Marvel has cast Brie Larsen as Carol. IMO, she's way too young for the role but it is what it is. I hope she does well

Nothing against her, but she looks like that Olsen sister. They can dye her hair or whatever, but it seems like the casting people have a type, rather than what fits the roles.

Really? I don't think they look anything alike. The only thing in common they have in casting is that they went casted young when it came to both roles. Ditto with Black Widow. They really wanted younger actresses when it came to the main Avengers

Lesli Linka Glatter is a loooongtime vet of great TV stretching back to many episodes of Twin Peaks, but I doubt it'll be her. They're all good choices.

Whenever I see her name in the credits, I pay extra attention, because I know we're in for a ride. She's tremendous. I will be very pleasantly surprised if they choose her.
