I saw this posted on other boards;

According to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest:

Chene Lawson (Yolanda Hamilton):

Devon's recovering-addict mom leaves

for Seattle. Lawson's last air date

is January 24.

Awww man, I was actually enjoying Yolanda vs. Dru. Is she gone for good?

I'm glad she's leaving.. I don't really care for her and I don't want her going after Neil.

Boohoo!

Jack Smith is really starting to annoy me. Y&R does not drop actors after just half a year. (This is Bradley's job over at B&B! LOL!!!) It seems getting a pattern (Sheila, Tom, Scott, Yoyo) and I don't like it one bit.

Y&R has had a lot of cast turnover, especially amongst newer characters, the past couple of years. Could it be just a coincidence that this has been during Jack Ass reign? I think not.

Not.Happy. I guess Dru and maybe Neil will be stuck being just parents again. Well at least they have a story.
