Mama Elsa is another big reason I feel we need Marysol full-time. We're still going to see Elsa, so we're going to see her personal interactions as well as her interactions with the ladies. That is basically a housewife, not a "friend." Another thing I enjoyed about Marysol were her work scenes. She may not be dramatic and loud, but she was interesting. I thought she came off as a sharp business woman and she had great style and good wit.

As soon as they drained the humor out of Donna, she was unbearable to watch. Basically the post-Brenda years.

There were endless rumors Marysol asked to become a "Friend of the Housewives," but I read an interview where she said it was Bravo's decision. She said she filmed just as much as she did during seasons 1 & 2 and it doesn't seem like she realized this was going to happen. She said that Bravo said that it was too difficult for viewers with 7 or 8 housewives, so they narrowed it down so they can focus better on the stories. I do agree that 8 housewives was too much, but Marysol is still such a crucial part to this show. I don't like the idea of her as a Friend when she was already a part of the cast seasons one and two. Especially since it sounds like she's going to be around just as much as she always is.

I don't like that group of 5 for Miami! I loved Lisa, but she didn't provide much story so I'm not sure how she'll be in a 5-housewives setup. Alexia also wasn't as likable last season as she was during season 1. I had hoped Ana was still an official housewife and I wanted the rumors about Marysol to not be true. Looking at the trailer, Marysol is on enough that they need to just keep her as a housewife. It looks like a good season, but it definitely seems like it has a lot less going on, but thats probably because there are less of them.

The pictures from Nene's wedding are everything. Bravo owed her a huuuuge bonus. She's put together a hell of a show!

I'm just excited to finally have the Housewives super show we always wanted. Nene is looking out for her friends, WHICH I LOVE and she's also looking out for the fans. She knows what she's doing by having people like Jennifer Williams and even Jill Zarin on. She wants to create a hit and I feel she will do just that.

Jill Zarin tweeted she's flying in for Linethia's wedding. Marysol Patton also posted a picture with Getchen and Marlo at Marlo's place in Atlanta, so it looks like those ladies will be at the wedding as well. The only branch of Real Housewives not represented look to be BH and DC, but she's friends with Kyle Richards so that's always a possibility.

If they get her anything nice she'll just pawn it or get a lien put on it. But seriously, I wouldn't mind seeing Sheree, Lisa and Kim pop up as "Friends" on occasion. Look at Jeana on OC. One of her most memorable stories happened after she quit the show. I'd love Kim back full-time, but if that can't happen, then just let them invite her places here and there so the presence is there. For someone thirsty like Sheree, just one party invite could produce a legendary fight. Nene would go Godzilla on her ass.

Honestly, I'd be okay with them just filming one month with Sheree so she can make a fool of herself and everybody could drag her ass for a few episodes lol. It would be fun!

Don't get me wrong, I do think she deserves the money, but only because that is the way it goes with divorce. They both knew what they were getting into and that this would come if there was a divorce. I still don't like her though lol. I even liked Kenya at first, but after seeing season 5 as a whole and seeing how they ruined it as soured them for me. This was that one housewives show that always got it right with casting from the main cast, to the supporting characters. It annoyed me that this is Bravo's #1 show and they picked two of the most basic bitches on the planet as their new housewives. But in their defense, nobody knew Kenya was going to so obviously act her way through the season and on paper Porsha could've been a good housewife. What kills me is knowing I have to go through another season being tormented by them. They need to rent a duplex for Sheree, buy her a few air mattresses and get her a bus pass and bring her back. Porsha is grown. She should've had a career when she met Kordell. She is almost 30 and hasn't done anything with herself. That is a personal problem. She obviously sought out someone with money and wanted to play a housewife. It just worked out perfectly that she found an egomaniac who wanted a stupid housewife.

Cher has NO BUSINESS being as amazing as she is at her age. It's ridiculous! To be able to pull off a performance like that at 67 and to be releasing a mainstream pop album at 67 and feel credible is AMAZING. Every young pop star needs to be following Cher's career. It's just insane to think of how each decade she continues to pull off these transformations and release great music. She really has touched so many generations. That is the perfect description for that sweaty pig. Onto RHOA, I'm excited to see how next season is. I hope the rumors of the season 5 cast returning are false. I still say that was the worst season so far. Porsha is just too basic and irrelevant to these girls and Kenya was acting, which this show doesn't need. Because Kenya is so fake, she'll never be able to form interesting enough relationships with these women to develop interesting storylines. She's going to have to keep acting crazy in order to remain relevant and I don't want to see that. There are rumors of a new housewife being added, but I need them to get some common sense and make Marlo a full-time cast member. With her being back on I Dream of Nene, there is no excuse. They know Marlo is perfection and they need to give her the spot she earned in season 4. If Kim and Sheree are going to be gone, you need to replace them with stars, because as ratchet as they may have been, they were stars for this show. Sheree provided tons of entertainment the entire time she was on the show. She has a strong relationship with everyone and her rivalry with Nene was must see tv since episode one. Same for Kim. I don't want to sit through another boring ass season with Kandi, Nene and Cynthia doing nothing either. They better get in line.

I want to find a bootleg copy of this seriesbecause I need the original music as well. It's only with Melrose Place because I don't feel the music was as important, but for 90210 its a must. I can't imagine the prom without those Cathy Dennis songs, or the Color Me Badd stuff earlier.

I'm finally watching the season 6 episodes that were held for season 7. This season has been an absolute bore to watch. I hate everything about it. I think Lisa Rinna is the only saving grace and reason to watch this. All these dull new characters are draining the life out of the show. Michael is still interesting because he's interacting with Taylor, but poor Amanda has her worst season here. I always dislike when people say Heather Locklear saved Melrose Place, because IMO it's early success comes from multiple things. For one, Daphne Zuniga joining the show and injecting so much life into it, then Heather Locklear joining, but also the ensemble that included Courtney Thorne Smith, Andrew Shue and the others. Once all of these supporting characters left it didn't work. Not because I hate new characters, but because they are SO dull and SO serious. Why was Samantha ever created? And poor Billy hasn't been interesting in about two seasons. I look forward to seeing what season 7 has in store for me. I don't recall loving it and I'm certainly not looking forward to another season of Saint Megan.

This show is already giving me so much life. I have a feeling it'll do better than even RHONJ is doing this season.

I will always stan for Alex. I hope one day she gets a really good gig on television. OLTL should bring her back, but give her a more important role this time. Maybe she could be a Starr recast.

People often say Heather would fit in on BH, but she's too humourless for those ladies. She had money to interact with them, but I think they'd find her annoying and pretentious, which is saying something for that bunch.

OC and NJ have the most in common. If Bravo were smart, they'd add a shot of youth by making Kara a housewife now that she's rich. Can you imagine? We watched her grow up and now she's graduated to housewife. Even Briana is on enough that she could be a housewife. But in general they need to fire about half of their stale cast. Gretchen and Alexis need to go.   In other news, Ana from RHOM will be co-hosting The View. Pretty impressive that they're having her since she isn't even one of the stars. I wonder if that means she's in contention for an actual position on the show. I could see them considering her. I know she's nuts, but if they were smart they'd consider Jill, Alex McCord ( love her fashion reporting since she left), Nene and Phaedra as well. The show has gone beyond what it used to be and I would prefer a real tv person to these actresses they keep adding. At least then you'd have a different perspective with some being lawyers and business women. Alex could be a good Mommy to have on, plus her fashion reporting and interest in tv and film. Phaedra could provide comedy and legal advice. Nene could add a huge personality, but it probably too uneducated about most issues. Ana could provide legal advice and of course is a chef. Then you have Jill who has such a large personality and is a hot mess, which would be perfect for The View.

They probably knew she couldn't sustain 6 weeks of viewers by herself. Honestly, there is nothing wrong with shorter seasons IMO. Especially for these specials. Treat them more like mini-series until you know they'll take off. I'd only go all the way with major stars like Nene and Teresa that will bring viewers. For Kim's show I think it should definitely be one hour, but maybe six episodes instead of a full 13. If the six episodes do well you can always add a Lost Footage or a Reunion special or a combination of the two.

IIRC, the reason Bravo canceled the show is because they wanted Michaele back and the other ladies banded together and refused to do the show if she continued on. They wanted that drama. I think it would've been better had they left the white house in the middle of the season (where it fell in filming), then show the fallout and the second half of the season with less Michaele and more of Erika. They would've gotten a midseason ratings jump with the white house stuff, t hen could've transitioned into a different kind of show once Michaele was out of the mix. Instead, Bravo wanted to center everything towards that white house dinner and thats the main thing people were pissed about.

I still hate Michaele for getting this show canceled, but she was a great housewife. I think that season was really strong and could've been better if Bravo wasn't so afraid of the controversy. Honestly, now you have husbands killing themselves and families ripped apart, their breaking into the white house is nothing compared to that. Bravo should've embraced it and let that show shine. People were watching too.
