I don't get drunk on New Year's because I'm not a stay awake and act stupid drunk. I'm a let-me-find-a-corner-so-I-can-sleep drunk.

I'm a talk-about-politics-tell-everyone-I-love-them-and-say-what-I-really-think-about-them-drunk. After doing this I throw up and fall asleep.

I work. For some reason I'm needed to give tech support till 10pm on new years eve. People calling on new years eve are L O S E R S.

well I got home at 11:30 after talking to L O S E R S calling for DSL tech support on freakin' new years eve all day cause it was 'too busy' to give me the day off despite my waiting 15 minutes per call by the end of the day. GRRR!

I feel for the overnighters who are dealing with nothing but drunks right now.

Yeah he called me today and claimes he was drunk when he broke up. But in reality his twink dumped him and his roomie told me i was his Standby

I can tell you what I did last night/this morning. I went to Club Lotus on the invitiation of a friend of mine. This group had a private room and free drinks until 1. There was also the use of hard drugs, but I sure as hell was not getting into that, though it was disappointing to know that my friend got into it. Did some drinking, enough to get me drunk, but not to pass out or throw up.

1:30, I was ready to go home. I had enough money to take a cab home and everything, but... it's NYC. With my feet killing me, I spent an hour and a half trying to catch a cab with no success. Then, I went to the bus stop and just sat there for another half hour for the bus where I encountered transvestite prostitutes. Also, I asked a bike cab how much it would cost to go 5 blocks (if you've been to NYC, you'd know that the Avenue blocks are LONG AS HELL) to the Union Square train station...$25! I'm sorry, homie must've mistaken me for a tourist. I was not having that at all. It's 3:15 before the bus comes, and I am relieved because I can sit, but of course there's the stairs that I have to deal with and my feet were KILLING me. It was so bad that my mom had to come with her slippers so that I could walk home. Ended up coming home at 4:30.

I went to a friends house, there were about 7 of us there. We just had a good time, lots of fun as always

My plans got all shot to hell. My best friend was sick all week and couldn't make it, so it ended up being a very boring evening with Mom and stepdad at their house. I did see my town's "duck drop" and fireworks.

Today was better though. Went to Delaware Park and hit over $120 on three nickel slots, two of which were jackpots. I guess God is making up for such a crappy NYE.

I went to a friend's house for a big party, where like 40 people supposed to show up, but instead it was like 20 of us... I knew around 10 people (they were my friends that I came with) and the other 10 I didn't know... but everything was going great, we were drinking and around 11:30 I have realized that I am drunk (not passiong out drunk or throwing up drunk, just extremly happy drunk lol). So after realizing that, I stopped drinking and I took my cell phone and went to call all my other friends that weren't there... as I was talking to them, laughing my a** off, I didn't even realize that it's 11:55, so I rushed inside, where I waited for midnight and New Year to come! It was great in midnight (but I was without a date, so no midnight kiss for me..). But one of my best friends, Anna, was the first to give me a hug and wish me a happy new year, so (being drunk) I gave her a little speech about how much I loved her (as a friend) and how much she means to me (it was hillarious..) Later on, we got bored on that party, so around 3 AM we decided to go to this bar that we knew allowed people to get in without an invitation. So we got there, had some more alcohol, had fun there until 5 AM and then one of my friends said he's home alone, so we went to his place and just chilled out, talking and having fun. Some went to bed (my friend has a huge house with my rooms, so there was a lot of place to sleep in). My friend Matt (whose house we were in at that point) and my other friend Iva and I we stayed last, talking until 8:30 AM! Then I just couldn't handle it anymore and just as I went to bed (next to my friend Anna) she woke up to the sound of "Hung up" (a song she adores) and she started singing and dancing on our bed. I begged her ot shut up, because I was freakin tired, but she couldn't sleep anymore, so she went to other room. I finally fell asleep and woke up hour and half later, to find everyone awake. We had some more talk and fun and I finally arrived home at 1 PM! lol It was a lot of fun!
