My wild speculation is that Joey has a faulty heart and wants Doug to perform a transplant with a black market organ. Jon Lindstrom utters every word with relish, not unlike Trisha Mann-Grant. But I wish they would just call it a game room or a backroom, and not call it a casino. This is certainly not the "vision" most people in 2025 have when they hear the word casino. Suspension of disbelief is a part of all fiction, but using the word casino to describe this dark little room is expecting too much of the audience. Perhaps because I have experience and because of the aforementioned Ms. Wu plot, it does not at all hit me at all. Well, the wording. Cuz the set itself does seem like a backroom, but the characters and what they are doing in the scene is giving that game room I mentioned. I agree. It's been a while since Ryan's latest (?) death on GH so I was missing JL doing just that. He was a ball today, and I was loving it. Same for Ms. Silk Press Sheila. And while it's on my mind...probably cuz I'll be doing squats in a little while...I don't like Martin as a character, but Brandon's bubble was on full display and I didn't mind that AT ALL.
