that Lucas. Some of us wish we could have a mother to fight with."

Dante grabs his towel and wipes off his chest and face. He tells Lucas to think about what he said before taking off. Lucas forward and puts his face in his hands. He pulls his wet hair away from his face and sits back shaking his head. Maybe Dante's right. In his anger towards his mother, he's lost all of the good times they had together. But how is he supposed to forget that she killed the man he loved? How can he put that behind him? Lucas grabs his stuff and heads back to his apartment, he has a big decision to make.

    PC – Episode 302

Written by: Jennifer Snyder & Ryan Chandler
    <HR>
PC begins with a scene of Carly floating in the water. Flashes of red and blue light take over with muffled sounds coming through. A bright light appears as a small dot, growing bigger and bigger as the voices becoming clearer. The scene fades to Nikolas standing over Carly in the ambulance holding her hand and talking to her. Carly is hooked up to a bunch of machines. The EMT's ask Nikolas to sit back as they try to work on Carly. The look of fear shows strongly on Nikolas face. The clock turns back as the scene takes us to Mac Scorpio's house.
    <HR>
Everyone toasts to Robin & Patrick. A loud plane flies overhead. Something in the sky catches Anna's attention. "What in the hell?"

Someone in a parachute drops in from the sky dressed in all black. The person slowly begins taking off the chute and the helmet.

The scene alternates between the expressions of Mac, Anna & Robin.

    "Oh…." Mac begins.

    "My…." Anna continues…

The person finally takes off the helmet. "Dad?!!!" Robin asks confused as hell.

"There can't be a party without me." Robert says cheerfully with his thick Australian accent. "Come give daddy a hug!"

"What are you doing here?" Robin asks with a surprised tone.

"I wasn't going to miss out on the chance of pampering my little girl when she's expecting!" Robert says walking over giving Robin a big hug. Patrick goes over to shake Robert's hand but Robert pulls his hand away. "You……," Robert points at Patrick, "I'll deal with you later."

Robert walks over to the table where the food is and mumbles under his breath about Patrick. Patrick asks Robin if he should worry about Robert's reaction. Robin tells him no. He'd have to worry if Robert was being extremely nice.

Meanwhile, David, Kelly, Steven, and Liz get a page from GH while enjoying the festivities at Robin and Patrick’s party. Their pagers go off simultaneously and their heads turn towards each other and wonder what could be happening.

“I wonder what happened now, especially for all of us to get the call.” David remarked as they all grabbed their coats and headed to the hospital. David kisses Lucy on the cheek and thanks her for inviting him to the party.

Kelly asks Liz for a ride to the hospital, since she doesn't have a way there. Liz tosses her the keys while she says a quick goodbye to everyone. When asked why they're all getting pages, Liz remarks that it's probably because some doctors are on vacation. She promises to update Robin & Patrick on what happened at the hospital the first chance she gets.

Anna gets a call informing her that the sting she's been setting up is going down as they speak, and she should come down to the docks to get an update. Anna excuses herself and says her goodbyes, saying duty calls. She grabs her jacket and keys and heads out.
    <HR>
The scene shifts to present time with Nikolas riding in the ambulance with Carly and the EMT's. Dispatch says Carly's doctor has been paged and should be at the hospital shortly. Nikolas re-assures Carly that everything will be ok as soon as they get to the hospital. Nikolas tears up when he flashes back to seeing Carly being rescued…..

Nikolas comes upon the accident scene as a lifeless Carly is extricated from the water and wheeled has towards the ambulance that is waiting for her. The paramedics give her CPR to clear the fluid from her lungs. Nikolas screams to them that she's pregnant. The paramedics secure her onto their cart and wheel her to the ambulance, Nikolas rushes to her side overwhelmed with concern and worry for her and their twins.

Nikolas latched onto her hand and tried to re-assure her it was going to be all right, as he stepped into the ambulance with her. "Carly? Can you hear me? I'm right here with you, sweetheart. We’re on the way to the hospital; everything is going to be okay." The words escaped his lips as he sobbed. As the paramedics worked on Carly and got her prepped for the hospital ER staff.
    <HR>
    Present time…..

Only a short distance to the hospital, the doctors arrived soon after the ambulance did. The paramedics rushed Carly into the ER with Nikolas following along side, still holding on to Carly’s hand. As the gurney approached the double doors, Nikolas was forced to stay behind. He was told only hospital personnel were allowed past the doors.

Nikolas's fear is replaced with anger as he verbally rips into the nurse. "I am not waiting out here for Carly, I’m going with her! She is carrying my children!" Nikolas protested but to his dismay, the hospital staff had to enforce hospital policy.

"Damn it!" He screams before punching he wall. "If you…if you don't let me in there, I will have you fired. Do you know who I am?! DO YOU? I am Nikolas Cassadine. My family and I practically own this institution you call a hospital! Either I get there to be with my fiancée or I'm going make sure you never do more than sweep floors in this hospital!"

Elizabeth enters just in time to see Nikolas going off on a group of hospital workers. "Nikolas? What is wrong with you? Why are you yelling at these people?"

"These people won't let me in there," Nikolas says with much disdain. "I have a right to be int here Elizabeth."

"Wait a minute, that call was about someone you know?" Elizabeth asks, completely oblivious to the situation unfolding. "If it Lulu? Lucky? Did something happen to him?"

Nikolas tells her no. He gives her the abridged version of what happened with Carly, and explains that's why he's so upset. Elizabeth politely asks the staff to let him through, and if there's any repercussions, she'll take the blame. Liz swipes her badge and takes Nikolas through the staff area before getting to the nurses station.

"Wait here and I'll find out what's going." Elizabeth said touching his arm compassionately.

“Thank you Elizabeth. I need to know what's going on with Carly. She’s alone in there and I wanted to go in with her …but, they told me I had to wait!”

“Okay, you stay here and try to calm down. It’s going to be all right. Carly is in the best of hands.” Elizabeth said trying to re-assure a panicked and overwhelmed Nikolas.

As Nikolas watches, other doctors rush past him and through the double doors, his mind starts reeling about what could be happening in there with Carly and the twins. He stands by the double doors and waits to hear something from Elizabeth, just as Jason steps off the elevator.

Jason just received a call from Monica asking him to come to the hospital because of Alan. He checks in at the nurses' station and sees an upset Nikolas pacing back and forth.

As he approaches Nikolas, Nikolas quickly turns around to see Jason walking towards him.
"You! You get the hell out of here, Jason! You are not wanted here or needed! This is all your fault! If anything happens to Carly or our children, I am holding you solely responsible!" Nikolas shouted as he pointed his finger in Jason’s face.

Jason stares blankly at Nikolas. The levity of Nikolas' anger taking a while to sink in. "What's your problem? And what about Carly? What's wrong?” Jason asked, ignoring Nikolas’ threats.

"Is that all you can say? You are not at all concerned with who did this? I can tell you who did this, your mob pals did this, that’s who! They forced her car off the road and it went off the bridge, Jason!"

"Carly was in an accident? Why was she driving? She doesn't like to drive. It scares the hell out of her."

Nikolas says he convinced Carly to come to Wyndemere because he had a surprise for her.

"Are you crazy? You forced her to do something that she's terrified to do. I think the one who you should blame here is YOU! If you loved her like you claim you do, you wouldn't have asked her to get behind the wheel of a car."

Jason stares a hole through Nikolas, ready to beat the hell out of him. The two exchanged threats for a while before Elizabeth emerged from the secure area and put herself in between them.

“Are you two finished?! Please this is a hospital!” Elizabeth snapped at Nikolas and Jason. "Calm down." The two stepped back from each other as Elizabeth regained her composure.

Nikolas cooling down spoke up. "How is she, the twins?? Tell me they are all going to be okay?!”

"Unfortunately I don't know all the details. Dr. Lee is with Carly now. All I know is Carly is surrounded by a team of wonderful doctors who'll make sure she and your children pull through." Elizabeth hugs Nikolas and rushes back over to assist with anything she can.

Jason turns away and takes out his phone, placing a phone call to Sonny. Nikolas paces back and forth a nervous wreck.

The doctors come out with Carly on the gurney and take her to the elevator. Nikolas tries to talk to Kelly Lee, but her attention is solely on Carly. She calls Elizabeth into the elevator with her. Nikolas overhears her saying if they don't get Carly stabilized soon, the twins will be at risk.

The doors to the elevator shut as the episode comes to an end.

As Brandon steps off the curb, Bobbie's car seemingly out of nowhere. Noah calls out to Brandon. He turned around only to be blinded by the bright lights of the oncoming car…. all Noah could do is watch in horror as Bobbie's car struck down Brandon. The impact of Brandon, startled Bobbie and the tires squealed as she stopped the car. She looked back in the rear view mirror, not coherent enough to realize what had happened.

As the three teens tended to Lucas and helped him to his feet, the sound of screeching tires and blood curling screams could be heard.

Noah wasted no time and ran to Bobbie's driver side door.

"Move over ...” he shouted in a panic, pushing her out of the way. A freaked out Noah gets into the car.

The four teens make their way outside in a hurry, trying as fast as they can to get through the crowded & heavily decorated arch ways. They reach the front and are horrified to see Brandon lying on the ground in a pool of blood and a car speeding away.

Noah looked back in the rear view mirror and saw Brandon lying on the ground. Noah is torn between getting out and helping him and protecting the woman that he loves. He chooses to Bobbie. He had hoped all they could see in the distance was his tail lights when he sped away.

Lucas ran out to Brandon's lifeless body in the middle of the street, the others came running out after, only to see the red tail lights of the car that sped away. Lucas knelt down next to Brandon, as the tears began to fall from his eyes. He didn't know why, but all he could say to Brandon was "I'm sorry" as he held Brandon's head in his lap.

Lulu quickly grabs her cell phone and called 911 for the ambulance. The teens hovered around Brandon and Lucas as they waited for help to arrive. Lucas feeling nothing but pain as he sits with Brandon and gently brushes the hair away from Brandon's face.

"This is all my fault, I did this ... he wouldn't of been here if it weren't for me ..." Lucas cried. As Brandon was tended to by the medics, Lucas stayed close, noticeably upset by what had happened, and very much blaming himself.

    Opening Video

Steven was enjoying his dinner date with Robin; how could he not? She was a beautiful woman and she obviously enjoyed talking to him as much as he did her. He smiled at her while pouring another glass of wine.

"I'm glad that you accepted my offer for dinner. I love my grandmother dearly, and love her home cooking, but there are some days where I just want to eat in a nice restaurant," he said, then added, "with wonderful company."

Chuckling a little, Robin liked the dinner as well. "I find you to be wonderful company too, so thank you very much in inviting me to have dinner. I don't think I would have been up for trying to cook something."

The two of them laughed a little. As they continued with their banter, neither were aware that Sarah and Patrick entered the restaurant.

"When you said you wanted me to join you for dinner, I didn't think it would be here. This is a little upscale you know?" Patrick said, looking around the newest restaurant to acquire space in the MetroCourt.

Brushing his shoulder lightly with her hand, she smiled at him. "Trust me, you'll love this place," she teased. She knew that once he locked eyes on his girlfriend with her brother, his guard would be down and she could be there to 'comfort' him.

The hostess led the two of them to their table, which wasn't that far from Steven and Robin. Sarah purposely waited for Patrick to sit down, knowing that she could block his view for a bit.

Leaning over the table, Patrick asked her, "Have you eaten here before, Sarah?" He quickly glanced at the menu and closed it shut quickly. "You haven't eaten here, before, have you?"

Raising an eyebrow at him, Sarah opened his menu again. "Patrick, order what you think you'll like. It's my treat after all. I know you’re into the ‘man’ paying everything, but I’m a modern woman. I go after what I want. And right now I want to pay for dinner."

Over at the table that Steven and Robin were dining, they were completely immersed in deep conversation. Robin didn't know what it was about Steven, but she was very intrigued by him; and just couldn't shake him out of her thoughts. Despite missing Patrick, which she truly did, she just couldn't help feeling drawn to her close friend's brother.

In the middle of their conversation, Steven's eyes scanned on a familiar face. A smile crept upon his lips as he saw Patrick a few tables away from them. He only had one guess as to whom he was dining with…And that was Sarah. Quickly diverting his eyes, to make sure Robin didn't catch on that he was checking out something, he touched Robin's hand briefly.

"Are you having a good time, Robin?" he asked, sipping some more wine.

Feeling herself get tingly from the light touch of his skin, she blushed a little. "Yes, I am having a wonderful time." Standing up, she excused herself to head to the ladies room. Robin, what are you doing? She cursed herself as she quickly retreated.

Sarah gave her order to the server, and stood up from the table. "Patrick, I'll be right back, I'm going to freshen up a bit. Whem I come back, I want to know what makes Patrick Drake tick,' she teased. This date is definitely going the way I want it, now let's add some fireworks, she thought as she entered the ladies room.

Robin was coming out of the stall to wash her hands when she came face-to-face with Sarah. "Well, what a small world. Hello, Sarah," she said, with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "I didn't think you'd be here dining...alone."

"Actually, I'm not dining alone. I'm here with a friend,” Sarah remarks while teasing her long blonde hair. “I'm sure you are doing the same, right?" She was going to love seeing the look on Robin's face when she saw that she was with her Dr. Hotness.

"As a matter of fact, I am," she replied, getting ready to head out the door. All she wanted to do was smack her senseless. She adored Elizabeth so much, but her sister was nothing but troublemaking bitch.

Sarah quickly followed behind her. As the women headed for their respective tables, the ‘fireworks’ were about to begin. Patrick stood up at the same time as Steven did. Patrick's eyes immediately locked on Robin as she went to her table, just as Steven's eyes locked on Sarah.

"I hope you are having a wonderful dinner," Patrick said, quickly approaching their table, glaring at Robin. "I thought you said you had plans with Lainey. Did those plans fall flat?"

Glaring at him, Robin snapped back, not caring of the volume in her voice. "I thought you were going to take in a game tonight, did your plans fall flat, as well?" Eyeing Sarah, who pretended to act surprised, she continued talking. "Oh, let me guess, you decided to hang with your 'new buddy'."

Holding up his hands, Steven tried to break up the spat. "Why don't we just arrange to all sit together, I'm sure there won't be a problem in doing that?" He could not help but be pleased with the outcome of what was going on. Robin's spark alone was appealing to him.

Neither Patrick nor Robin paid much attention to the offer that Steven made. Robin got in her jabs, while Patrick fired back at her. Sarah and Steven smiled at each other; both pleased that each of their dates were beginning to be on the outs with one another.

Port Charles begins with a continuation of a scene from the day before…

"Monica, I had to see you." Kevin quickly strides into the room and pulls her into a tight embrace. He catches her face in his hands and begins passionately kissing her. He continues to kiss her until they are both breathless. "I want you to remember what we have Monica. I don't want you to forget that I love you." Kevin whispers as they break apart.

Monica leans her head against his chest. She doesn't move out of his arms but eventually pushes him away. "I know that Kevin, but I can't do this right now. I need to be with my husband. Please don't make this any harder than it already is. I have to stay with Alan for now, I thought you understood that."

"I understand this." He bends his lips down and touches Monica's lips softly, "And this." He kisses her again and pulls her closer as if to imprint his body with hers, "And this." Monica sighs as she gives herself up fully to the kiss. Kevin walks her backward to the bed and places her on it. He follows her down on the bed, fully intending to make love to her right then and there.

Neither of them hears the door open until it slams. Both Kevin and Monica jump up as if they were burned. "Oh for God's sake Monica, how low class of you to meet your lover in a hospital bed." Emily spit out scornfully. "Lest you forget, Alan, your HUSBAND, who suffered a major heart attack is lying in this hospital down the hallway! Don't you want to know how or why I found you? Or should I leave the two of you alone for your little rendezvous?" Hatred poured out of every inch of Emily's body as she glared at the two of them.

At the PCPD, Anna walks into her office and finds Mac sitting in her chair with his feet propped up. Anna tells Mac to get out, but he doesn't move. Instead he dances around walking in during Anna's little rendezvous with Lorenzo. Anna acts as if she doesn't know what Mac is talking about. Mac walks over to Anna and talks about their sworn duty to serve and protect, not serve on your back. Anna has a surprised look on her face. Mac shifts his eyes to her desk and makes a disgusted facial gesture. Anna hauls off and slaps Mac across the face for his blatant disrespect.

Mac tells Anna that her extracurricular "activities" with Lorenzo has officially become a conflict of interest. Mac says Anna acts with a heir of superiority, when she's no better than the people she's supposed to take down. Mac says she's not in the spy business anymore, she can't get in so deep that she can't dig herself out of it. Mac says things around the PCPD better begin to change around here, or he'll go the mayor and tell him everything. Before Mac goes, he asks Anna if she'll be able to make the right decision when the time is right. The camera shifts the door as he closes it. Anna flops down in her chair looking worried. She reluctantly admits to herself that Mac is right. She has become too involved. Anna then hears a chime on her computer. She opens up her Outlook account and finds an encrypted e-mail. Remembering her training from the WSB, she decodes it and finds a message telling her this person has important information regarding the recent mob attacks. The e-mail instructs Anna to meet with him/her at Pier 24 at midnight tomorrow. She takes out her phone and places a call to Lorenzo, but gets his voicemail. She tells him they need to meet as soon as possible.

At Wyndemere, Nikolas knocks on the door to Michael's room. After being told he can come in, Nikolas finds Michael listening to his iPod. Nikolas asks Michael how he's feeling. Michael sits up in pain, still feeling the affects from his attack a few weeks before. Michael says he's fine, and though he's not trying to be rude, all he wants to do is be left alone. Nikolas says he'll leave after he asks Michael something. Nik asks if Michael would be interested in having a little party with some of his friends at Wyndemere tonight. Nik is surprised when Michael snaps at him.

"You mean have friends here? Have them come all the way out to Spoon Island where they not only have to deal with my dad's security, but yours as well? Thanks, but no thanks. Besides, no one wants to hang out with me after what happened. They think something could happen to them. And I would feel really bad if something did."

Nikolas can't blame Michael for being worried for the safety of his friends, and says he understands. He promises Michael that things won't be this way forever, saying Sonny is doing his best to protect his family. Michael snaps back, his best just isn't good enough anymore. The camera zooms in on Nikolas as he turns his head away. The camera pulls back into the next scene.

Skye's battle with alcoholism is no secret, it's been a tough battle for her to overcome but it's a battle she eventually won. The hardest part is resisting the urge to fall back into comfortable patterns. Skye is about to take a sip from her glass when she sees Jax enter from the corner of her eye. She immediately puts down the glass, gives the bartender money and exits the bar. Jax sees Skye rushing out and calls her name. When she doesn't answer, he turns and backtracks her movements, realizing she was at the bar. He begins to worry about Skye's sobriety and decides to pay her a visit.

Kevin sat up and pointed a finger at Emily, "Don't you talk to your mother like that! Treat her with the respect that she deserves."

Emily walks towards Kevin and turns up her nose as if she smells something badly. She looks at Kevin, tilts her head and slaps the hell out of Kevin. "Don't you ever talk to me about respect Kevin. Respect is given to those who earn it. Grandfather, Tracy and I were visiting my father…you know, her husband, your supposed close friend when he suffered another heart attack. He almost died while you were about to have sex with this jackass Monica. I heard the page and saw Kevin come flying down the hall. Locked, cocked and ready to unload right? Emily shouts sarcastically, "So sorry that I interrupted Kevin, but when my father almost dies I get a little upset." Kevin opens his mouth to protest and Emily yells at him to shut up.

Monica stands up to hug Emily. Emily slaps her hands off her. "Don’t touch me. Down that hallway less than an hour ago, my father almost died and Grandfather almost lost it. If he sees the two of you together, it will kill him." Emily does a good job of keeping herself from losing control. She opens the door and whispers to Monica that she needs to begin putting her husband first. When Monica is far enough down the hall, she shuts the door and turns back to Kevin.

"If you know what's good for you, you'll go home. Take a vacation, go visit your daughter, do something. Do anything that'll keep you away from my mother. As much as I dislike what she has done to my father and my family, she still is my mother, and I will do anything I can to make sure my father is happy. If I ever hear about or see the two of you together again in this hospital, or it even seems as if there could be anything beyond a professional relationship, I'll have you fired. I will ruin your career, simply because I can."

Kevin warns Emily not to start something she can't finish. Emily warns Kevin not to test her patience. She once again, strongly recommends he takes a vacation for a while. Emily walks out of the room and slams the door. Kevin flops down on the bed and exhales deeply. He takes out his cell phone and places a call.

"Livvie? It's dad. I'm going to be taking a little vacation soon and I wanted to know if you would be up for a visit. I know Caleb err….Stephen will be going on tour soon, so I'd like to see you before you go. I really miss you Livvie. Call me when you get this. I love you."

Kevin closes his phone and walks out of the room.

    - At the PCPD, Mac continues to struggle with not being the man in charge. It’s not that he is ashamed to be working with the men that he used to lead, but it feels like such a slap in the face to be replaced by someone who hasn’t lived in Port Charles for over 10 years. It’s insulting.

Mac’s thoughts are interrupted when Anna arrives with the Mayor and DA Davis. Mac is prepared for a fight, but instead is asked to take on the hit and run accident that led to the death of Brandon Wexler. Anna tells Mac that this will be a big chance for him to regain the confidence of the Mayor and set an example for the other detectives in the department. Alexis offers Mac the full resources of her office and will assist with anything he needs. The mayor just scowls and walks out with Alexis. Before Anna leaves, Mac coldly tells Anna not to call in any favors for him anymore. He tells her that he’s perfectly able of winning back the support of the mayor.

    - When Michael comes down the stairs, he was very glad that Carly was not there. This has not been a very good week for him. Courtney died the other day, his uncle Lucas hasn’t been seen since Brandon died and on top of that….he still couldn't believe that his mother not only grounded him, but that his own father agreed with her. Sitting on the couch, he opted to turn on the television; he had nothing else really to do. He did not feel like playing with Morgan, nor did he feel like playing any of the video games he had. So, what other options did he have?

Anger set in as he replayed the scene from earlier in the week. The minute he saw the car pull up to the school, and Sonny step out, he knew something was up.

Michael: Dad, what are you doing here?

Sonny: Oh, I thought I would change my routine today; decided to come and pick up my son.

Michael: (eyebrows scrunching a little) Really? The only times you pick me up have been something important needs to be discussed. What's going on dad?

Sonny: Michael, come on bud, just get in the car, so I can drive you home. I'll tell you when we get there.

Moments later, the three of them were sitting on the couch. Carly started off the conversation with an envelope in her hand. Michael immediately winced when he heard her tone. She definitely was ready to lay the law.

Carly: Michael, I got this letter in the mail a day ago. Do you want to know what it is?

Michael: How in the hell should I know? You got the letter, not me.

Sonny: Don't talk to your mother that way, Mike. She asked you a question. Do you have any idea what the letter could be about?

Michael: No. I do not know what the letter is about.

Carly: Okay, then I’ll tell you. It's about your lack of concentration in your studies. It's about your eruptive behavior while in class; basically Michael, this letter, right here tells me that you need some guidance and rules to get you back on track.

Michael: Oh come on mom, everybody goofs off in school. Plus, the grades aren't that bad. I just had some tough assignments. I don't see why they wasted their time mailing out some stupid letter and killing some trees to do it.

Sonny: It doesn't matter whether it was a waste in them sending a letter; that isn't the point. The point here is this; you are being disruptive in class, causing fights, and slacking off in your studies. Your mother and I won't allow that.

Carly: Starting tonight, you are grounded. You will go to school, go to soccer practice, come home and study. When I see some improvement in your attitude, then your father and I will determine if the grounding should be lifted.

Michael: WHAT! You can't be serious. You're grounding me? For what? A few lousy grades. Mom, get real.

Carly: Don't you raise your voice to me, Michael. You have been pushing my buttons for weeks now, and I'm going to put an end to it. As I said, you are grounded until we decide you have improved your attitude and your schoolwork. Case closed.

Michael: It doesn't matter what I say does it? Just as long as the two of you come out right in the long run. Just because you two have screwed up your lives, don't take it out on me. You two wrote the book on disorderly conduct.

Sonny: That is enough! I will not sit here and allow you to disrespect me or your mother.

Michael: You could always go home…..then allow me to disrespect my mother. (Waving his hands in the air) Are we done? Good, I'm going to my room. I just want to thank you both for messing up my life. Great job you guys. Really. Bravo.

Michael still couldn't believe that his parents teamed up and grounded him. Getting up from the couch, he prepared to go back upstairs, when he heard a knock on the door. Opening it, he was face-to-face with the last person he wanted to see.

    Opening Video

"What are you doing here?" he asked, looking A.J. up and down. "If you're looking for my mom, she's not here." He automatically tried to close the door, but A.J. blocked him from doing so.

"Actually, I came to see you. I know when I came back, you were not too pleased. I just wanted to get the opportunity to explain all that happened." It was clear that he was taking a very big chance in coming to him, however, it was a chance he was more than willing to take.

"What makes you think that I would want to talk to you? Why would I listen to anything you had to explain to me?" he challenged, stepping back a little.

"Do you mind if I come in, Michael? It is cold outside," he chuckled, trying in vein to break the ice. When he saw Michael stepping away from the door, he approached the couch. "I imagine that when your mother told you that I stopped by to see you, you were more determined than ever to keep me at a distance."

Looking at him, not sure as to what he was talking about, Michael pounced on the statement. "What are you talking about? When were you here?"

Realizing that Carly never told him about the attempted visit, A.J. smiled a little. "I should have known she wouldn't tell you that I stopped by a few weeks ago. I can't say that I blame her; she was dead set on me even making the request to spend time with you."

Michael suddenly remembered that week. "So, it was you that was at the door? When I asked her about it, she said it was no one I should be concerned about."

"Look, I know Carly had every right to block me from seeing you, but, you're older now, and I explained to her that it was your choice in whether you wanted me to approach you." Folding his hands, he hoped that Michael would honor his request to talk to him. "If you want me to leave, I can do so. I just came here to see if I could talk to you a little; to explain everything."

Glancing at the couch, Michael realized that his mom could return at any given moment. "You know what, we’ve been over this before AJ and quite frankly I don’t want to go over it again. Unfortunately, my mom is like gonna be home soon, so you might wanna go. Plus, well," he laughed sarcastically, "she grounded me until further notice."

Automatically curious, A.J. asked, "What did you do to get yourself grounded?"

"My ‘poor behavior’ and getting into trouble at school. Mom and dad both teamed up on me and said that I was grounded until my attitude and my studies improved."

His mind quickly thought of a sure-fire way to not only get to spend time with Michael, but also pull the wool over both Carly and Sonny's eyes. "I'll tell you what. If I can arrange for you to have the chance to talk to me, as well as help get your grades up, would you be up for it?"

A devious smile began to form on Michael’s lips. He was more than interested in what A.J. was planning to do. "How are you possibly going to manage to do that? I mean, there is no way my folks are letting me out of the house when school is out."

Heading for the door, A.J simply waved a hand casually. His eyes suddenly glanced at the letter from school. Picking it up, he quickly read it. Folding it up, he slid it into his pocket. "Don't worry about anything, okay? If you still want to talk with me, then I'll make the arrangements. If you change your mind, all you have to say so."

Closing the door after him, Michael was more than interested in seeing what A.J was up to.

    Endgame- Episode 16
    Thursday, April 12, 2007

    - Lucas walked up to the door of the Frat house but couldn’t bring himself to go inside. He broke down in tears and sat down on the stoop. He held his head in hands and sobbed over the loss of Brandon. He sat a few minutes and released some of his pain through his tears. He stood up and shook off the overwhelming feeling of loss and went to the one person he felt understood him the most.

    - Jason was still hard at work trying to find something, anything that would point him into the direction of Sam. Checking the time, he didn't want to waste any, considering that Elizabeth was the one stalling Lucky.

He swiftly made his way into Lucky's single bedroom. It’s been a while since Lucky has actually lived in that apartment, but he hoped to find something worth while. Opening the night table, he sifted through some of the loose papers that were inside. Jason was growing frustrated. He thought there would indeed be something that was accidentally left for him to find. Closing the drawer to the night table, he decided to return to the desk drawer. Instead of sifting, he pulled the entire drawer out and emptied it on the floor.

Quickly going through the papers, he thought he came to another dead end; until he found a folded piece of paper. Putting it to the side, he gathered the contents that was on the floor and returned it to the drawer. After making sure everything was in place, he unfolded the piece of paper. It was a note from Lainey. In clear handwriting, he read the following:

Lucky, after some consideration, I will take on Sam McCall as a patient. Please be aware that despite what has been explained to me, I will end all services if I feel this is too much for her. Sam can begin seeing me effective immediately.

    - Lulu hurried to Bobbie’s, in the hopes Lucas would by chance be there. She knew he and Bobbie were not on the greatest of terms, but in situations like Lucas was in, sometimes one just needs family around them. Lulu barged in the front door without even a knock and found Bobbie on the couch, ready to drink the alcohol she had poured in her glass. Lulu grabbed the glass from her hand and set it down on the coffee table.
“Do you know where you son is? Do you even care?” Lulu snapped at Bobbie, in the hopes that somewhere inside, Bobbie did care about Lucas.

Bobbie looked up at Lulu with a glare. She sighs and drops her head down.

“Yeah I didn’t think so. I dropped him off and haven’t been able to find him since. We need to find him, Bobbie, and now. I came here thinking …”

“Thinking what? “ Bobbie gets up and walks near Lulu. “He’d be here with me? I am the last person Lucas wants to see, right now.”

Lulu had about enough of that kind of talk from her and lost her temper. “Listen to me! Lucas is missing; he hasn’t been seen for quite some time! Aren’t you the least bit concerned for your grieving son? Or don’t you give a damn!”

    - Back at Lucky's, Jason suddenly had all the proof that he needed. Anger could have taken over, but at the moment, all wanted to do was leave Lucky's and find Lainey immediately. He wanted to know exactly what Nikolas and Lucky told her; what they requested her to do, and how long had Sam been seeing her.

Closing the door behind him, he quickly opened his phone and called Lainey. Unfortunately, Lainey was out of town on business as she stated on her voicemail. "Lainey, it's me, Jason. When you get back into town, I need to see you right away. It’s um…very important. And keep this between us ok?" Slipping the phone back in his pocket, he headed to Kelly's in hopes that Lainey had some answers.

    - Meanwhile, Carly comes home after a long walk in the park. After her date with Nikolas she needed to clear her head. Damn her! Damn her for letting herself trust someone again. How could he lie to her like this? She tries not to think about him as she puts her key in the door. When she flicks the light switch, she is surprised to see Lucas sitting on her couch crying.

“I’m sorry,” he says. “I had nowhere else to go.” He sees the expression on Carly’s face and offers to go. She comes over and gives him a hug and tells him it’s ok for him to stay as long as he needs.

    Endgame- Episode 17
    Thursday, April 12, 2007

    - At the Quartermaine mansion, A.J. was awaiting for his guest. After his visit with Michael, he was all set to make sure to get one on one time with him as much as possible; and without the lurking of Carly or Sonny.

Edward made his way into the grand study. "I have to say, I am very proud of you for what you are doing to ensure a relationship with your son," he bellowed, sitting in his favorite recliner. "I am pleased that you took my advice, and stopped all that nonsense in asking Carly for permission to see your own flesh and blood. If it weren't for her, Michael would be right here with you, learning how to be a Quartermaine."

Nodding, A.J. was definitely pleased with how things seemed to fit into place rather quickly. "Well, grandfather, I will admit, when Michael told me he was grounded because of his attitude, I came up with the perfect solution. As a matter of fact," he said, taking out his planner, "that solution should arrive in a few minutes."

"Did you just say that Michael was grounded for his attitude?" Edward had to chuckle, not because of finding it funny, but for the fact that it was Carly and Sonny that did it. "The gall of a common thug to say that he wants Michael's attitude to improve. I don't see how it can when he's surrounded by the likes of Sonny and his degenerates." Shaking a finger at his grandson, Edward wanted to make him aware of how important is was to get Michael close to him. "You do whatever you have to, to make sure that Michael is treated appropriately. Heaven knows I don't want to see him going the same direction Jason went when he got mixed up with Corinthos."

"I promise you, no matter what, Michael will soon realize what a real threat Sonny is. Granted, I don't want to come between him and his mother, but Sonny is a matter within itself." Looking at his grandfather, he understood that even after many years, the hurt of Jason walking out on the family still etched his heart. "If Commissioner Devane can hold true to her goal, maybe even Jason can be separated from the likes of Sonny."

Before Edward could continue, a young man came towards the study door. "I'm sorry to interrupt. The big Amazon woman let me in. I'm looking for a Mr. A.J Quartermaine."

Coming from behind the desk, A.J approached the man. "You must be Evan, am I correct?" Looking over at his grandfather, he didn't mind that he was still in the room. In fact, he wanted him there. "This is my grandfather, Edward Quartermaine."

The young man nodded. "It's nice to meet both of you. My name is Evan. Evan Koslosky. Mr. Quartermaine, you called in hopes to get your son, Michael, some extra help with his soccer training and some tutoring in some of his subjects, am I correct?"

"That is very much correct. However, there is a slight change in plans," he replied. "Rather than Michael being tutored at the school every time, I thought that we could set up some of his tutoring sessions right here at the mansion."

Evan looked somewhat hesitant. He never conducted any of his tutoring for high school students outside of school. "With all due respect, sir. I have never tutored at someone's house. We've always stuck to doing our sessions in the classroom or in dorms."

Edward immediately took the reins of the conversation. "Nonsense. Tutoring is tutoring, coaching is coaching. If you have all the essential materials, then I see no reason for Michael to do his studies here in his home. On top of that, I can have a mock field set up across from the boathouse. Whatever your rate is, I'll double it, son. You just focus on helping my great grandson hone his skills and get the education that he deserves. Money, my boy, is definitely no problem for the Quartermaines."

Looking at his son's tutor and future coach, A.J. smiled at him. "Before we finalize this deal, I'd like to get some things squared away. There are some things that you need to be aware of." Handing him a folder, A.J. began to brief Evan on some important matters.

    - When Elizabeth requested that Lucky come to the hospital, he most definitely was hesitant. What brought on the sudden urgency to see him he thought? Once there, however, he couldn't deny that he longed being near her.

"So, did Cameron give you any problems?" Elizabeth said, smiling at her son with adoration. "He's been fussy somewhat today."

"Nope, he was a very good boy, weren't you Cameron, tell mommy what a wonderful, well behaved boy you've been." When he saw his wife smile, his heart lurched a little. Why couldn't they just work things out? He would give anything to erase all the pain they each caused one another. "So, did you have a reason for calling me to see you? I mean, you don't get off duty till early morning."

Not sure what to come up with, she was pretty much winging everything that she said. "No particular reason, I just thought it would be nice for Cameron to see both of his parents together; and I have an hour to kill before I start my shift again, so..."

"Maybe we can talk in the break room, or go up to the cafeteria," he suggested. The last place he wanted to be was standing in the middle of the hospital wing, talking with minimum privacy. "Wherever you want to go, is fine with me."

Walking to the elevator, the two of them headed up to the cafeteria. Sitting in a booth in the corner, Lucky looked down to see that Cameron was drifting off to sleep in his arms. "He's had a very active day. We played with the majority of the toys he had scattered around." As he looked at her, all he could see was the beautiful woman he fell in love with. "Even when you are working late hours, you still look lovely."

Laughing a little, Liz simply smiled. "I don't see how I can look lovely on four hours of sleep, but thank you for the compliment. I was meaning to ask you, how is Bobbie doing? She's been on vacation for awhile, and I was wondering if you saw her at all."

"To be honest, I haven't gone to see her. She's the last thing I heard, she was feeling heavy guilt for disapproving of Lucas & Brandon's relationship. Plus, I've been so busy with work, and spending time with Cameron." He also was busy keeping Sam out of sight, the thought silently. "I should make some time to see her."

Lucky's cell phone began to vibrate just when conversation with Elizabeth was going so well. He handed over a sleeping Cameron over to Elizabeth, so he could answer his phone.

"Hello? Nikolas, I'm in the middle of something right now." A deep frown etched his face. "Hold on a second," he commanded. "Elizabeth, I'm going to have to take this, it shouldn't take long."

Holding her son in her arms, Elizabeth stood on her feet and gently rocked him. "I'm going to take him to the children's center. The nurse can keep an eye on him for me." As she walked from the cafeteria, her heart raced a little. Whatever Jason was up to had to do with Lucky, or else he would not have requested her help to get him from the apartment.

Back in the cafeteria, Lucky was livid. "What? You're telling me that Carly knows about Sam? This is great. Just great. If Carly knows then that means…." Sitting down in a chair, he suddenly realized that Elizabeth's request to visit her was a diversion. "Jason was over at my apartment earlier asking me a ton of questions about Sam. Apparently it was Robin who saw Sam in the park that night."

Lucky couldn't believe that once again, Elizabeth was more committed in helping Jason that she was in repairing their relationship. He felt like such a fool believing that she called him because she actually wanted to spend time together with their son.

When he made his way to the children's center, he glared at Elizabeth who was talking to the nurse. "Now I know why you really called me to see you."

"What are you talking about?" she asked looking at him.

"Stop playing games, Elizabeth." Lucky was so angry right now. "Jason was the one that asked you to call me away from the apartment and as always, you did whatever you could to help him." At that moment, he didn't even want to talk any further to her. "It's really clear me where your heart and loyalties truly lie; and it's not with me." He turns to leave, but before he does, he mutters the words that she had feared hearing. "I want a divorce."

Elizabeth could only stand in complete silence as he walked away.

    Endgame- Episode 18
    Monday, April 16, 2007

    - PC begins in the Quartermaine Mansion. Edward is looking forward to AJ's plan regarding Michael. He hopes that his grandson has the right stuff to get it done. AJ's always been a failure in Edward's eyes, hopefully this will change some things.

Edward walks to the table near the steps to look for his newspaper and finds it missing. "Alice where is the damn paper! I need to check my stocks!" Edward looks at his watch waiting for Alice to appear but she doesn't. He walks near the stairs and calls for her again, yet no answer. "Damn it. I don't know why we keep her on staff. All she does is tend to Luke and his needs."

Edward decides to relax in the living room but can't because someone is there. When he gets to the cracked door, he can overhear Monica talking on the phone.

"I didn't want to resign….I had to if I wanted to protect our secret. Don't you think I want to? I want this to be over now. Alan and I aren't happy and we haven't been for a while now….I know I have to do something soon….I do love him but things aren't the same….You're a great friend….I know. I know what I have to do. I'll talk to you later."

Monica hangs up her phone. When she turns around she finds Edward staring at her. "How much of that did you her Edward," she asks cautiously.

"That depends on how much you plan on telling me Monica." He walks over towards her. "What was that all about? What do you have to do?"

Monica tries to avoid looking Edward in the eyes, but feels close to the breaking point. "Edward I…" Monica's voice drops off when the doors to the mansion kick open and "We're home" is yelled at the door. Edward & Monica go back into the downstairs area to find Luke & Tracy back from their vacation.

"We're home!" Luke says warmly. He looks over to Alice's way and opens his arms wide for a hug. "Come here you….did you miss me?"

"Oh of course I did Mr. Luke," the strong maid says. "Here, let me take you and Mrs. Tracy's things upstairs. When I'm done I'll get you some breakfast and a paper."

"Thank you much Alice." Luke turns to Edward and asks him for a hug. "Hug? A Hug? I've been asking for the damn paper since I got up this morning and I get nothing. You walk into the door and everything and instant service you get. Damn you Tracy!"

An exhausted Tracy just rolls her eyes at her father. "Yeah, it's great to see you too daddy. So what have we missed since we've been gone?"

Edward then turns his attention to Monica to make sure she answers his question. "I think we can get an update from Monica."

    - Meanwhile, Skye barges into Lorenzo's office quite upset. "How could you do this to me? To us? You promised me that you were done with the business yet I hear you were responsible for the death of Courtney Matthews."

Lorenzo closes the lid to his laptop computer and glares at Skye. He didn't expect her to assume the worse in him, but maybe he was wrong about her. "First off all, I promised you nothing. When we decided to move to the next level in our relationship, I told you that you were my priority and I mean that." Skye turns to walk out the door, but Lorenzo gets up and grabs her arm. "However, I cannot just ignore business because you need attention. Secondly, I had nothing to do with the bombing of Courtney's apartment. I thought you of all people Skye wouldn't believe the gossip on the street. I did however have Sonny's recent shipments raided to prove a point."

Skye pulls her arm from Lorenzo's grasp. "What am I supposed to think? You lie for a living. I didn't like Courtney but she didn't deserve to die. If you didn't have anything to do with it, why are you being blamed for it?"

"Because the media needs a scapegoat and I'm it. Sonny may be a criminal but he has friends in the media that will do his bidding. By placing the blame on me, he'll be able to garner public sympathy if he does choose to retaliate." Skye appears to be calming down a bit, so Lorenzo takes this time to reassure her he had nothing to do with the bombing. "Things are going to get worse now Skye, and I need to know if you will be by my side."

Lorenzo is surprised when Skye pulls away yet again and grabs her purse. Before exiting, she touches the engagement ring on her finger, then looks back and says to him: "I can't promise you anything. This is much more than I signed up for and I don't know if I want to be a part of this life."

    - “Max!” Sonny called for his bodyguard.

“You called me, Mr. C?” Max asked as he ran up on Sonny, he trying to catch his breath.

“Yeah I need you to drive me to the warehouse.” Sonny replied as he tossed Max the keys to the limo.

    “Sure thing, Mr. C.”

    - Nikolas paces back and forth trying to figure out a way to do damage control. More and more people are learning about Sam and he has nothing to tell them. Carly's upset with him for being dishonest, Jason probably wants to kill him and Alexis….don't even get him started on Alexis. That's just a blowup waiting to happen. Lucky & Sam's entrance into the room interrupts Nikolas' thoughts. Lucky knows that it's just a matter of time until Jason tells Alexis about Sam. When that happens, they're going to want answers…answers that Lucky nor Nikolas seem to have at the moment. Nikolas observes Lucky helping Sam try to remember exactly what happened to her. Lucky tells Sam that he knows therapy has been frustrating for her, but she has to try and remember so they can protect her from Helena.

Robin ignores Patrick while he's around, making sure she focuses on her conversation with Lainey & Kelly. When he's out of sight, Robin tells her friends that she's furious that Patrick followed her and Steven. Lainey suggests that it was purely coincidental; Kelly thinks Patrick could be stalking her. Robin half-heartedly laughs at Kelly's assumption, though in the back of her mind, Patrick's become quite possessive since Steven and her became friends. A few minutes later, Patrick arrives with a bouquet of white lily's for Robin. He tells her this is for the other night and for making a big deal about nothing. Robin begins to open up a little to him…until he says that he hopes she's happy with this apology. Robin shoves the flowers back into Patrick, refusing to believe that he's sincere with his apology. She storms away with Kelly close behind. Patrick can't believe Robin's upset with him again. Lainey tells him to be more sensitive to a woman's feelings.
Max drove the limo around the backside of the warehouse to the backdoor as the supervisor emerged to greet them. Sonny exited the backseat of the limo and Max escorted him and the supervisor into the warehouse.

    - “I want details. Tell me all you know, right now!” Sonny barked as the supervisor reached for the shipment manifest.

“The shipment of computer chips was to arrive at 10:45PM, in 3 large wooden crates. However when the shipment arrived, it was 1 crate short.” The supervisor explained.

Sonny stood in front of him and all he could do was shake his head in disgust. This was the last time one of his shipments go missing.

Port Charles begins in at General Hospital. Monica has been on her shift for the last 13 hours and the fact that David continues to pressure her to resign as Chief of Cardiology weights heavy on her patience. She has less than 10 minutes to deliver her answer to David…well….let’s say she doesn’t have to deliver it because David just walked her office.

“You’ve had more than enough time to make your decision Monica. I am patient, but I’m not stupid. Either sign the papers or I go tell Alan what you and Dr. Collins have been up.” David knows that if he pushes hard enough, Monica will break.

The two of them then hear over the PA that an accident has happened and the ambulance will be here with the victim in less than 10 minutes.

David decides to use this to his advantage, knowing that Alan is probably scrubbing in now, preparing for surgery. He blocks Monica from leaving the office and gives her one final chance to sign…against her better judgment, Monica caves and signs the papers, throwing them in David’s face. David tells her to enjoy her last night in charge, and to make sure she files this first thing in the morning.

Back at PCU, Anna, Lucky and Mac arrive on the scene. The investigators are trying to question Lucas and the other teens on what they saw. Lulu runs into her brothers arms crying. Maxie runs to Mac with genuine tears surprisingly (probably more afraid of what’ll happen to her and less about her compassion for Brandon.

Lucas is a mess. Between witnessing the love of his life broken on the ground and the fact that Maxie drugged him, Lucas is unable to give the kind of answers that he had hoped for. The only thing on his mind is possibly losing the man that he loves more than life itself. Anna realizes that the teens would rather be with their friend, and orders the investigators to the question those on the street.

Mac asks if Lucas can ride in the ambulance with Brandon and the paramedics give the ok. Mac agrees to take Dillon, Maxie and Lulu to GH so they can be there to support their friend. Anna tells him to go, and that she’ll be down later to question them at the hospital.

Noah pulls into Bobbie’s driveway in a hurry. He helps her into the house and begins freaking out. Bobbie tries to pass out from her drunken stupor, but Noah won’t allow it. After regaining his composer, he carries her upstairs and throws her in the shower and turns on the water. He knows that the best thing he can do is….actually he don’t know what he can do. He’s worried not only for Bobbie, but for Brandon to. What does this mean if Brandon dies? No…no…he can’t think about that right now.

In the ambulance, Lucas makes a call to his sister Carly, asking her to meet them at the hospital, there’s been an accident. Lucas attempts to help the paramedics, but they advise him the best thing he can do is to sit back and let them do their jobs.

Back at GH, Patrick & Robin have been called in to work. Via the radio, Patrick has been informed that Brandon has severe trauma to the head and massive internal injuries. Alan gathers a team to be prepared for when their patient enters the hospital. Liz and Epiphany brace themselves for what they might see. The adrenaline flows through the veins of the team of doctors as they hear the sirens and watch as the ambulance pulls up to the main entranceway.

    Endgame- Episode 20
    Tuesday, April 24, 2007

    - Lucas comes downstairs to find Carly gripping the table near the window. She takes a deep breath, then continues styling her hair before she goes into work. He tries to act like he's alright, but Carly can tell that he's still bothered by something. She walks over to the sofa and takes his hand.

"I know that you're going through a hard time right now and you know you can stay here as long as you want." Carly kisses her brother on the cheek. Over the past year, she and Lucas have become very close….like a real family. Maybe it's guilt on her part, but Lucas needed an ally in his quest for acceptance, and Carly was that ally.

"I can't do this anymore Carly. I can't. I haven't been able to go back to the apartment since….since you know." His voice trails off and he looks down towards the carpet with a look of sadness on his face. "It's only been a few days but if feels like a lifetime. I feel like a part of me is missing and I don't know how I'll ever recover."

"You may never get over losing someone you truly love, but living day to day will get easier. It will get easier because of the love and support you have from your friends and family." Carly takes her brother's hand and grabs it tightly. "We are Spencer's Lucas. We persevere through all the challenges life throws at us. Trust me," she says, "I know better than anybody else."

    - At the Quartermaine's, Edward walks into the den. Alan gets up and greets his father, seemingly in a good mood. Edward questions Alan regarding his mood, and Alan tells him that he feels the problems between him and Monica are just about over. Edward looks hard at his son and wonders just how naïve his son is. Edward has a nagging feeling that Monica has hiding something from Alan, and warns his son to stay on his guard.

    - Meanwhile, Monica (who's on her way to work) is talking on the phone with Kevin. He continues to pressure her on when she'll end her marriage to Alan so they can be together. Monica has feelings of regret because to not be married to Alan would be like….walking around nude. It's just something she's not used to. Kevin promises to make her happy and will never disrespect her the way Alan did. Monica promises Kevin that she's already lost her position at the hospital because of their secrets. The last thing she wants to do is lose Kevin due to her procrastinating telling Alan the truth.

    - Elsewhere, Skye barges into Luke's office wanting to talk. Luke is obviously surprised that she's come to visit, especially since she hasn't spoken to him since she was fired from ELQ. Instead of asking her why she's there, he promptly tells her to leave. Obviously she either needs something or is coming to him to bitch about Lorenzo, either way he doesn't want any part of it. Skye tries to plead her case to Luke, and apologizes for giving him the cold shoulder all of these months, but Luke doesn't want to hear it. He refuses to be the person she runs to when she had problems with Alkie Lolo. Luke says he told her about how he really was back in October ago, yet she choose Lorenzo over him anyway. Now, he's choosing his wife. He orders her to leave or else he'll have security throw her out.

    - Back at Carly's, the talk with Carly seemed to do Lucas some good. Before she leaves, he asks her if she's alright, she looks a little pale, Carly says she hasn't eaten while, but promises to do so when she gets to work. She blows Lucas a kiss, then heads out to the car where her driver is waiting. Lucas then sits down and pulls out a picture of him and Brandon from his wallet. Lucas wipes a tear from his eye, and then calls the funeral home to arrange for Brandon's memorial.

    Endgame- Episode 26
    Thursday, May 03, 2007

An exhausted Patrick has spent most of his day thinking about Robin. Damn that woman for getting into his head. You would think that by now Patrick would learn to keep himself protected, but he just had to fall for Robin….and what an amazing woman she is. He figures that she's been avoiding him, especially since they haven't been on the best of terms as of late, but he really hopes he runs into her soon. As he makes his way to the 7th floor Nurse's Station, he witnesses a visibly upset Robin being comforted by Steven Webber. Unbeknownst to Patrick, Robin has had a very stressful day and broke down while sitting by herself. Steven showed up soon after and gave her some words of encouragement. Robin sees Patrick and tries to explain that nothing is going on (she knows he may get the wrong idea). Patrick tosses his chart on the table and ignores Robin, pissed off that she would seek "comfort" in the arms of someone that isn't him.

Meanwhile, Lucas is making final preparations for Brandon's funeral when he receives a phone call from his father Tony. Lucas reluctantly answers the phone. Tony asks Lucas not to speak much, but to let him speak instead. Tony starts off the conversation by saying "I love you son." He knows that Lucas was upset with him for taking the out of state job, but he had to think about his career and starting over. He apologizes for not being there for him during his time of need and feels like a failure as a father. He apologizes for not reigning in Bobbie before he left town, but he felt she would eventually come around for the sake of him. Lucas interrupts and tells his father to be quiet. He says that Tony did the right thing by calling him. He doesn't want too dwell on things in the past and forgives Tony for not being available these past few months.

Elsewhere, Ric finally arrives to meet a pissed off Anna. Ric is 40 minutes late and Anna has no time to wait. Ric doesn't apologize, as he has commitments to his wife and children that take precedent over whatever little task Anna would like to accomplish. Anna cuts right to the point…she wants information on Sonny and thinks that Ric can deliver that. Ric laughs at Anna, mocking her determination to bring down Sonny & Lorenzo. Anna doesn't find anything funny, but Ric thinks otherwise. He mentions all of the other people who have tried to bring his brother down, including him, and they all failed. He refuses to cooperate with Anna, informing her that he and Sonny are at a good place right now and as long as Sonny doesn't break the law, Ric won't come after him.

At Wyndemere, Sam thanks Nikolas & Lucky for all they've done to protect her from Helena. She wishes that she could be a bigger help to them, but knows that she's limited until she gets her memory back. She hugs Nikolas, then kisses Lucky on the cheek. Unbeknownst to those inside the den, Jason has arrived with Alexis….

Jason flings open the door to his penthouse and immediately grabs a bottle of liquor. Instead of drinking it, he flings it against the wall and begins pacing back and forth. After a while, he goes into his closet, taking out his locked box. After entering his code, he takes out his 9MM and sits down on the couch.

"This isn't happening…it can't be happening," he says to himself. "Sam….how could this happen." Jason doesn't want to think about the horrible things that Sam may have gone through. Instead, he focuses on how things could have been if he had found her months ago. Soon after his phone rings startling him. He sees it’s Sonny calling and throws his phone in the other room. He doesn't have the time to deal with Sonny right now.

Meanwhile, Lucy realizes how alone she feels. She has no one…no one to in her life to make her feel wanted or needed. She came back for Kevin but he's with Monica now. She asks the "universe" if she's done something so wrong that she deserves to be punished. She's nice to people, she does good things, yet there's nothing in her life that has meaning anymore. She hates to admit it….but she's alone. Suddenly her phone rings.

"Hello," she says. "Lucy Coe speaking."

"Hello Lucy," says a familiar voice. "It's nice to hear your voice again."

Lucy's heart swells once she recognizes the voice. "Scotty! Oh my god, it's been like forever! How are you? How's Serena? How's London?"

After a short silence, Lucy gets a response to her answer. "Things are going ok. I'm actually calling you to talk to you about Serena."

"What about Serena?" Lucy asks curiously. "What's wrong with her?"

"Nothing's wrong with her. At least nothing that I can help her with anyway."

Lucy begins to get upset. She can feel that something is wrong and doesn't feel like waiting for Scotty to give her the set up to the story. "Tell me Scotty! I want to know what's wrong with my daughter!"

"She ran away Lucy. She's having a hard time not being near you and I guess it finally got to her."

Lucy tells Scotty to fill her in on everything she's missed…and he'd better not miss one detail.

    Tuesday, March 20, 2007

    - As the medics wheel Brandon into the emergency room, Alan asks the lead medic for a status update on Brandon. “The victim was hit by a car. He has severe internal injures and appears to be concussed,” says the medic to Alan.

“Patrick,” Alan says while looking through the charts. “I’m going to need you in the OR. Robin, I’m going to need you to consult on this case. We are doing to need a drug remedy to bring down the swelling and ease his pain.” Alan then orders Epiphany and Elizabeth to go prep for the OR.

Carly rushes into the ER looking for her brother. “Lucas, what happened? How did this happen?” Carly tries to console her brother, who at this time is an emotional mess. She looks around and sees Lulu trying to comfort Dillon and Maxie looking very nervous. Lucas stands up but falls back into his chair. Lulu runs over and notices that both Dillon and Lucas are exhibiting the same symptoms. Both are dehydrated and say their mouth is dry. Carly suspects they’ve been popping ecstasy.

Before the doctors take Brandon upstairs, Alan learns that Brandon went into massive cardiac arrest while in route. Alan pages Monica, who arrives with David at her side. Alan wants Monica to be in the OR in case he goes into cardiac arrest again. After an awkward glance to David, she instead selects him to take her place in the OR. Alan doesn’t have time to fight with her, and asks David to follow him into the OR.

    - Elsewhere in Port Charles, Sonny and Courtney arrive at her apartment building. They spent the day together with little Spencer, Michael and Morgan. It seemed like old times for them, back when Sonny & Carly were together, and Jason & Courtney were together. Max helps Courtney out of the car. Sonny decides to walk Courtney to her apartment, since they haven’t finished their conversation.

Across town, Lorenzo receives a cryptic phone call.

“You had better have good news for me,” Lorenzo says with a serious tone.

    “Yes Mr. Alcazar. I do.”

    “Is it finished” he asks.

    “Yes sir. It’s done.”

“Good. Now get out of there unseen.”

    - Back at the hospital, Carly and Lulu give Lucas & Dillon water to keep them hydrated. Lucas asks Robin for an update on Brandon’s condition. Robin says that they are about to begin surgery on Brandon and that the best thing for them to do is get some rest in the waiting area. Lulu asks Robin to take good care of Brandon. She says that she will.

In the OR, Patrick learns that Brandon has severe cranial swelling and may not be able to operate the way he wants to. Alan thinks the best course of action would be for them to begin the drug treatment to reduce the amount of swelling so Patrick will be able to relieve the pressure on his brain. David will be kept around in case the damage to Brandon’s heart was too severe. The overall procedure will be done by Alan himself.

    - At Courtney’s, Sonny and Courtney get off the elevator smiling and enjoying each other’s company. For the first time in a long while, they feel like brother and sister. Sonny and Courtney arrange for a day next week when they can get together and spend another day with their children. Courtney hugged her brother. Sonny makes his way towards the elevator and presses the button for the ground level floor. Courtney puts her key into the door and waves to Sonny as the elevator doors begin to close.

In slow motion…..Lorenzo picks up a glass of his finest wine and drinks it slowly in front of the fireplace. Courtney opens the door to her apartment, unaware that she tripped a cable. Robin awakens to Patrick stroking her hair and smiling at her. They kiss each other good morning and smile as they reminisce of their amazing night together. Robin wants Patrick to know that them sleeping together doesn't change her feelings about his attitude recently. He understands that, and admits he feels the same way about her. He doesn’t want their relationship to be about fighting, having great sex (even though that's a plus) only to turn around and fight again. He thinks they should work on their relationship and work on communicating with each other their feelings. Robin admits she overreacted to the Sarah situation, but if she didn't care about him she wouldn't have become so upset. Patrick realizes they need to trust each other completely and not let third parties try to screw up their relationship. The two promise each other that they will put the focus on their relationship, on building a relationship on trust and honesty, and will not let anyone interfere with their happiness.

He can't help but listen as she tells the PI about her missing daughter. David tells his waiter to order Lucy some strong coffee and the best strawberry pancakes money can buy. He gets up from his table and sits down, confusing Lucy a little. When she gets off the phone, she questions his presence there, not in the mood to deal with anyone right now. David explains that he overheard Lucy and offers his help. Though she's not one to just spill her business, Lucy tells David that her daughter ran off with some guy she was dating and hasn't been heard from for almost 2 weeks.

David sympathizes with Lucy's plight. He knows all too well. He explains that his daughter threw her life away to be with a guy who wasn't right for her. When she asks how that ended, he tells her that her husband tried to kill her and begins to spin his version of the JR/Babe relationship. This only scares Lucy more and she freaks out. She wonders if the universe is punishing her, but David thinks it's just a rebellious young adult trying to find her niche. He agrees to get one of the best PI's he knows to help find her daughter Serena. The waiter brings over the order for Lucy, and she thanks David for his help.

    6 hours later…….

Sonny awakens to the sound of rescuers pulling him from the rubble. He appears disoriented at first, not sure what happened to him. As he’s brought outside, he looks at the damage done around him. The explosion affected the next 5 buildings near Courtney’s. The flames continue to rage on as neighbors watch from the side streets. When brought to the ambulance, Sonny begins to remember what happened and immediately asks about his sister. The medics try to calm him down so they can take him to the hospital.

Back at the hospital, Carly brings coffee for those in the waiting room. Lucas managed to sleep off most of what was in his system and appears to be himself again. Lulu, who had fallen asleep in Dillon’s arms, gets up to talk to Carly.

“What do you think is taking so long?” she asks impatiently. “I mean, how long does it take to do the surgical procedure?” Lulu walks around as if walking will make time speed up.

“The doctors are doing the best they can,” Carly says to her worried cousin. “I sorta know about these surgeries. I used to be a nurse….kinda, so I know that the longer it takes for them to work, the better that Brandon will be.” Carly walks over and sits with Lucas, continues to blame himself for what happened.

“He shouldn’t be going through this….it shouldn’t be him.” Lucas puts his face in his hands and tosses his hair back. He gets ready to say something else when Dillon comes over.

“Lucas, I. I’m sorry. I don’t really know what,” Dillon’s sentence is cut off by Lucas punching him in the mouth. “This is all your fault,” he says glaring at Dillon. “If you hadn’t taken it upon yourself to….you know what. Never mind. It’s not worth it.”

At Bobbie’s, Noah prepares a quick hangover fix for Bobbie when she wakes up. He continues to replay over and over the events in his head, trying to convince himself that what he saw never really happened. It’s the only way he’s been able to get through these first few hours without going down to the police station to turn himself in.

Bobbie begins to question Noah about what happened, seems she can’t remember, it’s all a blur for her. Noah is not sure what to tell her, he doesn’t want her to get herself into even a bigger mess by confessing to the police. He needs time to figure it all out and to get his story straight. Noah explains to her there was an accident, but doesn’t fill her in on all the details. Knowing that Lucas needs her there, she wants to go to the hospital to see her son. Noah doesn’t want to take any chances and refuses her request, but Bobbie insists.

As they drive to the hospital to be with Lucas, Bobbie begins to remember the night before and remembers bits and pieces of the accident. Her mind playing over and over again the events that occurred and she jerked when she realized she had hit someone with the car.

“Oh my God, Noah …. I did it! I hit Brandon with my car!”
