All Time Favorite Slasher Movies!!

I was such a horror buff back in the day.

Now off the top of my head my favorites would have to be...

The Scream movies. I thought they were all great.

Nightmare on Elmstreet. I was 8 or 9 when this film was released and I remember watching the video with my older brother. I remember he left the room for a minute and when he came back he had butter knives in between his fingers to scare me. I FREAKED OUT!! I just ran screaming through the house....He got in so much trouble for letting me see that movie...lol...good times.

Halloween and Halloween II. The mask Michael wore was almost as scary as the music in the films. When the one girl who sang that "Oh Paul..." song and then was killed in the car...Boy I thought I would die too!Who doesn't look in their backseat in a dark parking lot now because of that?

Amittyville II. As a kid I had nightmares about the killing of the family scene for ages.

Friday the 13th up to the 3rd or 4th one...then they just keep getting worse and worse.

Child's Play was great. God did I want that lil bastard to die!

I Know What You Did Last Summer. I thought that was pretty scary at times.

Pet Sematary. That little boy saying "I wanna play with you"...*shudders

Glitter

When A Stranger Calls the original '79 one.

Prom Night

Candyman. His voice was so scary...and kind of sexy too. LOL

Ghost Ship. I LOVED the death scenes. When all their bodies fell apart was so gross.

I also loved 13 Ghosts. My poor MONK.

The old black and white films were good too like The Birds and Baby Jane and The original Night of the Living Dead.

Gremlins.

Most of the Puppet Master films. Those were some kick-ass puppets.

The Hellraiser movies were cool too...a little disgusting...but cool.

Dead Alive...bloodiest movie EVER.

I didn't know they released a dvd of this movie. I'm getting it now. Thanks so much, OneLife! :)

The extra's are a trailer and commentary by director and Linda Blair.
