You and I might just have become best friends.  I have been saying this pairing would be great for awhile and everyone else took a hard pass to the suggestion lol.  I think they have chemistry.  They were cute in his 2010 return just as friends.

It really does show and she's been looking a dish as Maxie. Like I also said, she's been a highlight this year. Or as I said earlier...serendipity.

If she hadn't been re-paired with Spinelli, I'd be open to a potential re-pairing with Lucky under Jonathan Jackson's portrayal.

Yes!  Another best friend on my side.  I know there's a lot to unpack with the pairing, but they look age appropriate now and they were cute together in JJ's last return.

Spixie has always been my fave Maxie pairing though.  I still think of what Georgie/Spinelli could have been.

It was a genuine shock... however, for some reason, my Hulu [sometimes] doesn't do the dun-da-da-da jingle, or even the bumper, and goes directly to the episode. Quite interesting, but am so happy it's Anna now!

I still get the jingle. But I have noticed it goes directly into the episode a lot this week. Mercury Retrograde? Not that I'm hating.

Spixie is still my thing, but most of KS/JJ scenes back then revolved around Aiden's kidnapping and she was trying to be helpful.  KS had really bad hair back then so be warned if you look them up.

I like that Maxie and Spin made it back together now that they are older and much wiser and it really felt like it slowly came together organically.

 

That said...I wouldn't mind seeing Maxie/Lucky or Maxie/RecastMichael thing down the road.

They were fun together! I was mad when they brought on Siobhan instead of trying a real Lucky and Maxie run post Nik and Liz affair blow up. JJ and KS had great chemistry and I hope we get some scenes with them soon.

Not a clue; suddenly, about a month or so ago, Hulu doesn't play the jingle and doesn't always play the bumper.

Franco was the opening screen for way too long. I'm glad they are changing it more often. Anna, yes, she'll do fine. But, I still hope they go with changing it pretty often.

Hated Siobhan.  She just never, ever worked even when the Balkan twist.

KS had a really short platinum blonde poofy hairstyle at the time. It looked like this. 

I also found this delightful image of Jason getting out of prison to a welcome hoe sign Spinelli made from the same episode which never fails to crack me up.
