But what good intentions could K Michelle have? And why does she only ever mention gay people in a negative sense, usually as an insult? She was out of line making a scene at a place her friend invited her to. She also was out of line talking like that about the two guys while they're trying to film a video. She finally got some traction in her music career and it's weird to see her burning so many bridges when she doesn't need to. She had a fanbase without all of this foolishness. Now it makes me question everything she said previously. Perhaps she was the problem all along and that's why she had so many label issues.

I never liked K Michelle and this season isn't changing that, but I find her more entertaining as a straight up baffoon rather than the martyr she was last season. With Ariane, I actually liked her a lot last season, but she has lost me 100% this season. Doesn't even seem like the same person. Going back to K Michelle, she did read the hell out of Nikko by mentioning him having a roommate and splitting a 1000 rent in Atlanta LOL. That almost killed me! I was a fan of Kirk in season one, but he lost me FOREVER with this baby stuff. Rasheeda is doing what she can to support this family through her music and BEING THE REASON THEY ARE ON THIS SHOW!! She's bringing in money! If she wants to have a baby, she can do that. If she wants to have an I'm Bossy store, she can do that. It's her money. Plus, he created that baby! Imagine how that baby is going to feel when he or she see's this! I will NEVER EVER like him again.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
The Jennifer thing was weird, because initially she was on the website and was reported as a new housewife when the season first started airing. I remember everybody, including Jennifer being confused when the show aired. She said that she filmed 3 full months with the other ladies, which is why you randomly see her here and there. I wish they'd used more of her stuff on the Bravotv.com extras.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Season 3 was a good reboot, but I found Nene to be too dark for me to name it a favorite. Season 4 wins for me because you have.... - Marlo Hampton. - Sheree's FABULOUS downfall! I know she wouldn't want this listed as a highlight, but she was riveting from beginning to end of this season. It's rare you see such a breakdown and for such a horrible person it was just FABULOUS to watch! - I loved everything Kim this season. Her family has always been interesting to me and Kroy adds another strong dynamic. I would never watch her spin-off, but on the show it works. I also think season 5 wasn't as good due to her exit. - Black baby gate. - Kandi and Cynthia actually had storylines (interesting ones at that!) - And most importantly, the best 3 part reunion in Real Housewives history. It was HILARIOUS from beginning to end. I have never seen Nene so pressed in my life. The face she gave Sheree when she mentioned Bryce was hilarious. Like fricking King Kong. Then Marlo had everyone wanting to beat her ass. I feel this is the only reunion where EVERY housewife played a major part, which IMO is the result of a truly successful season. The season 5 reunion highlighted how boring the season was, because you had such little interaction between most of the housewives. It was basically Kenya, Porsha and Phaedra's season and they are all too boring and B-list to carry this show IMO.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL DC was a classic season IMO. I wish we could've seen how it would've been without the white house crashing. I think it would've had more momentum as we know they filmed a lot of stuff after that incident, but since that had to be the cliffhanger we got a chopped up season. Had they left that in the middle of the season, then had the fallout plus all the drama with Erika and Cat (which really happened after the White House dinner), you would've had a crazy exciting season. I still ride with these ladies lol. Jill is a dumb hoe and this is what she gets for being so controling and trying to create her storyline. She rode that one story for too long and there was no way for her to recover. Season 4 is when she really destroyed herself IMO. I found both her and LuAnn just unbelievable that season. This is why I can't get over Alex's exit. The women treated her so poorly and I think she handled herself as best as possible, so I'm not sure why she was fired. I feel like she brought a lot to the table in terms of story and deserved to still be there.

I don't know how anybody could skip any episode of season 3. It was truly flawless. One of the best seasons in Housewives history. My ranking for favorites would probably be... 1. RHONY S3 2. RHOA S1 3. RHOBH S2 4. RHODC 5. RHOA S4

I'm watching the last 3 episodes of OC and I'm on Heather overload. She is such a humorless bitch. I hope this story with Terry ends soon. I actually really enjoy him.

The fact that "twenty" anything is in her age is what I find shocking. She looks like Donna Summer...in her late 40s. And I think Drew is sexy as hell. I want him to be my man and Steebie can be my pimp.

You know, I can't get with the comments about Rasheeda or Karlie looking old when they are the best looking women on the show. K Michelle looks like she's in her 40s and she is in her early 20s. Can't stand that messy hoe. So far this season is a bit hit or miss for me. It feels pasted together. There are good moments here and there, but overall it's not flowing the way last season did.

I always hear people say how boring Marysol is, but I disagree. I enjoy her brief scenes when they don't involve the drama. Her work stuff is always fun and she's a big part that Elsa's scenes work IMO. I also thought her style was just flawless in season two. She has a nice quality when dealing with the other ladies on a friendly level and she does seem like a smart business woman, despite what Lea thinks. Adriana has always been my favorite. I love her accent, she's gorgeous, I think Frederick is sexy and she seems to be doing well with her son. I love when she gets upset and her English gets worse. I also enjoy Ana (sans ex-hubby) and Lea, but I HATED Karent and Alexia was only watchable in season one. Lisa is harmless, but she just didn't do much.

Yes Melissa needs to sit down. I won't say she wasn't a popular addition, but Teresa has always been the one to bring in viewers and create soundbytes. And season two was HUGE. They didn't need her help...

Married to Medicine
Mariah lost me forever with this latest episode. She was acting like such a child for no reason. I don't care what Toya may or may not have done at this point. Not looking forward to her doing this again with the two hour finale. Talk about annoying...

Oh I loved those old clips on the previous page! I didn't find that the show looked cheap although the makeup was pretty horrible. I've noticed that was the case until the mid-80s for ATWT. On the DVDs, some of the makeup for the Stewart girls is positively shocking. Almost always its a blonde actress that gets horrible makeup I noticed. I'd love to see more from this era. I know very little about ATWT in the 70s, but everything I've seen looks interesting.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Honestly, I didn't have a problem with Cindy. I think they should've kept her and let her develop a fanbase. I think she would've fit in with the new ladies and also she had money and a different spin on things. I liked Cindy. Her failure IMO comes from being Bethenny's replacement. She was so different from her that she never had a shot. They needed someone young and snarky to replace the presence that Bethenny brought to the show. It's like if ATL replaced Nene with Porsha. It just wouldn't work without a Nene-type character.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Season four of New York wasn't bad and I think it was a huge mistake to accept defeat the way they did. I think they should've added the three new ladies, but kept them as friends and see which ones really popped and then add one or two as the main housewives. They should've just dumped Sonja and Kelly for lack of story. Yes Jill is difficult, but you can't overlook the importance of those familiar faces, especially the ones that get lots of press. With season four you had Bravo announce the series, then pull it which immediately put a dark cloud over the series, but still ratings were good. Then they overreacted to the fan complaints about the women being too mean and drastically fired half the cast (including two stars). Then for their big reboot they tried to get Alex back after firing her which revealed the new ladies obviously weren't working out. Then they kept extending filming so much that it was still filming as it was airing, which obviously meant they didn't have enough good material. It was obvious watching the season that things didn't get interesting until halfway through. Then the reunion was snoozeworthy. Now they've delayed things over a year and are fighting to bring back the same cast that couldn't bring ratings last time. Makes.No.Sense.At.All. NOW is the time they should've done a reboot. Bring on Jennifer Williams or another black women. Seek out interesting minorities whether it be a Jewish or Muslim housewife or a black or asian one. Or go back to Brooklyn and find somebody to represent a more relatable side of NYC. Then you can freshen the series up with cheap new wives and be able to afford to pay Ramona, Carole and Heather, the only ones who really deserve to return. offer Aviva, Sonia and LuAnn much smaller paychecks in case one of the key three didn't return, but tell them to "take it or leave it." That worked wonders with OC this season and Alexis took that deal.

Coronation Street: Discussion Thread
Actually on my previous computer I had downloaded a bunch of 60s episodes. I did enjoy that stuff, but I have never been able to get into modern Corrie. The other three soaps have pulled me in at various times, but never this one.

Coronation Street: Discussion Thread
I'm trying my hardest to get into Corrie, but it's not happening so far. I've watched the first two weeks and I find most people annoying so far. This has always been the hardest British soap for me to get into, but since it's available on Hulu I want to make this relationship work LOL. Out of all the UK soaps I can't believe they decided to pick this one up. Hollyoaks would've paired much better with their US soaps. Emmerdale would go well with AMC as well.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I would say for me personally, season four was my second favorite after that brilliant first season. I just loved seeing Sheree unravel throughout the season and once Marlo arrived it was a [!@#$%^&*] wrap. Every scene she was in was flawless. For this current season I skipped so much and really haven't watched the episodes fully in order because it's been so boring. I haven't found any of the stories interesting and Kenya just got so old for me once it became clear she was acting. Nene, Kandi and Cynthia didn't have stories either, so it's a hard season for me to watch. I'm shocked it was so high rated.
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I agree with most of this, but I think that ATL peaked with season 4. It was a brilliant send off for Sheree and a more balanced portrayal for Nene. I feel like Cynthia and Phaedra has very solid seasons as well.

RHONJ trailer: http://www.usmagazine.com/entertainment/news/real-housewives-of-new-jersey-season-5-trailer-teresa-giudice-and-melissa-gorgas-husbands-brawl-at-family-event-201335 I know everyone will probably rave about it, but I don't see the appeal. I had hoped for a change, but this looks like the same ole same ole. This is a show that needed new cast members so there could be a new focus, but this Teresa/Melissa feud is just old now. I'll probably tune in for the beginning, but I doubt I'll stick around if it ends up being as repetitive as it looks.

I HATED the new girl. She seemed immature and like a complete idiot. I was more on her baby daddy's side than hers. She was just loud for the sake of it and came off like a child. She clearly still wants him hence why she's so pressed. I also got the feeling she was playing for the cameras bc he seemed confused in all their scenes lol.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yeah, after hearing the bullying claims I took almost a week to watch the latest RHOC episode, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. I do think that Alexis came in genuinely wanting to put things behind her and try to make things work. Yes she wasn't perfect and did mention her clothing line, but she seemed genuine in her efforts with Tamra. She also tried several times to end the conversation and told Tamra they could discuss it in private. You could tell those women wanted to eat her alive because they didn't want her around to begin with. I don't know if bully is the right word, but they were definitely ganging up on her with a mean girl mentality. It felt very RHONY. I do think OC seems very interesting this season. Season 7 was decent, but a good reboot after a couple dull seasons and this looks like it could completely get the show back on track. I can't wait to see how things develop and I await Lauri's glorious return.
