Poor thing would do anything for Sheila and all she'd ask in return was for a little "sugar" from Sheila, and this is what she gets? :P

thought it would be Sugar, but it would have been even more intriguing to have it be MAGGIE FORRESTER, one of Sheila's worst enemes and Lauren's best bud on B&B. Maggie was a very sick and depraved woman who felt Sheila took everything from her and so tried to drive Sheila insane. Sheila doing the same to Maggie in revenge and then having her operated on to LOOK exactly like her would have been the ultimate payback!!! :lol::lol:
