They were probably getting rid of Ingo and Tyler no matter what.

The main problem is that GH is unable to create any new characters without ruining them. Yet they also ruin the vets. All they can do is showcase Carly/Jason/Sonny non-stop, and the writing for them is also wretched.

I doubt we'll ever know and it doesn't matter to me. The way I see it, the person who has fan support should stay. I say that as someone who has never liked Liz or Becky's acting, but since fans rallied for her in droves, she should stay. In fact, I think that since she managed to get so much support, perhaps they should actually use the character and see if her fans would watch the show more. Call me crazy.

My point is just that cuts had to come from somewhere. That much seems clear to me.

Yeah, I agree. I was just saying that mostly because of all the comments when Tyler was fired that this was because BH wasn't.

I really like Ingo and his character and don't wanna see him go. They could do so much more with Jax at the moment. SO MUCH MORE. Heck. Why not bring back V. for him? Even with a recast. She could join Lucky/Dante/Ronnie at the PCPD and be in a love story with Jax.

When he first came on in 1996 he was almost in every storyline. And, stayed that way until around 1999. I'd feel weird with no Jax. Just like I'm gonna feel weird with no Nik.
