Members Eric83
In the new TV Guide it says Dorian leaves town to become Senator after the previous Senator is caught up in a Weiner type scandal. Love the exit for her.
Members alexisfan07
Nice! Seems kind of out of the blue though since they largely ignore her political side
Members dragonflies
Not a bad exit at all. David will love being Mrs. Senator's hubby LOL
Members All My Shadows
Why would they replace a scandalous senator with Dorian?
Members SFK
Aw, kind of a nod to her Mendorra ambassadorship exit in 1987. A senatorial spot will definitely make it harder for her to continue mixing it up in Llanview in the online version as she will be in Washington (where she met her Mel), unless they get creative or drop it altogether. Members alexisfan07
There's no way Strasser is going to continue to the online version. Her tweets make it very clear that she's content with her self-proclaimed retirement and I think she mentioned thinking about moving out of NYC. The most she'd do is drop in for big Cramer family events since she mentioned if there was a big one before the show ended its ABC run and she was asked to appear, she would. Members SFK
Yeah, she said she was moving to L.A. when cancellation was first announced, but say production moves to L.A., I think she would definitely do it if they wanted her and she was pleased with the work Prospect was doing. The seasonal production model *may* be a good thing for ignored and underwritten vets. Maybe someone will give her and Erika at least one last GREAT s/l that could play out for a few months.
