Webmaster Errol Posted September 10, 2024 Webmaster Share Posted September 10, 2024 The 15th and final season of CBS’ “The Talk” began on Monday, September 9 with the show’s co-hosts breaking into song as they entered the Radford Studios stage in Hollywood, where the show tapes, to the tune of a reimagining of Bill Wither‘s 1977 chart-topping hit “Lovely Day.” In the opening number, Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell and Sheryl Underwood each take a verse from the iconic song as they prepare to have a lovely day preparing for a new season of their outgoing daytime talk show. O’Connell kicks things off as he’s seen driving onto the studio lot in the best of moods, while Kloots rides her bike through town heading to work. Out for a jog, Gbajabiamila can be seen using his two feet to get to work, while Underwood finds herself wheeled diva style (all in fun) while laying on a couch, and Morales rides in epically on a horse. Featuring multiple dance numbers, including Kloots utilizing her “Dancing with the Stars” experience, the group gathers together for some fun, games and laughter. Plus, they’ve got cake! Check out the new musical number below. Broadcast from Studio City in Los Angeles, CA, “The Talk” is produced by CBS Television Studios and airs weekdays at 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT on CBS. The show is also available to stream Live and On Demand on Paramount+. Rob Crabbe serves as executive producer/showrunner with Ianthe Jones as co-executive producer. Members Liberty City
Ugh... this seemed so fake, over-the-top and disingenuous. No wonder this show is ending. That was... cringe.
Members j swift
I prefer the old theme. Also, I didn't recall that half these people were on the show at one time or another (Carrie-Ann Inaba?).
