At least the soaps are being fairly consistent. That is something to be proud of. However, GH and DAYS need to reevaluate what they are doing. I know DAYS is in transition but we have weeks before we see anything different.

Or the headline could've read "DAYS Down in Women 18-49" Seriously, I'm very impressed with Y&R and the year-over-year gains. It's been four months now, so.... Anyway, does anyone have a list of "The NEW NEW NEW... Plan to SAVE DAYS!!!!" Gosh I missed those SOD covers! Seriously, this latest reboot will bomb for one simple reason: five month advance filming. The writers have to GUESS what viewers want (and they are usually wrong). Other shows, particularly B&B are able to ditch bad s/l in quick order (see Brooke the drunk) or expand when they've got lightning in a bottle (Ridge/Caroline, etc.) It's something that can't be overcome and will continue to hamper the show. I get, but it's just hard to watch when bad stories go on and on and on and potential good ones get wrapped.
