(EXT: The Capwell Mansion)

---CC walks down the stairs into the foyer and stops. He sees Sophia sitting at the table in her silk pajamas still, looking beautiful as the day he met her. Sophia looks up and notices her husband staring at her.

"What are you looking at CC Capwell?"

"Only the most beautiful woman I've met in my entire life."

"Flatter me all you want. I'm still angry with you."

CC again apologizes for everything that has happened at Capwell Enterprises but tells her that he wants to make it up to her. Sophia informs him that it's going to take a whole lot to make up for what he's put her through lately. CC understands that but offers to try anyway. He asks her how her schedule looks for the day and she tells him she had some last-minute shopping to finish up before Christmas Eve. CC tells her that he has an elaborate day planned for her.

"That's just like you CC- planning my whole day for me, as if I can just drop everything to do as you please."

"Would you at least listen to what I have in mind?"

She agrees and he tells her he has an entire day at the spa planned for her, including a massage, facial, and mudbath. After that, she'll receive a makeover & a fitting for a gown to wear that evening for a gourmet dinner with him. Sophia admits all of that sounds wonderful, especially the massage. Though she reminds him that the gesture doesn't change what he did, it's a start. CC is pleased and tells her the driver will be by to take her shortly. Sophia worries that she has to get ready, but CC tells her to just go as she is- she'll be well taken care of.

(EXT: SPA)

---Augusta checks in at the spa, telling the receptionist that her husband, Lionel Lockridge, made all of the arrangements. The clerk looks her up in the computer and says that the mud treatment will begin shortly, and the rest of the package will follow. She hands Augusta a couple of white towels and directs her to the changing room.

"I just have one question...... I have to be..... Um, Naked for this?"

"Yes ma'am, it's customary. Now, don't make that face. That mud bath is absolutely out of this world. There's nothing like it."

"Yes, well, that's one way to describe it."

Augusta heads for the changing room. It's no sooner than Augusta's exit that Gina arrives. Gina immediately goes to the same receptionist and informs her that Keith Timmons called and made a reservation for her.

(EXT: Santa Barbara Police Station)

---Keith is escorted down to the holding cells, as he wishes to pay Mason a visit. Keith taunts an annoyed Mason through the bars, telling him he's reported everything to the California Bar Association. Mason tells Keith to go to hell, and that he doesn't care what Keith does. Keith laughs that it's unfortunate that he owned the hotel - otherwise, he could have likely kept him through the holidays. Keith also informs him that some of the patrons were thinking of filing lawsuits against the hotel because of the incident. Mason thinks Keith is bluffing, but he gleefully informs Mason that the whole incident is right there in the morning newspaper and shows him Warren's article, complete with a picture of Mason getting arrested, as well as his mug shot. Keith tells him to note the photo credit. He reads mug shot provided by Santa Barbara District Attorney's office. Keith laughs that it's Mason's wife's own office that provided the picture, though admits that he's directly responsible for it all. Cruz walks down and sees what's going on.

"Alright, knock it off Timmons. Mason, Julia's posted your bail. She's upstairs waiting for you."

"Thanks Cruz."

Cruz unlocks the cell and Mason walks out, a free man. Cruz takes the time to ask Keith why he gets such pleasure out of the pain and misfortune of others.

"Not others, Cruz. Just the Capwells.....and you, of course."

Keith smiles and walks past him, heading out of the holding cell area.

(EXT: Carlos Esteban's House)

---Angel and Terrance knock on the door. Carlos answers and invites the men inside. Carlos asks Angel how things went and Angel hands over the money that's owed to him.

"All sold. Count it. It's all there." Angel informs him.

"Oh I believe you Angel, besides, if it's not, I know where to find ya."

Angel nods and asks if he has any more 'work' that can be thrown his way. Though he did make a bit of money, he'd really like to provide a nice holiday for his wife and daughter. Carlos looks at Terrance for his thoughts and Terrance tells him that he thinks they should let Angel in on it.

"In on what?" Angel asks them.

Carlos tells him there's a big deal going down tonight- A lot of product being brought in from the islands that needs to be moved upstate. He tells him the job pays $100,000 and all he would have to do is transport the shipment from the pier to the destination. No moving the drugs, nothing like that. Just running them. Angel informs him that he doesn't have a car but Carlos tells him not to worry, that one will be provided for him. Angel looks at Terrance, who tells him this is the kind of opportunity he'd been looking for and that he should go for it. Angel agrees. Carlos is pleased and gives him the address of the warehouse where the delivery is to be made. He tells him that someone will be there to meet him, with the money. Angel balks, telling him that he doesn't want to do this with someone he doesn't know or trust. Terrance understands his concern but explains that this is where the money comes in. Carlos hushes Terrance, asking Angel if it would ease his mind if Carlos were present. Angel says that it would, but Carlos tells him that makes him suspicious and reconsiders the offer. Angel begs him, telling him he just doesn't want to spend the holidays dead because of a deal gone bad. Carlos gives him his word that everything will be fine and Angel agrees to do it.

(EXT: Santa Barbara Police Station)

---Cruz comes upstairs and sees Vic waiting in his office. Cruz asks if he's heard anything from Angel but Vic hasn't. He has, however, gotten a call from the guys monitoring the bug Angel's wearing and they've informed him that there is a big deal going down tonight, and Angel is going to be a part of it. Cruz asks Vic when this came through and Vic replies that it has not been very long. Cruz tells him that Angel will call, and at that point, another officer comes in and informs them that Angel is on the line. Cruz takes the call.

"Angel- talk to me"

"It's goin down tonight, Castillo. I'll explain when we meet. Usual place?"

"No, I don't want any kind of pattern developing."

Cruz tells him where to meet, but warns him to make sure that he's not followed. Angel tells him that won't be a problem and he'll be seeing him shortly.

(EXT: SPA)

---Augusta walks into the mud bath area and is surprised that it's empty, commenting that there are usually 4 or 5 women in there at least. The receptionist tells her that there will only be two others joining her as far as she knows, but both have arrived. Augusta removes her towel and gets into the mud. She lays back her head and breathes out a sigh as she relaxes. She closes her eyes. As she does this, Gina arrives and sees Augusta in there.

"Oh you CAN'T be serious" Gina shrieks.

"I'm just going to keep my eyes closed and hope that I don't know who's attached to that voice."

Gina picks up a piece of the mud and tosses it in Augusta's face.

"No such luck." Augusta opens her eyes. "Gina, what the hell are you doing here? Can't you see I'm here to relax?"

"And why exactly do you think I'm here, Augusta? A little peace & tranquility maybe?"

"Peace & tranquility? Gina don't go using words that you don't know the meaning of."

Gina asks if Augusta could just please ignore her and she'll gladly do the same. Augusta agrees, telling her that if she closes her eyes and Gina remains quiet, there's no reason for her to realize she's even there. Gina is agreeable, only if Augusta will do likewise.

"Gladly."

Gina leans her head back and closes her eyes. Augusta follows suit. As both women do that, Sophia enters the room, with her towel wrapped around her. She sees Augusta and mutters to herself that it 'can't be.' She turns away from her and is even further annoyed when she sees Gina on the other side of the large tub.

"So much for relaxing" she says to herself.

Sophia quietly gets into the tub, so as not to disturb either woman. She rubs some mud all over her face to hide it and leans back her head.

"Nice day for a mud bath, no, ladies? " she says disguising her voice.

"It's heavenly." Gina replies

Sophia starts talking about the sexy younger man in the district attorney's office she's been having an affair with. She mentions how handsome and debonair he is, that he's the assistant D.A. She then explains that though he's a fantastic lover, another one of her exes has come to town. She tells them that he's a successful Hotel owner in London. Augusta asks what chain and Sophia replies Lockwright. She says that he's insatiable, though she doesn't know how to break it to her young lover, Keith. Gina opens her eyes and sees Sophia covered in mud, not recognizing her.

"Keith what?"

"Oh Gina, you fool, Keith Timmons of course!" Sophia picks up some mud and launches it at Gina. Sophia has a good laugh over it, until she feels mud hit her from the other side, courtesy of Augusta.

"You cheap, cheap woman. Don't you ever talk about my husband like that again."

"Oh Augusta, the only thing cheaper than the mud in here is........actually, the two of you."

"Really Sophia? The two of us. Because that's not the story your sister tells at the office...."

"Ah, yes," Augusta chimes in, "I've heard about this.....Elizabeth Wayne, yes? I'm told she's had you barred from the building. Needless to say, I'm dying to meet her."

"That's not all, she's done, Augusta. Apparently, Sophia and Elizabeth have a long, painful history together. They haven't spoken in years from what I'm told."

"Intriguing Gina. Though most of us who've known Sophia for any period of time have a long, painful history with her."

"Yes, but we're not related to her."

Sophia takes another handful of mud and throws it at Gina. Gina retaliates, picking up a ton of the mud and dumping it over Sophia's hair. Augusta eggs them on, but they both turn and throw some mud at her. Augusta tries to stand, but Gina lunges at her and the two fall back in the mud. Sophia pulls Gina off of Augusta and dunks her in the mud. Gina comes up gasping for air, screaming that Sophia could have killed her. Augusta takes that opportunity to throw mud in her face. Hearing the commotion, the receptionist comes in and begs the ladies to stop. She approaches the bath, yelling that she'll call security, but ends up accidentally falling in when Sophia has to use her leg for support when Gina pushes her down. The receptionist comes up for air and screams that ALL 3 of them are through with their mudbath and to knock it off. The 3 ladies are at separate corners of the tub, huffing and puffing and catching their breath, looking angrily at the others.
