He didn't do it as a "celebrity". He was trying to use his gift for photography (which is genuine) to capture something many of us are able to get away without seeing much.

I saw his pics somewhere (Michael Fairman?), and I must confess they did a remarkably good job of bringing out the inherent dignity of his subjects.

I've seen the work, and it's not so much a slam against the actor, but I find it trendy- trendy in the way that it's only validity is that it was taken by a "celebrity"... homeless people made to look pretty so the rest of the world will take a second look.

Back on topic- he's the only guy on Y&R I find attractive so I'm willing to stomach the character.
